Hi everybody, I present to you, the newest chapter of The Tale of Naruto Uzumaki Extra: The Sparring Tournament! Srry for taking so long, I had exams and the holidays and stuff, so I was busy as hell, but now that that's over and school has started again for almost three weeks, I have more time to write!

Chapter Seven: Round Two, Battle Two; Sniper Vs. Bug User And Fullmetal Alchemist Vs. Weird Painter
I am Captain Usopp!
Here are the matchups of Round Two again:
1. Ino Yamanaka (1) Vs. Roronoa Zoro. (2)
2. Usopp (5) Vs. Shino Aburame (6)
3. Edward Elric (11) Vs. Sai (12)
4. Natsu Dragneel (13) Vs. Shikamaru Nara (14)
5. Kiba Inuzuka (19) Vs. Nico Robin (20)
6. Naruto Uzumaki (23) Vs. Sanji (24)
7. Chouji Akimichi (25) Vs. Monkey D. Luffy (26)
"Alright, time for the next match." Shikamaru told the large group.
Everyone turned his gaze to the acting referee. Shino looked as Shino-ish as ever, while Usopp was shaking like he was standing on the North Pole, barely able to stand on his legs.
The two oponents took place on their own sides of the field and Usopp was shaking even harder than a little while ago.
"What is it Nose-guy? Are you scared?" The Aburame questioned the scared sniper.
"O-of course not! I-I-I'm t-the b-brave Captain Usopp~!" the long-nosed young man responded and tried to stand more upright, but his legs were still shaking.
"You're so awesome Usopp!" Chopper complimented with a look of admiration in his eyes.
"O-Of course I-I am, after a-all, I'm t-the brave C-captain-"
"SHUT UP, WE KNOW ALREADY!" Nami yelled with sharkteeth.
"Eeeek!" Usopp screeched in fear.
Shikamaru sighed "Match Two: Usopp Vs. Shino Aburame. Begin."he said a bit lazily.
"Alright, you can stop shaking, I'll finish this quickly." Shino announced as bugs started coming out of the sleeves of his jacket.
Usopp squealed again. 'H-he t-talks like h-h-he's going to k-kill me!' he panicked.
The bugs started coming after Usopp, who started running like his life depended on it, which sort of was the case, except for the dying part. The sniper kept running and screaming like that for almost 10 minutes straight…
"Come on Usopp, do something! I know you can do it!" Luffy cheered.
"Yeah, you're the best Usopp!" Chopper joined in.
Shino was getting a bit annoyed, just standing there, waiting for his bugs, or instects, as he rather refers to them, to finally catch up with the fast coward. "Stop running, coward." He said with his signature monotone voice.
"Why would I?! I don't wanna die!" Usopp shouted back. Even though he was running and screaming like a little schoolgirl, he was still thinking about a strategy to come out of this fight without getting himself killed. 'Come on Usopp, think, think!' he yelled in his mind. 'Let's see…we know that he uses those scary bugs, that he's weird and scary and it doesn't look like he can do anything else than do creepy things with those creepy bugs…. Is there something I'm forgetting?' he thought while still running around and screaming on the outside. 'Come on! There must've been something else that I learned during the last fight! Think, think, think…Damnit! It's so hard to think clearly while being followed by creepy bugs who seem to be trying to eat you!' he complained in his head.
"Just how long is he gonna run and scream like that…?" an annoyed Kiba wondered.
"I'm sure Usopp's thinking of an awesome plan to win this thing right at this moment." Luffy replied, looking at his crewmate and friend, running and screaming like a little girl.
Usopp's eyes widened as he remembered what happened during the battle with Lucy and Chopper. 'I know what I can do!'
Then, the sniper stopped and turned around with Kabuto (the slingshot, not the Naruto character xD) ready in his hand. The bugs came closer and Usopp prepared to fire his attack.
"Fire Bird Star!" the sniper exclaimed and launched the attack at the insects. The attack took the shape of a Fire Bird (or Phoenix, whichever you prefer) and hit the black cloud of black creatures, burning every single one of them.
Then, Shino started acting extra weird again, running to the remaining pile of bug-ashes and taking it in his hands as he started to sum up their names again. Now, with Shino distracted and in a state of shock, Usopp took his chance to fire his final attack and hit Shino with an Explosive Star, knocking the Aburame out.
"Yeah! That was awesome Usopp!" Luffy cheered for his friend with stars in his eyes.
"Suge~!" Chopper exclaimed, also with stars in his eyes.
"The winner is Usopp!" Shikamaru announced.
"Wow, he actually won." Zoro said.
"Shino actually lost." Kiba joined in.
"That's something new…He was knocked out in the other battle too though…" Naruto muttered.
Usopp grinned and lifted his arms in the air. "Yes! I won! I actually-" he started, but before he could finish his sentence he coughed and replaced it by a more heroic-sounding one. "Yosh, I won. Of course I did." He said with a low tone and walked back to the others.
Shino was of course taken (*cough cough* dragged *cough cough*) from the battlefield so they could tend to his wounds, which weren't bad at all. He's more hurt mentally then physically. (LOL XD)
"Alright, can the participants of the next match please step forward." Shikamaru demanded.
Edward smirked. "Heh, so it's my turn again, huh? Can't wait to win!" he stated determined and walked to the center of the field.
Sai just smiled in his own, awkward way and did the same.
The smirk was still on Ed's face. "Heh, you better be careful, I hadn't shown anything in that last fight. I can do much more than that."
"I certainly look forward to it." Sai said with his strange smile decorating his pale face.
"You bet you do."
"Yay, go Ed! You can do it!" Winry cheered.
"Go for it brother! You will win for sure!" Al joined in.
Shikamaru put his arm straight in the air. "Okay, I know it's a drag having to say this a dozen times, but, Match Three: Edward Elric Vs. Sai. Begin!" he announced and threw his arm down and jumped out of the way.
"Alright, now I'll show you more awesome alchemy!" Edward exclaimed and clapped his hands together. Then, the young man put his hands on the ground and suddenly, he pulled a spear out of the ground.
"Suge~!" Luffy, Usopp and Chopper yelled with stars shining in their eyes.
"Wow, he just pulled a spear out of the ground! That's so cool!" Tenten said excited.
"Impressive, but not good enough to beat my ninjutsu." Sai stated with his typical smile. Then the pale young man took his paint brush and a scroll in his hand and started painting. "Super Beast Scroll!" het hen called out and ink lions came out of the paper of the scroll and started running towards Ed.
"Heh, I already know those little cats of yours good enough." Edward mocked and easily defeated all the ink lions by slashing them with his spear. "You'll have to try something else if you want to even put as much as a scratch on me." He continued with a smirk on his face.
"As you wish." Sai replied and started painting something else on his scroll. This time, snakes slithered out of the paper and headed for Edward.
"That's a little better." Ed remarked, but he simply stepped on the group of snakes with his feet and pierced their heads with his weapon. "But not good enough."
"I see." Sai started and started painting his next creations. Then, a large pack of wolves appeared out of the scroll. "If you want difficult, I will give you difficult."
"Wow, I've never seen those before!" Naruto stated with a shocked expression on his face.
"That must mean they are very strong." Sanji pointed out.
"Wow, wolves! Awesome!" Kiba said enthousiastically with Akamaru barking in agreement.
The wolves started running towards Ed and surrounded him.
Edward smirked. "That's more like it."
The wolves all started attacking him and Edward kept slashing and destroying them with his spear. But there were so many that it took too long to defeat all of them. And it didn't help that Sai kept creating more of them.
'I have to do something that destroys many at the same time, or even better, all of them.' Ed thought as he kept fighting off the ink wolves. Then, he an idea popped up in his mind. He put his spear through the head of one of the wolves and then he quickly clapped his hands together and put them on the ground before any of the wolves could hit him. Huge steel walls surrounded and closed in the huge group of wolves in the shape of a ring, so that Edward was outside of it and in the center of the ring.
"Wow! That's so cool!" Natsu exclaimed while he gawked at the large steel structure.
"Very impressive." Zoro commented with a smirk.
"Yeah! Go Ed!" Winry cheered again.
"Yay brother!" Alphonse joined in.
"That certainly is a unique technique." Sai noted.
Then Edward ran up to one of the walls of the steel structure that kept the ink creatures inside, clapped his hands again and put them against the wall.
Of course, the group couldn't see what happened inside the ring-shaped prison. But inside, many steel pikes shot out of the walls and pierced all the ink wolves, destroying all of them at once.
Then, Edward clapped his hands again and put them against the wall of the steel structure one more time, making is dissapear in the ground again, leaving some ink from the destroyed wolves behind on the grass.
"Wow, what just happened? I thought he just wanted to keep them in there." Ino wondered.
"He probably did something with that alchemy of his to destroy those wolves while they were trapped inside that steel thing." Gray answered.
"Yeah, probably." The Yamanaka said.
Sai looked at Edward with a surprised expression on his face.
Edward started running towards the young shinobi with another smirk on his face. (LOL Ed sure likes to smile xD) "Heheh, finally decided to show some emotion huh?" he mocked. Then, while still running, the young state alchemist pulled back the right sleeve of his long red coat, revealing his automail-arm. Then he clapped his hand again and put his left hand on his right arm, making a sharp, metal blade come out.
Tenten squealed in excitement. "Man, this is so cool~! I wish I had an arm like that!"
"Then you have to cut off one of your arms first." Alphonse pointed out.
Tenten shrieked and 'shrunk'. "N-nevermind!"
Meanwhile, Edward had almost reached Sai. The pale ninja started painting more lions with his ink to defend himself. But the lions were easily defeated by Ed, and he kept running. Eventually the Fullmetal Alchemist reached the painting shinobi and tried to cut him with the blade on his automail-arm, but the attack was blocked by Sai with a kunai.
"Good reflexes." Edward complimented.
"Thank you."
The two kept pushing the two blades against eachother, making sparks fly around the two weapons. Then, Sai tried to use his free hand to take a second kunai and cut Edward in his side, but the blonde noticed this and jumped back a few metres. The two stood there, facing eachother.
"This fight is so exciting! I can't wait to see who wins!" Lucy said excited.
"Me neither, this battle is so awesome!" Natsu agreed.
The two fighters were still standing there, waiting for the other to make his move and at the same time, thinking of a strategy.
"Alright, I guess I should go back to Alchemy then." Edward thought out loud and clapped his hands together again. He placed his hands on the ground again and three large stone fists came out of the ground and flew towards Sai.
"I already know that trick of yours." Sai pointed out and dodged all three of the big rocky punches.
Edward smirked. "Now I have you right where I want." He stated and suddenly, another stone fist appeared behind Sai, hitting him in the back and sending him flying.
"He got him!" Nami pointed out as the group saw Sai flying through the air and landing hard on the ground.
"Did he beat him?" Franky wondered and raised his sunglasses to have a better look.
"Heh, I don't think he'll be getting up so soon after that." Edward said with a grin.
Shikamaru walked up to Sai, who was lying on the ground, to check if he was really defeated. And Ed was right, Sai wasn't getting up again, he was knocked out. Shikamaru then raised his hand in the air. "The winner is Edward Elric!" he announced.
The group applauded loudly, this fight surely was one of the best so far.
"Yes! Well done Ed!" Winry exclaimed.
"Yeah! I knew you'd win brother!" Alphonse cheered. He then ran up to his brother and crushed him in tight, steel-ish hug.
"Heheh, t-thanks Al." Ed stuttered because he could barely get any air in his lungs. "B-but could y-you please l-l-let go of m-me…I c-can't b-breathe."
"O-oh, I'm sorry brother!" Alphonse immediately let go of his brother, letting him fall on the ground.
"Ouch!"
"I-I'm sorry!"
Edward laughed and scratched the back of his head. "It's nothing Al."
