Chapter 2: Thruth

Ja'far helped the injured people who had been affected by the fight. He sighed tiredly as he finally treated a cut arm, the man thanked him and left relieved. He smiled and walked a bit to rest a bit. The general walked down the street, many people where helping each other, He smiled.

Three young children appeared in front of him, they seemed worried but stayed quiet, afraid of talking. The oldest, he supposed, was the one to say something. "S-Sir, someone got hurt and can't come here…" the boy said quietly "Please help him!" his pleading eyes made Ja'far sigh, he nodded with a soft smile so they boys calmed down.

They stopped at an empty alley, the white haired man heard a heavy breath. He turned around at the children; wanting to know information. "Did that person ask you to go for help?" he asked serious, still trying to sound gentle. The children looked at each other, looking down at the floor. The youngest, who was a small girl looked at the big man in front of her "We just heard something and we thought someone might have gotten hurt…" the girl felt how tears fell down her eyes. "W-We just wanted to help…" she muttered sadly. The young man smiled and nodded "It's okay. Just go back to help the other villagers." The children nodded and left the place.

Ja'far walked slowly and quietly, ready to attack if it was necessary; his own footsteps were barely audible. As he came closer, he could distinguish some boxes at the end of the alley, but there was something else, or someone. He walked closer to the figure whom was covered in a dark cloak. The mysterious being sat on the floor, leaning against those boxes as their breath was heavier.

The hidden person noted Ja'far and tried to stand up, but seemed too weak that they couldn't. The white-haired man stopped in front of the mysterious person and kneeled down on one knee, a soft smile across his lips "Need help with that wound?" he asked. But the other one just looked away, not saying a word.

The general sighed trying not to explode in annoyance "If you don't want help, fine. But you won't last long with that arrow wound on your shoulder; I can tell you have lost enough blood already. Besides… It's not good for a girl to be on an empty alley…" he said with a small smirk, not wanting to terrify the girl.

The figure froze, he could note the shock that hid the cloak but it finally spoke "H-How did yo-?!" the female voice stopped as the pain felt harder on her shoulder. Ja'far smiled and picked up the wounded girl. "Let's take care of your shoulder first… then we can talk as long as you want."

They both arrived at a small house located near the fight incident. The owners let them treat everyone there and also had offered Aladdin's group to rest there for the night.

Ja'far laid the person on the bed inside a small bedroom. He turned around and started washing his hands on a small bowl with clan water and a towel. "Take off the cloak, so I can see it clearly" he said not even looking at the victim. The mysterious one sighed in defeat and took it off, being careful with the shoulder.

Ja'far turned around as he finally saw clearly the female. He thought it was a girl, a teenager. But the one in front of him was a young beautiful woman; she had blue eyes and blonde short hair, the hair locks at the front were longer, which gave her a wild appearance. He walked to her and looked at the cloth on her shoulder, he took it off and started to clean the surface and skin.

The woman looked at what he was doing as she tried to stand the pain. She didn't know about a lot about medicine, but she it was serious when he took out a needle and a thread. Ja'far noted her terrified expression "Your wound needs to be sewed up, or else it will never close, it'll get infected and you'll die." He said as calm as possible "Don't worry, it's just a few stiches, I doubt it will hurt as the arrow did." The blonde girl froze and bit her lip "H-how did you know-?!" The general silenced her.

"I told you, didn't I? When I finish we can talk all you want." His smile softened, which made the girl blush lightly. He started to suture her wound, the girl felt pain, but it wasn't as strong as the arrow a while ago. There was silence in the room, but the guy broke it "I'm sorry, but what's your name?" he asked before finishing those stiches and taking a clean bandage. He wrapped it around her shoulder to keep it safe from any infection.

"I'm Leila…" she said with a low tone, looking out to the window. Ja'far stepped back and cleaned his hands once again "I'm Ja'far, nice to meet you…oh so called Black Spirit."

A/N: Sorry If I hadn't updated this story but I didn't know where it was going, but now I have an idea of what to do! Ideas are welcome of course :D

This story has no OC, but the main character is a pretty underrated character whom is Leila from episode 6. She's originally a merchant in the series, but I wanted to do a story with her as the main character, next chapter you'll see how she became from a merchant to the hero of the poor villagers of Balbbad.

Till next update
