CHAPTER FOUR-I LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING

''Why did you do that?'' Jimmy questioned.

''I'll die before I'll let anyone lay a finger on you. If I was there when he called you a freak, the roles would be reversed Jimmy,'' Claire continued sewing costumes. Jimmy looked at her.

''You would've killed him?''

''I'll do anything for you. I love you,'' Claire whispered. She stood before him and traced his face with her fingers.

Jimmy grabbed her hands and kissed her palms. Claire sighed in pleasure and pulled Jimmy's shirt over his head. Jimmy stared at her hands as she unbuttoned her shirt to reveal a strapless, white corset.

''Are you sure about this?'' Jimmy whispered and licked his lips. Claire nodded and slowly pulled down her skirt to reveal plain, lacy white panties. Jimmy stood and wrapped his arms around her body. ''I love you.''

''I love you.''

Claire slowly opened her eyes as all the memories from the night before appeared in her mind.

She looked over at Jimmy and a smile took over her face. She reached out to touch his face but Jimmy grabbed her wrist right before she made it. He opened his eyes and smirked at the blush on her cheeks. ''Morning.''

''Morning,'' Claire mumbled in embarrassment.

Jimmy looked over her body and realed from the perfection. He pulled her into his body and sighed. He was terrified to let her go. He never wanted that moment to end.

''Do you hear that?'' Jimmy asked.

Claire pulled away and her eyes went cold.

''The police are here.''

''What right do you have to search us?'' Elsa growled. The detective sneered.

''A warrant makes it my right. Now you and your freaks keep out of the way.''

Jimmy and Claire stepped out of their trailer and grabbed each others' hand. The other detectives pulled Meep out of his trailer and handed something their boss.

''Well, well look at that. This is the missing detective's badge,'' He smirked. Claire's eyes widened.

'Oh Meep you didn't!' Meep loved shiny things so Claire realized he must have found it and brought it back to camp.

''We're taking bird man in. At least it will be one less freak to worry about,'' The detective pulled Meep towards his car.

Meep looked at Claire with wide, tearful eyes. Claire's eyes, in return, filled with tears.

''Take me!'' Everyone looked at her with wide eyes while Jimmy pulled her behind him. ''Please don't do this Claire. Let me!'' Claire shook her head and smiled at Jimmy with tears going down her face.

''Just let me take care of this. Trust me.'' She turned back to the detectives. ''Take me instead please! It was me!''

''Yeah right,'' He sneered.

''Do you think your boss would like it if I went up there myself and told him I tried to turn myself in but you ignored me?'' Claire retorted. The detective glared at her and pushed Meep away. He grabbed his cuffs and roughly pulled Claire towards him.

Eve and Paul grabbed Jimmy as he screamed. ''DON'T TAKE HER FROM ME!''

Claire cried as she watched Jimmy being pushed to the ground by everyone. The detectives shoved her into the back of the car.

''I'd like my one phone call now.''

'I'm so freakin bored!' Claire blew the hair out of her face.

''Claire Abel you're free to go,'' The detective glared at her.

''Yeah I know,'' Claire pushed him out of her way and sighed at the person in front of her. ''Hello grandfather.'' He sneered at her.

''God you disgust me.''

''Yeah yeah I got it,'' Claire muttered and waved him off.

''I heard they found you at a freakshow. I would've thought you would've learned by now not to associate with them.''

''You know me, I'm a slow learner,'' Claire grinned. ''Just drop me off there and I promise you won't ever have to see me again.'' He grunted.

Neither of them said a word the rest of the way.

''Jimmy it's been two days, you have got to get up and eat,'' Eve tried.

''Come on man. Everyone's worried about you,'' Paul tried too.

''Just leave me alone,'' Jimmy mumbled.

''You haven't eaten in two days? Jimmy Ethan Darling you get up right now,'' Claire snapped. Jimmy's head shot up and he pulled Claire into his arms and snuggled his face into her chest.

''Are you okay? No one hurt you did they?'' He questioned. Claire smiled.

''I am perfectly fine you worry wart.''

''What happened?'' Eve asked.

''You saw what happened,'' Claire answered.

''But how did you get out?'' Paul questioned.

''Oh that's a long and boring story, the important thing is that the charges were dropped and they aren't looking for the detective anymore,'' Claire smiled.

''How did you manage that?'' Eve wondered.

''Come on Jimmy you need to eat. See you guys later,'' Claire smiled and took Jimmy to the food tent.

''Do you feel like she's hiding something?'' Eve asked. Paul nodded.

''But what could it be?''

The next day pretty much everything had gone back to normal for everyone though that wasn't going to last.
