Arriving at the station was quite different; as soon as my ship entered the docking bay I could feel the atmosphere was very tense and unsettling. Getting out I was greeted by Pinstripe which surprised me, he was standing there with his signature Tommie gun over his shoulder.

Pinstripe just grumbled under his breath before splitting off from me heading down another corridor. Entering the main room Cortex was alone in there and looking at a hologram of what looked like a big metal platform.
Ah Tiger good your back he looked at the floor by my feet before looking back up at me and leaving wet paw prints all over the floor I looked behind and shrugged Well when you re left alone in the rain you bound 5to get a bit wet, anyway what ya looking at exactly?
He turned around looking back at the hologram again folding his arms as the statistics of the size of it appeared on screen.
Well while you and Crunch were on the planet our scanners started to pick this up its actually floating on the dark side of the moon however I m no entirely sure if this just some debris or if someone is building a floating or stationary space station Looking back at me he noticed I had my back to him and was heading out. Leaving so soon there s something I wanted to show you. That can wait .I need a long warm shower after being soaked I walked out of the room my fur still dripping wet and leaving a trail of wet paw prints on the floor behind me Heading back to my room first to grab a dry set of clothes I noticed Crunch was asleep on the bed, looking at him I smiled before giving him a small kiss then grabbing some clothes and heading for the showers.
Standing under the warm water was relaxing after being in the cold rain, lathering my fur up with shampoo I couldn t help but murr and wag my tails slightly. Rinsing the shampoo out I just stood there letting the water hit and run down me thinking about all that happened only a day before.
Deep within his tank Drake ears twitched listening to the pipes rattle a bit and noticing the sound of running water. Grinning to himself he stretched himself out a bit now having both of his legs fully grown back opening his red eyes.
So the water hating fox is taking a shower maybe I should have fun with this . Clicking his fingers the green water bubbled slightly before stopping as he let out a laugh before closing his eyes to rest again ready for later.
While under the water I just yawned before yelping loudly as the water got painfully hot leaping about 5 feet away from the shower I watched the water look like it was literally boiling before it seems to look like lava but without the heat of melting metal which in a space station that wouldn t be helpful. The Shower had turned itself off while I was wet nude and on the floor looking at the shower.
I so need to get some rest Getting up I grabbed a towel and dried my fur and got dressed. The walk back to my room was...like a typical flashback movie scene images of a young fox with angel wings and long purple hair came into my mind and something an old friend said to me before he passed away spoke in my head too.
Be careful of the blue and green eyes he s always watching I just couldn t get that around my head there could be plenty of people who have 2 coloured eyes me included. I was in so much thought that I didn t notice the blue bandicoot walk past me until I felt a cold chill go down my spine, I looked back at him watching him walk away and down the corridor, I recognised him as the bandicoot in the hospital telling me about the fox bleeding to death on the bed as it went past me. Wondering why he was here I wanted to say something but something was stopping me from getting any words out, giving up I just made my way back to my dorm closing the door behind me and snuggling up to my hunky bandicoot in bed easily drifting off to sleep.
5 Hours later The station was quiet everyone was asleep well I say everyone but one bandicoot was still awake. Kai was bored lying back on his bed.
That was too close for comfort I m going to have to get a radar jammer to stop the station from scanning my build leaning up he got off the bed and made his way to the main room noticing wet paw prints on the floor Kai just thought that those were mine from earlier that hadn t been cleaned up for had dried yet that was until he noticed that the water was green and had a trail leading from Drakes chamber. Walking to the doors, they opened for him and the trail continued downs the stairs, following them Kai stood in Drake s room and the next thing he saw drew a cold chill down his spine. There in front of him was the tank Drake has been in the green water all over the floor along with broken glass. Oh fuck...he s got out...he s actually broken out! Backing away he ran up the stairs to sound the alarm.
Meanwhile back in my room I was sound asleep and Crunch was still out of it too, unknown to me of the shadowy figure at the end of the bed looking at me with his red eyes grinning summoning a fireball in his hand he was about to throw it at me and Crunch that was until the alarm went off, growling he ran out of the room just as I sat up noticing the ends of 3 tails leaving the room.
What s going on? shaking Crunch to see if he would wake up but failed to even get a groan out of him I stopped and while only in my boxers I got out of bed and ran towards the main room. On the way there I had Dingodile join me while hopping trying to get his trousers on and Tiny who couldn t care less was running rude holding his trident.
Heh first time the alarms gone off wonder what it s about I just nodded by the time we got there Nina, Cortex, Pinstripe, and Ripper Roo were already in there. Cortex was hitting buttons randomly trying to figure out what set the alarms off when the console seemed to burn his gloved hands.
What the devil!? Something is heating the electronics which could cause the whole station to over heat and well explode Everyone looked at each other before back at the doctor just as Uka Uka appeared in the room.
CORTEX! What is all this racket have you pathetic lot allowed Crash onto the station already! Uka Uka I employ you that this isn t the work of that blasted bandicoot not that we could even use the scanners to find out what the culprit is either .
Hmmm pathetic electronics will never overpower magic, I do sense something on the station that bares a lot of fire magic however it is not the fire elemental .
Alright everyone I order you all to split up and scan this station we can t allow whatever this is to overheat the station or escape! Everyone nodded and began to rush out of the control room to search the station me included. Cortex stood there noticing the green water on the floor, looking up at the door, Kai was walking out from he gave the bandicoot a look hoping what Kai was going to say wasn t what he thought, the bandicoot only nodded causing the doctor to turn around and change the alert to a high full alert.
Tiny and Dingodile went to check the lockers and shower room, Nina and went to check the mutant lab, Ripper Roo and Pinstripe started to check each of the bedrooms and living quarters, I on the other had went to check the Docking bay as that was the only way in or out of the station.
Walking towards the Docking bay I noticed that it began to get warm really warm reaching the door I began to feel something...or someone was on the other side of this door. The door opened and I saw nothing, walking in I looked around still nothing the room was warm still and there seemed to sign that anything tried to leave. Standing in the middle of the room, folding my arms thinking of what could cause the doctor to panic so much, just then images of the fox on the hospital bed came flashing into my head causing me to put a paw on my head as a huge headache caused a lot of pain. Falling to my knees now clutching my head in both paws almost in tears from the pain, a small still lit ember floated gently down and landed on the floor in front of me, the moment I saw that the pain vanished and replaced with pure fear. Slowly looking upwards I saw more embers falling and there floating high in the room was a winged fox, parts of his body looked like there were on fire as embers fell from him, the flames died down I watched amazed as the fire had created a red jackets ripped at the bottom and black and red shorts also ripped at the bottom, a collar formed around his neck but unlike mine his was spiked all the way round. I stood up and tried backing away from the fox but my foot knocked into a wrench causing it to clatter and make noise. The fox ears twitched and slowly turned around looking down at me with both of his red eyes, I froze in fear staring back at those eyes yet I felt warmth from them like one gets from a lover or family member. He floated down arms folded grinning at me, it felt impossible at what I was looking at he looked like a mirror image of me not including his other wing and that his body was much more toned and built than mine, his fur colour was the same his eyes was like the one on my right side his hair was like mine just red and black. Looking down at his collar I noticed that like mine in the middle it had a letter however his was a red D unlike my green T. Wait a D? It can t be is it? I thought in my head. A...D D Drake? the fox grinned still stretching himself wings included.
It s been a long time brother, how have you been you know since you sliced me in half 3 years ago! there was a low grown coming from his throat.
3 years ago?...sliced in half Not knowing what he was on about although I knew I had sliced a fox in half years ago but don t remember actually physically doing it before images of a red hair fox in the mall bathroom laying on the floor covered in blood appeared in my mind. Shaking my head I didn t know what to say.
Drake growled a bit louder before opening his left paw a fireball appearing in it.
Allow me to refresh your memory! with that he threw the fireball at me being at close range and not expecting it I was sent across the floor as it hit me in the chest. Holding my chest I looked up at him expecting another one to hit me in the face this time but nothing was flying my way.

Back in the control room all of us sitting down most of them looking at me I was looking down at my hands Crunch was now awake and had a hand on my shoulder looking worried.
Well that was quite a sight to see I expected his head to explode in space but that s what you get for watching too many space movies or Family Guy episodes, anyway everyone what you just saw was a demon fox, Drake DemonFox to be exact. Everyone looked at me again while I spoke quietly.
I thought he was dead. That is what we hoped you would think hell I didn t think he would grow both his legs back but since he has now escaped we have a problem on our hands, Uka Uka has lost contact with Py-ro the fire elemental and with Drake now on the lose I get the feeling he will try and force him to lend him his power over fire. It was Crunch s turn to speak up.
Well I guess we will have to stop him if that mask was ment to be my next power although...Drake is kind of cute muhhhh! Crunch was now on the floor holding his groin rolling about in pain after I had punched him in the balls for that remark a few of the others crossed their legs feeling Crunch s pain, I didn t however admit that I too thought my own twin brother was good looking and now that he was on the loose the only thing on my mind was to somehow cool his anger down before it took control of his heart.
On the edge of a cliff looking out at the rest of the jungle, the sky dark fire all around where Drake was the jungle was on fire however due to magic it never spread to the rest of it, the fiery environment suited Drake very well.
