Slughorn flees for over a year before being found by Dumbledore and Harry. This story follows his travels and is meant to run concurrently with the canon story books - approximately Start of OOTP to start of HBP.

McGonagall puts in place "Therapy Sessions" for students. However, due to a magical wall between them, the students don't know who they have these sessions with. Hermione becomes obsessed with her therapy partner (Draco), Draco doesn't, he instead starts developing feelings for Hermione, but not his therapy partner (Hermione), and neither of them know they're the same people.

Harry Potter liked his new life as a professional Seeker. With Voldemort nothing more than a bad memory he thought his life was finally his own. Waking up in an alternate universe where Tommy still ran amok killed what little optimism he'd discovered since the war ended. But he'll be damned if he wasn't going to eek out a life of his own choosing regardless of fate's interference.
