Horses marched through the broken gates of Harrenhal as Jaime Lannister lay slouched on his horse with no energy. Locke and a few other men grabbed both Jaime and Brienne and pushed them both into the mud. Brienne maintained her balanced while Jaime fell face first into the mud.
Lord Bolton looked at the pair in front of him observing Jaime Lannister more. He noticed his arm was bandaged and something around his neck. "I see you're missing a hand." He stated.
"No, see he has it right here." Locke joked as he grabbed the hand that was around Jaime's neck.
Lord Bolton was upset about this notion and he leaned over and tore the hand off and gave it to Locke. "Get rid of this." He stated.
Locke smirked. "I'll send it to his father." He said.
"You will do no such thing unless you want your tongue ripped out." Bolton stated. He looked down at Brienne. "Cut her loose. My apologies my lady." He said.
"Thank you, my Lord." She said as she stood up.
"Is there word from the Capital?" Jaime asked weakly.
"You haven't heard?" Bolton asked. "Stannis Baratheon laid siege to King's Landing, Sailed into Black Water Bay, Stormed the gates with thousands of men. And your sister," Bolton paused and walked closer to Jaime so now he was in front of his face.
"How can I put this?" he asked. "Your sister...Your sister is alive and well." He finished as Jaime let out a breath. "Your father's forces prevailed along with the act of two dragons." He smirked when he noticed Jaime's reaction. "Oh yes, two dragons reigned fire on Stannis' men with the help of the beloved daughter you once had. She may have taken more after the Targaryens than the Lannisters." He said as Jaime collapsed at Lord Bolton's feet.
"Lord Jaime isn't well. Take him to Qyburn." He ordered as he walked away and his men grabbed and picked Jaime up.

Back in Riverrun, Robb was in the council room with his mother and his uncle Edmure Tully. Arya was still upset about her arranged marriage that she refused to speak with anyone. Robb sighed as he ran his hand through his curls.
"Was my offer not good enough?" he asked his mother.
Catelyn hated to see her children so unhappy. "No, it was. It's Walder Frey being his normal self. I told you to always take precautions around that man and his men. He must know about Talisa Robb. It's not safe anymore." She said.
"Mother, there's something you need to know. Talisa's pregnant with my child. If you think her life is in danger, then I need you to take her away from here. Her and my child need to live and you must go with her as well. I will protect Arya. I swear it on the old Gods and new, that I will protect her." Robb said.
Catelyn Stark was in shock. She couldn't believe Talisa was with child with her first grandchild. She was excited but lit with fury. "How could you be so reckless?" she questioned.
"I wasn't thinking. I..." Robb started when Catelyn interrupted him. "Do you know what will happen if Walder Frey found out about the child? He would kill all of us especially you for your betrayal." She stated.
"I know! But he will never know and it's not like I married Talisa. That child is my bastard nothing more." Robb said angrily and left the room. He stormed out to the far side of the castle and looked upon the river and moon that lit up the night.
"Beautiful night isn't it?" a woman asked.
Robb looked to his left and noticed a familiar face. "Didn't think you come so soon." He stated.
"Well I had to. You sounded so desperate and well I had nothing better to do and watch you drown your sorrows. Plus I have something for you; something that I think will end this war." Rhaenyra stated.
"Then let's go inside shall we?" he suggested as he led them in House Tully. Arya managed to sneak downstairs since she didn't want to be seen by anyone including her mother. She didn't understand why she had to marry. She never wanted to or felt the need to like Sansa. As she rounded the corner she saw Rhaenyra walking and smiling with her brother. She took off in their direction.
"Rhaenyra!" Arya said with glee.
Rhaenyra looked down and hugged the girl who squeezed her waist tightly. "Arya, it's great to see you. Forgive me for my lack of letters but I'm afraid I have been quite busy." She said. Arya let go of her waist and smiled. "I understand, is Elaena with you? I would love to ride her again." she said.
Rhaenyra nodded. "Perhaps when I am done with your brother we will go for a ride." Rhaenyra suggested. Arya nodded and continued to walk with them.
They entered the council room where Catelyn and Edmure looked up. "My Lady." Catelyn greeted her and Edmure nodded.
"My lady Stark, I come in peace." Rhaenyra joked.
Catelyn let out a small smile. "You are welcome here anytime." She said.
Rhaenyra nodded and sat down. Robb was next to sit as Arya sat beside her new friend. Edmure continued to stand. Robb urged him to sit with a look. "No it's fine. Let him stand if he wants. I have no problem with it." Rhaenyra said.
Robb nodded. "Thank you for coming, I just want to say I appreciate you being here. I know you didn't have to be considering you still do dirty work for your family but I took a chance and opened our home to help us." He started.
Rhaenyra nodded as Robb continued. "We have asked Joffrey for independence but he has refused not only that but to let my sister Sansa free from Kings Landing. I come to you because I know you aren't like them, I was hoping you would talk to Tywin himself for us." Robb said.
Rhaenyra sighed and pulled out a few parchments with her seal. "I am to end the war peacefully Robb. I don't want any more bloodshed over stupid accusations. I understand you called the banners when they killed your father. In my opinion that should have never happened. What people fail to realize is that the King needs the Starks. The Starks are the most trustworthy and loyal to everyone. They are very honorable, something that not all kingdoms have." She sighed as she unfolded the parchments. "This states your terms that King Joffrey has renounce all claim and dominion of the north. From this time til the end of time, The North is free and an independent kingdom. Neither Joffrey or his men may step foot in the north again."
"Has Lord Tywin signed and agreed to this? The King?" Robb asked as Rhaenyra asked for a quill. Edmure placed one on the table.
"No, but one mistake my grandfather did was making me acting Hand of the King on the battlefield while he does his duties in Kings Landing. So right now I can make all the decisions leading towards peace during this war." Rhaenyra said as she signed her name to the parchments and its copies.
"Now all I need is your signature. And we would be close to ending this battle." She smiled at him as he was about to say something she stopped him. "I know about the Greyjoy rebellion I will help you soon when you wish to return home. And as for your sister Sansa, I do not know about her whereabouts but I will try my best to send her back to you." She said.
Catelyn smiled. "Thank you." She said.
"It's my pleasure." Rhaenyra said. Edmure looked at his nephew. "How can we trust her?" he asked.
"She has brought Arya back to us and her name is Rhaenyra Targaryen Lannister. If I was you I would show some damn respect." Robb stated.
"It's fine Robb. I'll let you discuss things with your mother while Arya and I take a ride with my dragons." She said as Arya jumped out of her seat quickly. "C'mon." Arya urged.
"Be safe." Catelyn said as she watched the two girls leave. She looked back at her son. "You finally did it Robb. We can finally go home." She said and kissed her son's cheek.
Robb smiled and read the parchments. They were legit and he knew Rhaenyra was true to her word.

A few hours later at Harrenhal, Jaime reached the baths as Brienne was scrubbing away at her skin trying to get the dirt and filth off of her. Jaime walks over to her bath as he sinks his feet in.
"The water feels nice." Jaime stated as he sunk down.
"There are plenty of open baths, why this one?" she asks as she covers herself up.
"I happen to like this one. If I faint, pull me out. I don't intend to be the first Lannister to die in a bath tub." He said.
"Why should I care how you die?" she asked.
"You swore a solemn vow remember? You are suppose to get me to King's Landing in one piece. Not going so well is it?" he stated as he waved his stump. "No wonder Renly died with you guarding him." he said.
Brienne quickly jumped to feet not caring she was showing a man her body. Jaime looks at her naked body, and then lowers his head. "That was unworthy, forgive me. You protected me better than most." He said.
"Don't mock me." Brienne says quietly.
"I'm apologizing. I'm sick of fighting. Let's call a truce." He suggested.
"You need trust to have a truce." She said.
"I trust you." Jaime genuinely said.
Brienne leans and sits back against the bath wall and looks at Jaime with loath. "Ah, there it is, there's the look I've seen for seventeen years on face after face. You all despise me. Kingslayer, Oathbreaker, a man without honor." He mocks. "You've heard of wildfire?" he questions Brienne.
"Of course." She nods.
"The Mad King was obsessed with it. He loved to watch people burn, the way the skin blackened and blistered and melted off their bones. He burned lords he didn't like. He burned hands who disobeyed him; he burned anyone who was against him. Before long half the country was against him. Aerys saw traitors everywhere, so he had his pyromancer place caches of wildfire all over the city. Robert Baratheon marched on the Capital after his victory at the Trident but my father arrived first with the whole Lannister army at his back, promising to defend the city against the rebels. I knew my father better than that. He's never been one to pick the losing side.
"That moment I heard Elaena Targaryen scurry into the room. I guess the bells must have woke her. She was still bed ridden after having our daughter, which the maester suggested to stay in bed until she was at her full strength. Aerys was beyond pissed.
Flashback
"Jaime what is happening?" Elaena Targaryen asked as she walked over to him and her father.
Aerys sneered at his daughter. "Come to say goodbye to the ones you love Elaena? You were always too weak!" he spat at her as Jaime Lannister grabbed her arm and led her away from prying ears. "I need you to grab Rhaenyra and hide. You need to leave King's Landing. We don't know how much longer we have until someone opens the gates. Go beneath the tunnels and hide. I will find you." He ordered.
Elaena looked at her husband with tears in her eyes. "Will anyone be safe if they come in?" she asked.
Jaime shook his head. "No. You know my father. He does not lose." He stated as he looked back at Lord Varys talking with Aerys. "Please Your Grace, you need to surrender for the sake of your family." He said.
Aerys driven with hate and disgust lashed out and pushed Varys away from him. "I will watch everyone burn. The city will cry for us to be reborn." He stated.
Elaena heard enough from her mad father and took off towards the nursery. She spotted her good sister rocking a crying Aegon as little Rhaenys clung to her mother's dress. She ran towards them. "Elia, we must leave now. Jaime told me to get Rhaenyra and to flee, there are Lannister army outside the gates." She said.
"We did nothing wrong, perhaps we could get a pardon if we surrender." Elia stated as Aegon began to quiet down.
Elaena shook her head. "No! My father is threatening to burn everyone. We need to flee. We need to protect our children." She said as her mother walked in a hurry with Viserys as fast as her swollen belly could take her.
"Mother!" Elaena called out. Rhaella halted and faced her daughter. "Where are you going?" she asked.
"We are going to Dragonstone, This war is at our gates and your father isn't going to win. We need to leave. You need to come with me now!" she stated and grabbed onto Elaena's hand.
"We will. I need to get my daughter and help Elia with her things. I will meet you at the boat. I promise." Elaena said and gave her mother one final kiss and her little brother as well. She watched as her mother with a kingsguard led them down the back stairs. Elaena turned around and headed towards Rhaenyra's nursery. Her beautiful baby daughter was wide awake looking at the ceiling. Elaena smiled weakly and lifted her up. "We will be leaving and we will be safe. I promise you. I will always watch over you." She said and kissed her daughter.
End Flashback
Brienne listened intently but was slightly confused at this story. "I thought the Kingsguard couldn't have a family?" she questioned.
Jaime chuckled. "I was married before the Kingsguard. I met Elaena when I visited my sister in King's Landing. She was very beautiful; had all of the Targaryen features with the white hair and violet eyes. The King loved her the most. We would speak from time to time and she confided in me just like I confided in her. I knew that we shared something that I never had with anyone else. Aerys noticed our interaction and hated it. You see, he wanted his daughter to marry Rhaegar but of course he married Elia Martell. Aerys didn't want to hold his grandchildren because they smelled Dornish. It led to tension within father and son. One day I asked the King if I could have his blessing to be with Elaena. He laughed and spoke of perhaps 'our children will be with light colored hair and violet eyes' he thought it over and agreed."
"That day I ran and told Elaena the news and we were both ecstatic. That night we made love. We didn't think too much into considering we were already going to be wed but we never expected the consequences. Elaena had gotten pregnant the first time around. We prayed the wedding was soon. A month passed and no wedding. Another month passed and still no word. Apparently the King was waiting on my father. Tywin Lannister marched into the gates alone with a grim expression. He was grateful his son was marrying into the Royal line and thought ahead about how our children could claim the throne one day if no one produced heirs."
"We married in the Sept with little witnesses. Apparently Aerys was still disgusted with the idea of his daughter marrying some outsider, especially since it was known that he and my father didn't see eye to eye anymore. That night we bedded with her father as a witness. Elaena was disgusted by this action and refused to look at me after."
"As the months flew by, her belly grew and we were all excited including my father. Elia Martell was heavily pregnant and Aerys began to change. He realized his daughter was too far gone in the pregnancy than her wedding was."
Flashback
Aerys stormed out of his chambers after finding his discovery and he was ready to confront his beloved daughter. He burst through her chamber doors as Elaena was indecent. She was just wearing her nightgown. "Father?" she questioned.
Aerys sneered and slapped her across the face. Elaena fell down holding her cheek as she looked through her curtain of hair at her angry father.
"Did you think I wouldn't know about that?" he questioned angrily as he pointed to her belly. "You made me look a like a fool in court. When did you bed him?" he asked as he grabbed her arm to lift her up.
Elaena knew she was caught but she refused to say anything. This seemed to anger the king more. "Answer me! Was this your plan all along? You fucked him to get pregnant so that you have to marry so you can all conspire against me and take the throne?" he asked.
Jaime rushed down the hall to all the shouting and saw Aerys holding a crying Elaena. "What is the meaning of this?" he asked.
Aerys pushed Elaena to the floor as she landed on her bottom. "YOU! You defiled my daughter before the wedding. When did you take her?" he asked.
"I took her the day we wed." Jaime lied.
"LIARS! I know you took her well before that night. Her belly swells too much for only being wed three moons. Tell me the truth or I will kill you both, including the babe growing inside of her. I'll gut it out of her." he sneered.
Elaena sobbed harder. Jaime couldn't take anymore. "The day you gave me permission to wed her was our first night together." He confessed as he walked over to his crying wife. Elaena leaned into him and looked at her father. "You disgust me! I have a plan for all of you." He said and walked out
End Flashback
"The next morning he called me into the throne room and in front of my father and sister, he named me into the Kingsguard. Therefore my marriage was null and void and my child was declared a bastard. My father was furious and left the throne room. I was upset about the whole situation but I felt honored considering I was only fifteen years old. I made history that day."
"Anyways back to my story, I told the Mad King as much, I urged him to surrender peacefully but the king didn't listen to me. He didn't listen to Varys who tried to warn him. But he did listen to Grand maester Pycelle, that grey sunken cunt. "You can trust the Lannisters." He said "The Lannisters have always been true of the crown." So we opened the gates and my father sacked the city."
"Once again I came to the king begging him to surrender. He told me to bring him my father's head. Then he turned to his pyromancer "Burn them all" he said "Burn them in their homes, burn them in their beds." Tell me, if your precious Renly commanded you kill your own father and stand by while thousands of men, women, and children were burned alive, would you have done it? Would you have kept your oath then?" he asked.
Brienne didn't answer him but continued to listen."First I killed the pyromancer and then when the king turned with flee I drove a sword into his back. "Burn them all" he kept saying. "Burn them all." I don't think he expected to die. He meant to burn with the rest of us and rise again, reborn as a dragon to turn his enemies to ash. I slit his throat to make sure that didn't happen.
Flashback
Jaime heard the chaos and cries in the halls of castle. He just murdered his king and he had so much adrenaline. He needed to find his family. He ran as fast as he could as he slayed anyone who was in his way. He heard a distinctive cry coming from his daughter's nursery; he quickly made his way inside to discover a man raping his wife. Jaime unsheathed his sword and stabbed him through the neck. His limp body fell on top of Elaena's. He pulled the lifeless body away from his wife onto the floor. The man was wearing Lannister colors.
Elaena was shaking and crying as blood ran down her thighs. "I begged him to stop." She cried into her husband's neck.
"Why didn't you flee?" he asked her.
"I tried. I grabbed Elia and the children and ran towards the boat where my mother was. They left us there. Mother and Viserys went to Dragonstone and just left us. Where's Elia?" she asked.
"Shhh...Don't worry about them right now. Can you walk?" he asked.
Elaena shook her head. "Remember the maester. He told me no sexual relations for a good half year. I lost too much blood during the birth and I'm damaged. The man didn't care Jaime, I felt him...too much pain." She whispered. Jaime looked down at her gown and noticed she was bleeding too heavily.
"We need to grab Rhaenyra and we need to leave." He stated. Just then Elia's screams were heard down the hall. Elaena looked at Jaime. "My love, protect our daughter until she dies." Elaena started when Jaime cut her off.
"Don't talk that way." He said.
Elaena caressed his cheek. "I only loved you. I need you do something for me."
"Anything." Jaime said.
"I can only imagine what they are doing to Elia, promise me I won't be alive to have it done to me again. I don't want to suffer anymore." She told Jaime and gave him a weak smile.
"No. I won't do that." Jaime yelled and startled Rhaenyra awake. He looked at the bassinet and back at Elaena. She was becoming paler by the minute. "Please." She begged him.
He nodded. "I'll do what's best for Rhaenyra. I promise you." He said as he grabbed his dagger.
Elaena smiled and kissed his lips. "Thank you for showing me love and keeping your promises. I love you My Lord." She whispered against his lips. Jaime cried as he reached in between them and placed the dagger at her neck. She nodded as she looked him in the eye. He hesitated and closed his eyes as he slit her throat. He felt her go limp and he laid her down.
Jaime left the dagger next to her as he reached in the bassinet he gave his daughter a kiss on the forehead. "May you never know of this day. I love you. Please forgive me." He said and placed her back in the bassinet.
He walked down the hall and spotted his father jabbing a sword in someone's chest. "Father!" Jaime yelled.
Tywin ran up to him. "Are you alright?" he asked. Jaime nodded.
"Where's Elaena and Rhaenyra?" Tywin questioned.
"Elaena didn't make it. She begged me to...I left her there..." Jaime mumbled.
Tywin was infuriated. "You should have got them out when you had the chance. Where's your daughter?" he asked.
"In the nursery." Jaime said. Tywin walked away from his son into the nursery. He noticed a dead soldier and Elaena on the floor with wounds. The bassinet had blood in it and Tywin feared the worst. Jaime cried for his daughter. Tywin looked at his son. "Wipe those tears and come with me. I'll show you how things get done." He said and led Jaime to the throne room.
End Flashback
"That's where Ned Stark found me." he finished.
"If this is true why didn't you tell anyone? Why didn't you tell Lord Stark?" she asked.
"Stark." Jaime said bitterly. "You think honorable Ned Stark wanted to hear my side? He judged me guilty the moment he set eyes on me. By what right does the wolf judge a lion?" Jaime questioned as he starts to stand.
"What happened next with your daughter?" Brienne asked.
Flashback
Tywin carried the body of his daughter-in-law into the throne room as Jaime casually sat on the Throne. "This is the last of them." he said and dropped her body amongst the others, including Elia Martell.
Robert smiled in pleasure knowing all the Targaryens were gone. One of his bannermen brought out a screaming baby. "We found her in the nursery." He stated.
Robert grinned. "Hand her over. I'll do the honors." He said as Ned Stark looked at his best friend with repulsion
"Unarm that babe right now Robert." Tywin firmly stated.
Robert laughed as the knife was close to Rhaenyra's heart. "This needs to be done." He said. Just then Tywin unsheathed his sword and placed it at the base of Robert's neck. "Give me my granddaughter now or I will cut off your head." He stated.
"My men would kill you and this babe before you kill me." he said.
"Your men? These were my men before yours. I aided you when I didn't have to but I chose to. Now hand over my blood." He said.
Robert handed Rhaenyra to Tywin as he held her close silencing her cries. Tywin lowered his sword and swore to Robert that no one would know about her Targaryen blood.
End Flashback
"By what right?" he asked again as he his world started to sway and tumbles and falls in the water. Brienne catches him "Guards! The Kingslayer!" she yells.
"Jaime...my name is Jaime." He whispers before he falls unconscious.
