(JAZZ'S POV)
It was late evening and the sun had already set. Darkness enveloped the camp that we made, and everyone was preparing to get some sleep. I got up from the log I was sitting on and walked over to my backpack. I reached for the smallest pocket zipper and slowly opened it. I pulled out a bottle of water and frowned. Our water supply was running low. I made a mental note to go to the waterfall and stream tomorrow to refill our water. I noticed that the temperature had dropped suddenly, causing me to shiver slightly. I didn't have an extra jacket on me, so I grabbed an extra T-shirt and wrapped it around my arms. I pulled back my long red hair and sighed as I walked back to the camp.
Danny was trying to set up a fire. He was rubbing two sticks together, and failing. He cried out in frustration as the spark he just made had faded.
"Danny, let me see those sticks." I gestured for him to give me them. He handed the sticks to me and I felt them, then frowned.
"Danny, these sticks are damp, they won't get make a fire. You need dry wood and probably some stones, those would work better." I advised. Danny nodded. He got up to gather his materials and I walked over to Dash. He was staring out at the sea. I sat down next to him.
I never really got the chance to know Dash. We spoke about three words to each other. Considering the fact that we all could be stuck on this island for a long time, I figured it was a good idea to get to know him.
"Hey Dash." I greeted, looking into his deep blue eyes. He averted his attention from the sea and looked at me.
"Hey Jane." He replied. I frowned. This guy was rather dense, we've been on the island for almost two weeks and he doesn't even know my name!
"It's Jazz." I corrected. He raised his eyebrow in confusion and then mumbled a "sorry".
"Listen, I was thinking of exploring the east side of the island. We went through the west and part of the north but didn't even touch the other side. Who knows, we could find something helpful." I informed him.
Dash scoffed and looked away from me. "Like what, more tiny berries?"
"Anything is better than nothing. There could be fragments from the plane on that side and we could find some luggage. One small thing could change all of our lives, Dash. Help us out."
"Pfft, whatever. As long as its not too hot."
"Thanks Dash."
He stopped talking and looked disinterested in the conversation, so I got up and left him alone. I saw Tucker rummaging through his green backpack.
"Whatcha lookin for?" I asked casually. His intense teal eyes bore into mine.
"My PDA. I'm trying to create an emergency distress signal so that we can be rescued. We shouldn't even have been on this island for that long!" Tucker responded, obviously stressed.
"Tucker, I think you need to relax. When is the last time you actually got some sleep? From what I remember, you stay up every night messing with some equipment!"
"I can't sleep on this stupid island where there are freaky snakes and stuff. I'm not resting until I know we will be rescused!"
"Tucker, drop the PDA. Come on, you're going to lie down and I'll watch over you. Lack of sleep will only contribute to your stress and give you PTSD, which stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder." I ordered. Tucker sighed warily and stood up. He gave me his PDA and I kept it in my backpack for safekeeping. I grabbed some extra jackets and blankets and set them on the sand. I motioned for Tucker to lie down and he did as he was told. The guy really was tired. He had bags under the bags of his eyes! I lay an old T-shirt and some other clothing on top of him to serve as a blanket. Within minutes, Tucker was asleep. I smiled lightly as his body relaxed and entered a deep slumber. The poor guy really needed it.
I yawned and lay down a few feet away from Tucker. I didn't have any additional clothing to use as a blanket or sheets, except for one of Danny's white T-shirts. I sat up and quickly put my hair in a tight bun and placed the shirt where my head would go. The last thing I needed was sand in my hair.

(PAULINA'S POV)
I watched as the girl with red hair fell asleep on the beach with nothing but a shirt to cover her hair! Eek! She had so many split ends, and sleeping on sand will make her hair even drier than it already is! I lifted my arm and felt for the bobby pin and flower clip in my hair. I pulled them out and fixed my hair, making sure it was still healthy and flawless.
Being on this stupid island really sucked. There were no mirrors, it was way too hot, my skin was tanning unevenly, and the Goth freak and her loser boyfriend acted as if they were the bosses! Everyone on the island decided to shun me because I slapped the Goth girl for yelling at me! Like, who does she think she is? Everyone on this island is so mean!
Well… not everyone. The blonde guy, Dash is his name? He's a hunk, no other way to put it. He has muscles and abs and the best thing to see is when he takes off his shirt and his muscles shine in the sun! We haven't talked very much but having a boyfriend like him would increase my social status even more, if that were even possible.
I am the most popular girl at my school. I am the captain of the Varsity cheer squad and I dated almost every football player on the team! Of course, none of them were good enough for me. All they wanted was to take advantage of me, and occasionally I let them during parties. I am a fun girl, I'm not constantly worrying about my grades and colleges. At sixteen years old, my favorite things to do were shop, party, hang out with friends, and make fun of the loser kids! Of course, on this island, that was sort of hard. I couldn't make fun of Dash, because he probably has a high social status too. I don't care much for Jazz and the African boy with the nerdy glasses. The one who annoyed me the most was the Goth girl. She thinks she has the right to fight against me! No one messes with the queen bee!
Just the thought of her made my blood boil. I turned my head and saw her sitting against a tree next to the loser boy with the blue eyes. The boy was laughing and the goth girl punched his shoulder, which made him laugh more. The little tiny boy, Timmy, was using three of my shirts and my skirt just to use as sheets to sleep! He was sleeping a few feet away from the loser couple. I looked at Dash again and stood up. When we get rescued, I want him to be mine.
"Hi Dash!" I exclaimed, batting my eyelashes and twirling my hair. Dash, who had a bored expression on his face, looked up and saw me smiling at him. Immediately, his face brightened (I have that effect on all the boys).
"What's up Paulina?" He asked. I sat down next to him, a lot closer than I should be.
"Nothing really, Dash. I'm feeling kind of… lonely. The Goth freak made everyone shun me just because I care about my skin and health!" I exclaimed.
"Lonely, huh? Well, I think I know someone who can take care of that." Dash said, licking his lips. I blushed a tiny bit, and he was about to kiss me when—
"Um, yeah, sorry to interrupt your moment, but one of you needs to watch the signal fire and make sure it doesn't burn out. There's no time for lollygagging or making out, whatever it is you were about to do." A certain voice stated. I looked up and saw the Goth girl raising an eyebrow at us, and the Danny boy was standing next to her with his arms crossed, a slight smirk on his face
I scowled and stood up, storming away from them. The nerve of that girl! How dare she interrupt my moment with Dash! I turned around and saw Dash stand up and walk towards the fire. He added some wood and sat on the ground. Danny and the Goth girl went over to check on Timmy. I grabbed my purse and lay my head on it, the African boy was hogging all of the clothes to himself. I saw the red headed girl's bag and rummaged through it. Luckily, she was asleep. A small tube caught my eye. I pulled it out and it said Ecto Pain-Reliever. What the hell? I flipped over the tube and squinted at the tiny font in the moonlight. Also a moisturizer and beauty product for all things Ecto. Beauty product? Interesting…

(DANNY'S POV)
Our encounter with Paulina and Dash was certainly interesting. I did not expect them to hook up, or at least try to, after only two weeks. Sam and I were walking over to Timmy, who was mumbling in his sleep. His eyes suddenly opened and he started crying.
"Oh no…" Sam mumbled, running over to Timmy. I ran after her and watched as she scooped up the kid in her arms.
"Mommy!" He cried out, hugging Sam tightly around her neck. I chuckled and Sam smiled, deciding not to argue about Timmy's new name for her.
"Hey kid… It's still night time, you need to sleep." Sam said gently. Timmy stopped crying and looked deep into her amethyst eyes.
"I wanna sleep with you Mommy." Timmy whispered. He hugged Sam once again, it was almost heart melting.
"Uh… okay. Sure. Let's go." She carried Timmy over to her little space, where she had set up some of her socks, pants, and shirts. She lay down next to Timmy. I walked over to the two and chuckled.
"Good night you two." I said, starting to walk away.
"Daddy stay!" Timmy's voice squeaked. I froze. He never called me that before. It was always Dandy or Dadny but never Daddy. If I was Daddy and Sam was Mommy, then that would mean that she and I were Timmy's parents. That would mean that Sam and I would've been together and had—
Stop thinking like that Fenton! You and your stupid testosterone levels. Timmy is not your real kid – get it out of your head! Your focus is to stay alive on this hellish island.
"Uhh, I have to go sleep over there." I stuttered, slightly nervous. I swear I saw Sam frown.
Timmy started to cry. "I want Daddy!" He cried, burying his face into Sam's neck. Sam made a face and I sighed.
"Alright, alright! I'll stay!" I blushed slightly as the thought of sleeping so close to Sam crossed my mind. I lay on Timmy's other side in the sand, I decided to take a bath the next morning. I eventually drifted off into a deep sleep.

(SAM'S POV)
"HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME!" I heard a high-pitched voice shrieking very loudly. I jumped to my feet and ran towards the voice. It sounded like Paulina! I saw her thin frame shaking over a stream.
"Paulina?" I called, slightly hesitant. She faced me and I gasped in horror. Her face was green. Not a slight sickly green, a dark, putrid green color.
"Holy shit! What happened to you?" I cried out, running over to her.
"I woke up with the worst headache ever! And I felt like throwing up! I ran over here so that I wouldn't barf all over the camp. I opened my mouth and this glowing green stuff came out of my mouth! I don't know what happened!" Paulina screamed, obviously freaking out.
"Okay, um… Shit what do we do? I'll get the others! DANNY! JAZZ!" I yelled, running over to them.
"WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY! GET UP NOW!" I yelled, Danny jumped up on his feet and Jazz sat up groggily. Timmy looked at me, confused. Tucker was further away from the camp and still asleep, and Dash was nowhere to be seen.
I grabbed Danny's hand and Jazz was running right behind me. I led them to Paulina, who was clutching her head in pain. Some strange green liquid material was oozing out of her neck.
"She's horribly sick! What happened to her?" I cried out, panicked. Jazz stared in shock and Danny froze. What was wrong with them?
"GUYS? HELLO? SOMEONE IS DYING OVER HERE! WHAT'S GOING ON?" I yelled in horror. Danny bit his lip and Jazz gulped.
"Paulina has ghost flu."
Hey guys! I know, evil cliffhanger at the end. I guess you guys will have to wait to see what happens. I'm so evil. What do you guys think will happen to Paulina? And will Sam find out the truth about Danny?
I hope you guys liked this chapter. I decided to try something new and write in Paulina's POV. I tried not to be too OOC and I'm not sure how I did on that. Who knows, maybe you guys love reading the story from her view :)
Thanks for reading guys! PLEASE REVIEW, they are very much appreciated and motivate me to keep writing and do a better job. Your feedback excites me! Also, don't forget! I have an now that I made just for FanFiction. Got questions? Ask away.
