A crashing sounded on in the parking lot below and I looked down to see an ambulance crashing into a fire hydrate trying to avoid the flailing power cable. Water sprayed all over the parking lot. Without a second thought, I climbed down the fire escape and headed to the parking lot. Water coated the ground and you could actually see the eletric currents flowing through the water.

"Get back!" Kira yelled as the eletric water continued to spread. "Everyone, get back! Everyone, get back!" I saw Isaac running towards Allison but at the same time, I noticed the water creeping towards him.

"Isaac!" I yelled. Acting on pure alpha instincts, I charged across the parking lot and slammed my body into his, knocking him out of the way. The water touched my feet and an eletric surge go up my legs and throughout my body. I dropped to the ground as the pain intensified. I wanted to scream in agony to release the tension but the eletric current paralyzed my body. From somewhere in the distance, I heard Derek call out to me. I wanted to call back. My eyesight went from black to normal to red and back again. My body wasn't able to decide whether to wolf out or quit. It was too much electricity. Derek's face appeared next to mine.

"Lily?" Derek whispered. I didn't even notice that the eletric current had left my body. "Calla?" I couldn't answer. I just wanted to sleep. "Calla? She's not breathing. Scott, she's not breathing!" My eyes drooped as I felt the energy slowly fade away. "Come on, Lily, don't give up now. Please. Stay with me. Stay with me, Calla Lily. Callana!"

TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

I took a deep breath and opened my eyes to see myself in a hospital room. I looked from right to left. There were ballons and flowers everywhere telling me to get well soon. Most of them I could read the cards on them. Most of them were from the lacrosse team. There were some balloons from Isaac and Scott and flowers from Lydia and Allison. Most of the flowers were roses and carnations but there was one bundle that was full of Calla Lilies. It had Derek written all over it. I tested my eyesight some more before moving to my hands. I groaned in pain. I felt like my muscles were rubber bands, ready to snap. I slowly raised my right arm to the phone on my nightstand to phone the front desk.

"I need Melissa McCall."

"I'm sorry but she's not available at the moment. I can page another doctor for you."

"No, no, no. I only want McCall. I'll just wait." I hung up and dropped the phone without even bothering to put it back on the reciever. I waited for about fifteen minutes before the door to my room opened and Melissa walking in. I swung my legs over the edge of the bed and sat up and Melissa was at my side as I doubled over in pain.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa." She said, placing a hand on my shoulder but immediatly took it off when I winced in pain from the touch. "Take it easy, kiddo."

"How long have I been out?"

"Three days."

"I can't stay here."

"Yes, you can. You're safe here. You need to stay and rest so you can heal."

"Sorry, let me rephrase that. I don't want to be here."

"You need to be here."

"I don't want to. My mother died here. I don't want to be here. I can heal on my own. I need you to just get me the discharge papers so I can sign them and then I need a ride to the police station." Melissa sighed before getting up and heading out to the front desk to come back with the discharged papers. Without bothering to reading it, I signed it and Melissa took out my IVs. Melissa helped me to my feet and wrapped an arm around my waist as I limped to the door, dragging my left leg behind me. I felt weak and heavy like someone had tied a twenty ton weight to my back.

"Why aren't you healing?" Melissa asked me as we walked out the front doors to her car.

"Electricity is like the second weakness for werewolves. You have too much current in you, and you might as well just be drinking wolfsbane. Standing in that current was not only enough to stop me from shifting, it was enough to stop my heart. It stopping a heart of a werewolf with electricity, they're a goner. If a beta," I took a deep breath, remembering Isaac almost being electrocuted. "If Isaac was there instead of me, who knows if he would have survived that or not. An alpha can barely survive that let alone a beta. I'm surprised to even be alive."

"You can thank Derek. He wouldn't leave your side until he saw you was breathing again." Melissa helped me into the car and closed the door behind me before getting into the driver's seat and started heading to the police station.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I said goodbye to Melissa and got out of the car and limped up the steps and walked into the police station. I wrapped my right arm over my stomach and steady myself on the wall with my left arm. As soon as I walked into the police station, I stopped and stared in astonishment as I saw Derek and Chris handcuffed to a bench.

"Lily!" Derek's eyes glowed with lust and reassurment as he saw me. I was too surprised to see him in handcuffs to call back to him. I held up a finger to him to stop him from saying anymore before limping over to Clyde. He looked up from his paperwork as I approached his desk with surprise registering in his eyes.

"Calla, what are you doing out of the hospital?" Clyde questioned me. "You should be resting." I laughed.

"I should be doing a lot of things but you don't see me doing them, do you?" I chuckled and Clyde laughed with me. "I just have one question."

"What is it, Calla?"

"What the hell are those two doing here?" I pointed behind me to Chris and Derek as I stared deeply into Clyde's eyes.

"Uh, they're suspects in a murder case."

"Whose murder case?"

"Uh, someone named Silverfinger." I sighed and closed my eyes as I recognized that name from Chris's first gun deal when he was eighteen.

"That's nice. That's just real great. Where's my dad?"

"He's out in the field right now. He should be back soon though."

"How soon?"

"I don't know. Soon, though. Calm down, Calla." I glared at him.

"Never tell a woman to calm down." I turned on my heel and limped back over to Derek and Chris and sat on the edge of a desk in front of them. I looked from Derek to Chris and back again. "What the hell did you two get yourselves in this time?" Derek and Chris looked at each other for a moment before looking back at me and pointing accussing fingers at each other. I just sat there and rolled my eyes at them. Chaotic hubbub started to echo throughout the police station and I stood up off the desk, ignoring the pain throughout my body, to look around and see police officers running around in a hurry. Chris, Derek and I exchanged confused looks. Clyde came up behind me in grabbed me by the arm and started to pull me towards the exit. Derek growled at him for manhandling me and I unhinged his fingers around my arm. "What's going on, Calla?"

"Nothing to worry about, Calla."

"Well, I'm not going anywhere without him." Clyde looked at me for a moment and when he realized that I was serious, he sighed and grabbed his keys from his belt and took the handcuffs off of Derek before taking the restraints off of Chris.

"What's happening?" Chris questioned Clyde. He ignored us and began to move around the police station with the other officers. Something ticked in my ear and again a second later. I looked around and strained my ears to focus where the sound was coming from. My ear turned towards my dad's office and that was were the ticking sound was coming from the strongest. I looked down at Derek and saw that he was listening too. Before I could make out what was causing the noise, Derek stood up.

"Get down!" Derek yelled across the police station as he pushed Chris to the floor and pulled me down too, covering my body with mine. A loud explosion ripped through the air and glass shattered, ripping wood of the wall and clattering down around us.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

"Get me an ambulance here, at the sheriff's station." My father's voice brought me back to reality and I pushed Derek off of me and climbed to my feet, my ears still ringing from the explosion. "We've got an explosion. We got multiple officers down. Multiple officers down. We need an ambulance ASAP. On the double." I looked down at my arm and saw a cut starting to heal and that must have triggered the rest of the healing process because I felt the fried muscles began to heal. Derek staggered to his feet beside me, his face pale and eyes full of pain.

"Oh, Derek, baby." I whispered as I glanced behind him at his back and saw shattered glass embeded into his back.

"I'm okay." Derek breathed heavily as he spoke. "I'm okay." He took a step forward and stumbled over his feet and I was there to catch him.

"You're not okay."

"Calla!" I looked across the police station to see Kira, Scott and Stiles. Chris climbed to his feet and I gave Derek over to him.

"Make sure he heals. If he doesn't, my alpha eyes will be the last thing you ever see." I gave Derek a quick kiss on the cheek before heading over to the others.

NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

"It's an animal clinic?" Kira question Scott as Stiles drove us to the animal clinic as it poured down rain.

"Yeah, the place is lined with mountain ash." Scott explained. "Just like my house."

"Yeah, but they can get through it." Stiles reminded him.

"Eventually."

"Nobody's got any better ideas?" I asked everyone. No one answered. "Okay, sure. Animal clinic."

WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

We pulled up to the animal clinic and got out of the jeep and raced to the back door of the clinic. As we walked up to the back door, something splashed behind me and I turned to see three Oni appear out of the darkness and stand side by side facing us, swords in their hands.

"Stiles, get inside." I ordered, tossing the spare keys to the clinic before turning back to the Oni, eyes glowing red and fingernails sharpened. Scott stood beside me and growled, showing his canine before charging at the closest one. He ducked under the Oni's swinging arm to attack the one behind him, leaving the first one to me. I raked my claws across the Oni's stomach and he jumped back, swinging his sword at me but I bent back, letting the sword run right over top of me. I flipped onto my hands and kicked the Oni in the face before dropping back to my feet and sending a kick to the stomach. Before I could give the Oni another hit, he disappeared into black smoke and so did the third one. I looked over at Scott in time to see the second Oni's sword go through his stomach. "Scott!" The Oni disappeared and I grabbed Scott by the arm and pulled him up to his feet as Stiles rushed to my side to help me.

"All right, come on." Stiles encouraged him. "Get him inside! Get him inside!" Kira opened the back door for us and we led Scott in and leaned him against one of the medical tables. I left Kira and Stiles alone with Scott as I made my way to the front of the clinic to see if there was anything I could to ease Scott's pain while we pulled the sword out. I heard a clunk in the back and then Kira cry out before something hit the floor. I rushed to the back to see Kira out cold on the ground and Stiles looking right at me. Though it wasn't Stiles. These eyes were far to cold, far to dark and dead to be Stiles. Nogitsune. I charged at him, remembering to keep my fingernails short so I wouldn't hurt the actual Stiles. Thinking a wolf could beat a fox was absolutely stupid of me. A wolf may be stronger but a fox is faster. I didn't even see the flash of the Nogitsune's arm as it shot out and grabbed me by the throat and slamming into the brick wall. A flash of lightning blinded my eyesight as my head smacked back and I blacked out.
