Yes I know I didn't keep my promise for updating every two weeks, but I have forgotten that have college and stupid homework to do, so I'm not going to keep promises to update because I never keep them and I apologize for that but I will try not to take forever tho. Any of the whores: Sesshomaru isn't taking Inuyasha's news well and keeping him in his room what will Inuyasha do to tame his beast.
Rin was getting ready for school kept looking at Sesshomaru's room. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru haven't come out of the room since last night. Kagome kept texting her none stop last night. Which made Rin feel anxious. If she came to school without Sesshomaru or Inuyasha everyone would ask her questions that she didn't know how to answer. Rin walked up to Sesshomaru door and gently knocked on it.
"Um...Sess it is time to head to school...we should leave," Rin whispered. There were no responses on the other side of the door which made Rin feel even more anxious.
"Sesshomaru if you and Inuyasha don't come to school today all of our friends would be worried, a-and I don't know what to tell me," Rin said louder hoping that Sesshomaru would answer. Rin was about to knock on the door again until the door opened and Sesshomaru was fully dressed holding his backpack.
"Sorry for keeping you waiting Rin lets go," Sesshomaru smiled walking past Rin. Rin looked back at the door with concern.
"Wait! What about Inuyasha he needs to come to school as well." Rin yelled down the hallway. Sesshomaru stopped for a moment and mumbled something but Rin couldn't hear him.
"Don't worry about it," Sesshomaru said without any emotion in his voice and kept on walking. Rin ran down the hallway to catch up to him and tugged on his arm.
"Sesshomaru I'm serious! Every since last night you've been acting weird and everyone is going to ask where Inuyasha is, if-"
"I SAID DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT! AND WHAT I DO TO MY MATE IS NO ONE'S CONCERN, SO KNOW YOUR PLACE RIN!" Sesshomaru growled with his eyes turning red. Rin backed away from Sesshomaru and started to shake at how threatening Sesshomaru looked. Sesshomaru looked away from Rin and sighed.
"Come on we are going to be late for school," Sesshomaru whispered and walked downstairs. Rin took a few minutes to move and followed after Sesshomaru. The car ride was silent and Rin didn't dare to look at Sesshomaru. When they parked in the school's parking lot Rin quickly got out of the car, slammed the door, and quickly went to her first period. Sesshomaru didn't flinch when Rin slammed the door he calmly got out and slowly went to his first class.
Sango saw Kagome at the lunch table barely eating her food that was in front of her. Sango looked at her in concern and walked to her.
"What's wrong Kagome you seem upset?" Sango asked sitting next to Kagome. Kagome looked up at Sango then back down at the table.
"I'm worried about Inuyasha and now Rin. Rin and I have every class together, and every time I try to talk to her she either ignores me or walks away from me...And I'm not sure why. To add Inuyasha hasn't been answering his phone," Kagome sighed putting her head in her hands. Sango rubbed her back and gave her a tight hug.
"Maybe there is something on her mind and Inuyasha is probably hiding out somewhere, but when they feel like talking to us they will, okay?" Sango told Kagome, Kagome nodded her head and started to eat. Minutes later Miroku and Shippo joined Kagome and Sango. They kept discussing Inuyasha and why he hasn't been at school. Then their voices died down when Rin and Sesshomaru sat at the table. Sesshomaru was smiling and making a conversation with Miroku and Shippo; well Rin sat down and started to eat without looking at anyone.
"Hey, Sesshomaru is Inuyasha feeling alright?" Kagome spoke out. Rin glanced up at Sesshomaru then quickly looked back down.
"He is doing fine. I couldn't wake him up, so I just left him to sleep," Sesshomaru smiled at Kagome. Kagome nodded her head then looked at Rin.
"Rin, sorry about bothering you about Inuyasha. He seemed anxious when he went to your guy's house, did he calm down when he arrived?" Kagome asked. Rin glanced up at Kagome and looked at Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru looked back at her challenging her.
"I wouldn't know he went straight to Sesshomaru's room, so why don't you ask Sesshomaru," Rin commented. She quickly got up, grabbed her things, and left the cafe. Everyone was looking at her in confusion then looked toward Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru sighed and rubbed the back of his neck.
"Sorry about that. Rin and I had an argument this morning, so she is mad at me at the moment," Sesshomaru responded to everyone silent question. Everyone nodded in understanding and continue talking among themselves. Kagome still looked in the direction that Rin left.
Rin felt bad for avoiding Kagome all day. She didn't know what to say to her, and she knew if she told Kagome what is going on Sesshomaru wouldn't be too happy with her. She is also annoyed that Sesshomaru is acting like nothing is wrong, and that he is not upset with Inuyasha. Rin stuffed in her things in her locker and sighed.
"If only Koga didn't open his damn mouth," Rin whispered to herself before she closed her locker. Rin jumped when she saw that Kagome was right next to her.
"Oh gosh, Kagome you scared me," Rin sighed in relief. Kagome stared at her which made Rin feel uncomfortable.
"What is going on Rin? Something happened last night, and I don't know why you are not telling me what happened. You and Sesshomaru don't argue unless it is something serious. Please, Rin you can always tell me was it wrong, it is not like you to keep to yourself," Kagome grabbed Rin's hands and gently tugged on them. Rin looked down at their hands then at Kagome. Rin quickly looked around then tugged Kagome to the nearest girl's restroom. Kagome leaned on one of the sinks has she saw Rin checking on the bathroom stalls. Rin sighed and turned to Kagome.
"I don't want to anger Sesshomaru because I love him too much, but I feel like you should at least should know this," Rin sighed and lean on one of the stalls.
"I don't know how, but Koga knew that Inuyasha was leaving and he told Sesshomaru before Inuyasha could tell him, himself. And as you can imagine Sesshomaru was not too happy about just the news, but also that Koga knew before him. I guessed Sesshomaru just snapped. He didn't say anything to me, so I thought he was handling the news in his own way, but when I saw that Inuyasha came over I had a bad feeling."
"Wait so you lied to me when I asked if he was doing alright," Kagome interrupted a little upset. Rin lowered her head showing that Kagome was right.
"I didn't mean to lie to you. I just didn't really knew, at lunch, I wasn't lying when I said that Inuyasha went to straight to Sesshomaru's room. Before I had time to warn Inuyasha that Sesshomaru knew about him leaving Sesshomaru got him and took him to his room. The only time I saw him is when he arrived. Sesshomaru had him looked up in his room all night, and this morning when I was getting ready," Rin confessed. Kagome looked troubled and didn't know what to say.
"Sesshomaru doesn't seem upset. He seems calm and relaxed today, so I wouldn't have guessed that he was upset." Kagome looked up at Rin. Rin nodded her head.
"This morning I was trying to see if Inuyasha was okay, but Sesshomaru didn't let me see him. I told him what he was doing was wrong, but all he did was snapped on me and...that made me upset that is why I was distant today," Rin finished. Kagome nodded her head. They stayed in silence for a few minutes until someone came into the bathroom. They both quickly went out and Kagome started to walk Rin to her art class.
"What should we do?" Kagome asked.
"I'm not sure, but I think we shouldn't do anything yet," Rin answered.
"What!" Kagome screamed. Rin didn't answer her she kept walking until they were in front of the door. Kagome stayed at the door and didn't let Rin go in until she explained herself.
"What do you mean we shouldn't do anything?" Kagome asked as Rin stayed quiet.
"Yet." Rin reminded Kagome. Rin looked around again making sure that they were the only ones that were in the hallway.
"I'm not saying we shouldn't help Inuyasha. I'm saying we should give Inuyasha a chance to calm Sesshomaru down. If we take Inuyasha by force that would just drive Sesshomaru more insane. And the fact that Sesshomaru locked Inuyasha up it shows he will take Inuyasha somewhere else if we take Inuyasha away from him," Rin explained. Kagome looked more worried after Rin explained herself.
"Listen. Kagome I believe that Inuyasha can talk to him, and make him understand the situation without him going berserk. I believe in Inuyasha. Do you?" Rin asked before she went into the classroom. Kagome looked down at her feet and sighed. She stood there in the hallway for a minute then quickly went parking lot where Sango and Miroku were waiting for her.
Rin walked out of her art class and noticed that Sesshomaru was leaning on the wall waiting for her. Rin glared at him and walked past him. Sesshomaru quickly caught up to her and followed her to her locker. They didn't say anything to each other even when they were in the car.
"Rin listen, I know that you don't like how I'm doing things and I'm sorry for snapping at you earlier-
"No! Don't apologize to me. Apologize to Inuyasha! You think that he took the news well, he didn't have to tell you shit about leaving. He could have just kept it to himself and left without telling you, but he loves you enough to tell you even though it will break his and your heart. And how to do react you fucking locked him up like a prisoner! Rin snapped at Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru looked down at the steering wheel with his lips glued shut.
"Yes, I'm hurt about what you said to me this morning, but I bet it doesn't compare what Inuyasha is feeling right now. Or his friends. Kagome is pretty much his sister, do you know how worried she is that she hasn't been able to talk to him in the last 24 hours. Oh but that's right you only care about keeping him to yourself you don't care that everyone else," Rin finished and looked out the window. Sesshomaru didn't comment on what Rin said he started the car and drove them home. When they got home Rin quickly got out of the car, unlocked the door, and ran upstairs to her room. Sesshomaru slowly turned off the car and walked into the house. He quietly closed and locked the door. He headed to the kitchen to cook something for Inuyasha. After he was done cooking he walked toward his room. When he opened the door he saw that Inuyasha was looking through the window expressionless.
"I brought you some food," Sesshannouncednonced. Inuyasha looked at Sesshomaru then back out the window. Sesshomaru sighed and put the food on the night stand. Sesshomaru walked to Inuyasha and grabbed his face and made Inuyasha look at him. He tilted his head up and started to kiss him. At first, Inuyasha didn't kiss him then after awhile he started to kiss back. When Sesshomaru noticed this he smiled and walked away from Inuyasha.
"Come on you must eat I know you haven't eaten," Sesshomaru started to take off his school uniform.
"I wonders whose fault that is," Inuyasha commented well holding up the chain that was attached to his ankle. Sesshomaru looked Inuyasha up and down then quickly looked away.
"I'm going to take a shower, when I get out you food better be gone or half eaten," Sesshomaru said then closed the door. Inuyasha rolled his eyes when the door shut. He got up and sat on the bed and started eating.
"He would make breakfast food," Inuyasha commented as he shoved a pancake in his mouth. After a few minutes, Inuyasha heard the door open. Inuyasha sighed.
"You take quick showers so don't be mad at me that I'm still eating," Inuyasha commented. He turned around and saw that Rin quickly shut the door and gave him a hug. Inuyasha hugged her back trying to not drop any of the food on her.
"Um...hey Inuyasha how are you? He didn't hurt you or anything?" she asked looking Inuyasha over. She saw the chain and glared at it.
"I'm so sorry Inuyasha. I want to tell you this before Sesshomaru gets out of the shower," Rin quickly looked opened the door and looked down the hall to make sure that Sesshomaru was in the shower. When she confirmed that Sesshomaru was still in the bathroom she quickly went back into the room and kneel in front of Inuyasha.
"You need to talk to Sesshomaru and make him understand what he is doing to you is wrong. Everyone is upset that you're leaving and we don't want you to leave, but looking you up shouldn't be a solution for keeping you here," Rin commented.
"He sure thinks so," Inuyasha joked as he tugged on the chain. Rin rolled her eyes at the joke and continued.
"I believe that Sesshomaru wouldn't be as drastic if...if Koga wasn't the one who told him that you were leaving,"Rin finished.
"I believe so as well, Sesshomaru was really mad when he told me he found out from Koga and not from me or you," Inuyasha sighed and look down at Rin's hands.
I did try to talk to him and look how well that went," Inuyasha sighed looking up at Rin. Rin hugged him and patted him on the back.
"I know, but at the moment the only person that he is going to listen to is you. So give it a try again please," Rin begged. Inuyasha nodded his head which made Rin smile. She gave him a quick hug and quickly left the room. Inuyasha put the half eaten food back on the nightstand to figure out what he should say to Sesshomaru. After a few minutes, Sesshomaru came back in the room in only a towel. Inuyasha didn't move his thoughts were still racing in his head to noticed Sesshomaru presence.
"Inu you didn't finish your food," Sesshomaru commented as he was drying his hair. The sound of his voice made Inuyasha come out of his thoughts. He looked up at Sesshomaru which made Sesshomaru smile as he walked to his dresser.
"Sess...Sesshomaru can you take off the chain?" Inuyasha asked. Sesshomaru stiffed at the question. He put on his a pair of gray sweatpants and walked over to Inuyasha and kneeled in front of him.
"Don't leave this room," Sesshomaru demanded as he unlocked the chain and removed it from Inuyasha ankle. Inuyasha brought his ankle up and rubbed it. Sesshomaru got up and went back to his dresser.
"Ca-can I also have my phone back. I bet Kagome is upset that I haven't called her?" Inuyasha slightly looked up to see how Sesshomaru reacted to the question. Sesshomaru stood still for a seconded then walked to his desk and opened one of the drawers and pulled out his phone. He handed the phone to Inuyasha and grabbed his plate and headed to the door. Inuyasha watched as Sesshomaru left the room and quickly powered on his phone. He is was so glad that he had 50% power left. He saw that Kagome called him about 20 times. He called her back right away. He was holding his breath has the phone started to ring. Kagome picked up on the second ring.
"Inuyasha!" Kagome asked breathlessly.
"Hey, Kagome how are you?" Inuyasha asked.
"Who cares about me how are you. I was so worried that you didn't come to school today, and Rin told me that you were locked up in Sesshomaru's room. I was so worried I didn't know what to do with myself," Kagome was breathless after her sentence. Inuyasha felt so guilty for causing her so much stress.
"I'm so sorry Kagome I really didn't mean for you to worry," Inuyasha said.
"Yeah, I understand. I'm not mad at you. I'm upset that Sesshomaru is being crazy and not handling the situation well," Kagome commented.
"I understand how he feels, though. If he was the one going away I wouldn't take the news well either," Inuyasha pointed out.
"Yeah but you wouldn't lock him up," Kagome yelled.
"Yes I would," Inuyasha replied back. Kagome didn't say anything for a minute didn't know what to say to Inuyasha.
"I never thought I would find my mate Kagome and know that I have, I have to leave him. So his reaction to this makes sense to me, but locking me up won't change the fact that I have to leave. And I just to remind him of that," Inuyasha finished. He could hear Kagome sighing and moving around.
"I-I won't interfere or do anything, but if you can't convince Sesshomaru to let you so help me-"
"Yes Kagome I know all hell will break loose," Inuyasha interrupted her. Kagome laughed at the comment.
"But I'm serious, though," Kagome reminded.
"Yeah I know, but I believe that he has calmed down a little bit, I'm going to talk to him after I get off the phone with you," Inuyasha heard the door open and saw Sesshomaru walking in.
"Okay I trust you, but if your not at school tomorrow I'm going to beat his ass," Kagome hissed. Inuyasha laughed into the phone.
"Yes I understand," Inuyasha chuckled.
"Okay bye Inu," Kagome sighed.
"Bye Kagome," Inuyasha replied back. After a few seconds, Inuyasha hanged up and sat the phone back on the nightstand. Sesshomaru stood by his desk and stared at Inuyasha observing his every move. Inuyasha could feel Sesshomaru's gaze on him making him shift on the bed.
"Sesshomaru we both know that I can't stay here. And I know you're upset about me leaving-"
"Your not leaving," Sesshomaru growled out shutting Inuyasha up. Inuyasha gulped and try to speak again.
"With Koga tell you the news he shouldn't have. No one including me didn't tell him. Kagome and I were talking about it in the hallway and his dumbass probably heard us," Inuyasha finished.
"Even if he didn't tell me I would still be upset," Sesshomaru said as he walked over to Inuyasha and sat on the opposite side of the bed.
"Yeah I know, but you wouldn't think that chaining me to the bed would be a good idea,"Inuyasha rolled his eyes. Sesshomaru didn't comment on Inuyasha's remark and stared at him.
"If chaining you to my bed will make you stay I wouldn't hesitate to do it," Sesshomaru grabbed on to the back of Inuyasha's neck making Inuyasha blush.
"I-we both know it is not a good idea, and my father would be upset if he found out that I was hiding away at my boyfriend's house," Inuyasha whispered.
"Fuck your father! I don't care about him. I need you more than he does. You're my mate and I won't let anything or anyone take you away from me!" Sesshomaru yelled putting more pressure on Inuyasha's neck. Inuyasha groaned at the sudden pressure and cleared his throat.
"Sesshomaru. I love you with all my heart nothing can change how I feel about you. You're acting like I'm not going to visit," Inuyasha started to rub Sesshomaru thigh. Sesshomaru growled letting go of Inuyasha's neck.
"But...you're supposed to be by my side all the time," Sesshomaru whispered. Inuyasha leaned closer to Sesshomaru and noticed the tears dripping down his face. Inuyasha's eyes got big and hugged Sesshomaru tight.
"Sesshomaru you-you're are not making this easier for us," Inuyasha voice started to shake.
"Why should I make it easier? Why should I make it easier for you to leave me?" Sesshomaru started to sob which made Inuyasha's heartbreak. Inuyasha grabbed Sesshomaru face and started to kiss his forehead, then to his nose, and finally to his lips.
"I'm sorry Sess I'm so sorry the last thing I want to do is hurt you," Inuyasha said before he continued kissing Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru started to kiss Inuyasha back running his hand through his hair.
"I really don't want you to go," Sesshomaru whispered into Inuyasha's mouth. Inuyasha tried to steady his voice.
"I don't want to go either," Inuyasha whispered back.
