Tails' robot has finally exploded and fallen into the ocean to rust. The fox goes to his new home so he can live a happier life, or so thought. No one is willing to accept the world's most dangerous criminal. Two years latter someone is back. And yet his name is still the Mysterious Villain. Has Tails gone back to the dark side? (Sequel to Sonic's Two Tailed Mistake)

15. Chapter 14

Chapter 14

Miles "Tails" Prower, a clever golden two-tailed fox, backed up looking at the people who surrounded him. He was no match for them on his own. Sure, he was fast and strong, but their armor was way more sophisticated than any normal one. He recognized it as Eggman's technology, but instead of mindless robots its logical beings that were clearly bent on revenge and toward him of all people.

Tails pressed his back against a pillar and he looked down. Explosions, lasers, and mayhem were going on around. His robots were being attacked and it would be a while before they can get to him. If he jumped he would be picked off, if he flew he would surely be shot at, and if he stayed he would be attacked with the old time combat. His best chance was against these men or women in armor.

The fox turned to face his adversaries who were now in a fighting position, all looking like cloned statues. Not one was even a millimeter different to the next. The fox sneered. These men were clearly trained and those being in armor like that would be downright impossible to fight with only his brawns. Luckily for the fox he has his brains.

The fox pulled back his dark coat sleeve and pressed his watch. The armored men backed up, not realizing their enemy had a device on him. The fox was about to snarl out an insult when his watch loaded and said "Warming Up."

The fox nearly fell down "What the heck?"

The terrorists then knew they had their chance. They leapt at him and he nearly had time to duck away. Tails rolled on his feet and got into a fighting stance of his own. He had to hold them off in till either his robots got to him in time or that his new suit will finally be deployed and he can take these men no problem.

The men charged and Tails followed. He ducked as one swung a punch only to deliver his own to the man's chin. The force of his own punch sent him in the air and as the fox twirled around he flung out a leg to kick another opponent to the side. Tails landed ready for the next one.

The last four looked at each other then attacked. Tails blocked a few kicks and punches as he backed up, but the armor gave them speed and one landed a direct kick on the fox's chest sending him flying back and slamming right into a pole. The fox fell on his stomach not. Suddenly the floor erupted in wood as a hand shot out from below, grabbed his throat and pulled him under.

Tails was thrown to the ground where he was then kicked and flung at a window shattering it. Before he even began to fall a grappling claw caught his foot and he was thrust back up and slammed on the roof only to shatter through the ground and upon the next floor once more. Tails hugged himself as pain swarmed his body. He heard something landing in front of him and he quickly stood.

The men on the roof were now joining the rest on this floor. Now six to one has turned to thirteen verse one. The golden fox swallowed nervously. His disadvantage was not knowing where his enemy was, any weapons they had set up, the layout of the building, he was out numbered, they had better protection, and the fact they clearly had planned for this attack.

The thirteen got into fighting stance in sync. The fox growled as he looked at them "Will you stop acting like a bunch of robots! I don't need further demonstration you've been trained!"

They only looked at each other and then ran at the fox. Tails jumped to the roof and then slammed the wooden surface. The thirteen men froze and instinctively covered their heads as the shards of wood fell on them. The fox landed behind them and after swinging a low foot tripped all of them onto the ground.

They quickly got back up and glared at him. Tails jumped over one who dived at him, then spun around to kick the attacker to make the fox fly back and grab another with his tails. The fox then did cartwheel spinning the enemy on his back.

Tails then dodged left and grabbed an oncoming fist to swing under it and go all the way around till he kicked the attacker in the face. Two men then grabbed the fox's arms to hold him still while a third charged. The fox lifted his feet to kick the man away while he spun his name sakes as fast as he could. He pulled his grabbers up and after a second they were fifty feet in the air. The men panicked as the fox stopped ascending and let go of his arms. After they let go Tails grabbed their heads, slammed their faces together, and after swiftly bringing his arms up slammed them back down on top of their heads. The duo were flung down and shattered through the floors sending wood and dust everywhere.

The kit landed on one of the steel skeletons as there were no longer floors. He was getting tired, he was only eight after all. The young fox was grabbed quickly and thrown into another pillar. Tails glared at the attackers as they began to climb the tower and clearly coming right for him.

"HOW LONG CAN WE HOLD THOSE THINGS OFF?" One of the armored terrorists shouted over the blasting.

His partner kept shooting at the robots and replied loudly "AS LONG AS WE CAN! WE HAVE TO GET THEIR LEADER!"

"THAT TWO TAILED FREAK WILL PAY FOR EVERYTHING HE DID!"

They kept aiming at the enemy robots, but some were getting to the building and began to climb.

One terrorist pointed at the other "I'll take care of the climbing robots! You keep the rest at bay!"

"Why not stop this imprudent venture?"

The two froze. That monotone voice that had no apparent emotion was terrifically familiar. They spun around and flung their weapons, but hands caught them and their leader pulled the firearms behind him and as the men stumbled forward he grabbed both foreheads and slammed them back down, the whole floor shook under his might.

The two stood and got ready for a fight "Your helping the fox? AFTER EVERYTHING HE HAS DONE?!"

The leader only lifted his hand and in it was a strange remote detonator which he then pressed with his thumb. The two were shocked, but looked up as they heard a high pitched whirl. He had placed some sort of device on their head. They looked back at Anonymous who only turned and walked away.

The strange devices went off, but not with an explosion. Flames shot out of the round objects and the two went flying off into the distance screaming. Two more terrorists jumped down and charged, but hands shot out underneath and pulled them under.

Anonymous turned around just in time to see the two get flung off toward the distance. Anonymous turned around as Ralph jumped up through the hole he created "You didn't answer their question."

"There is no answer to a question I have already answered."

"Stop it with the stinkin riddles. I'm beginning to wish you were dead."

The terrorist leader walked past him and tossed him an object "You did help me back there."

Ralph lifted the object to eye level "…a dog treat. Ha, ha. Sometimes I wonder if you have no sense of humor."

"I find no humor in giving you a snack." Anonymous grabbed a bar and spun around to begin climbing.

Ralph looked back down at the treat and looked up "WHAT THE HECK IS THIS A REFERENCE TO?"

The fifth floor full of the attackers were circling the entire floor, blasting at the robots below. One of these assailants pulled out a round object and pulled back. He tossed the grenade down, but suddenly it landed right in the center of the floor. Everyone turned to see the thing right there. They all yelled and jumped over the side, grabbed the ledge and flung themselves to the floor underneath.

The group dropped to the ground and held their heads. The floor above soon blew and wood was shattered all over them. As the dust began to settle the first of the enemies slowly raised his or her head to look around. The rest soon followed "What happened?"

Suddenly the air shifted and all heads spun around to see "Hi!" Sonic the Hedgehog waved at them "Sorry, but this is a no terrorist zone. I'm going to have to ask you to leave."

The group jumped to their feet and charged. They almost reached him, but the cobalt hedgehog was too swift for them. He leapt over them and landed on the other side. The hero was surprised at their unnatural speed as he spun around ready to be charged.

Sonic kicked the first to the side and spun into the air over the next so he could kick him over the edge. The blue blur then ran at the rest and spun on the ground tripping those who did not jump over his spinning fury.

Sonic jumped up and spun around ready to attack, but the second floor over them suddenly caved in with many of the enemy terrorists crashing down. Four figures landed and got into a fighting stance. The group backed away as Lee, Nike, Deen, and Alber stood back to back "I take the one in armor and your guys take care of the men wearing black." Deen spoke.

Alber growled "Their all wearing black."

Lee snorted "Then take em out."

Nike pointed at Sonic "We'll take care of these guys, go find Tails!"

Sonic shrugged and sprung up toward the open floors and ran off. The group surrounded looked left to right as their enemy began to regain their courage and walked toward them surrounding them.

"Hey Alber." Nike spoke up.

"What?"

"Remember Ralph's favorite game?"

"Yah."

"Wanna play it and make him proud."

"Well considering how fun that use to be- defiantly!"

"Black Death time!" The four locked elbows.

The incoming villains stopped to register what they just heard shouted, but not in time. The four agents began to quickly spin; Alber and Lee were lifted off the ground slamming their armored feet into the faces of the terrorists. Deen was singing loudly and quickly "Ring-around-the-rosey-pockets-full-of-posies-!" The group kept spinning faster and faster knocking all the enemies down before they could dive away "-ashes-ashes-we-all-fall-dowwwn." The Deen and Nike, who were flinging their comrades, lost their balance and fell.

Alber stood up "Isn't that a kid's nursery rhyme?"

Nike jumped up and brushed his armor off "Yah, but it's funny to apply it to an offensive tactic."

Lee pointed at himself with his thumbs "Also, since you and I are light it's easy to lift us and make us useful weapons."

Deen patted Lee's shoulder "Yep. Leeches are very light and wormy. Good for whipping."

Lee spun and punched his comrade in the shoulder. Deen only laughed and rubbed the assaulted area "Ow… heh, what? Mppph."

"Aww." The group turned "You guys remember that?" Ralph was clinging to the metal pole, clearly climbing up to the next floors "I thought you guys forgot about that."

"Naming an assailing strategy Black Death-…" Ralph looked up while his old team turned halfheartedly toward Anonymous who was also climbing the pole opposite of Ralph "… that was pathetic."

"The nursery rhyme is about the Black Death and since our old armor was black it suited the action." Ralph replied.

Anonymous only looked up "I comprehend why it is called 'Black Death'. What is pathetic is after the tactic you fall down." He then began to climb.

Ralph sighed and nodded "I missed his cold hearted enthusiasm." He pointed at his team "Hey, why don't you guys do the bowling ball to the guys downstairs. Anonymous and I are going up to get Tails. Besides, that option is always awesome." Ralph began to climb again.

Alber tapped her chin "Huh… not a bad idea. Who's going to roll?"

Deen patted Lee "Leaches love to go after hosts."

Lee batted Deen's head "Fine, I'll do it."

Lee offered his arms and they grabbed them. Lee spun to face forward as he jumped off the ledge and his team tossed him under the floor and toward five enemies near the edge. The five were smashed down in the center as Lee rolled and stopped right in front of them.

The group of terrorists stood and got into a fighting stance, but Lee tossed his arms in the air and shouted "GERONIMO TIME!"

The ceiling crashed down and the three above landed on the unbeknownst villains under them. Lee clapped his hands together "Just like old times!"

Anonymous landed on a floor looking at a group of ready attackers. The leader only landed on the platform and cracked his neck to the side. The group advanced toward him "I would like to defer this fight and inquire 'WHY are you helping the fox'?!" A female terrorist snarled.

Anonymous began to walk toward them "You have abandoned what we stood for. We do not attack the innocent."

"Innocent?!... Look around you! HE'S THE CAUSE OF ALL THIS DISTRUCTION!"

"He is tortured by the evil done to him. He is too young to handle all the stress and desolation. He's coping with it the way he thinks he needs to."

"He's trying to destroy the planet!"

"And we are any better to have a say against that?"

The terrorist only growled and dashed at their ex-leader. He only stepped to the side. She ran by, but the leader had extended an arm and caught her face. He then threw her against a pole causing it to shake violently.

The rest soon charged. Anonymous only ran right at them as well. He blocked the first punch and pulled him down to a kneeling position. He then caught a kick and spun to his right. After completely spinning one-hundred and eighty degrees he stuck out his right foot, kicked the kneeling terrorist and threw the one whose foot he had swung around with at the female getting up from the pole. She went crashing right back onto the floor with the man on top of her, but Anonymous did not stop there.

As it got more compact around him the terrorist leader did not seem fazed or worried. He tossed his body down on one foot so the other could be thrown back to kick someone behind him and punch another in the stomach causing them to belly over. He then flung himself back so that his foot soared up kicking the bent over man and punching two soldiers at his sides. The motion he created soon hurled him in the air into a back flip over the enemy who dove at him.

Anonymous landed grabbing a fist in his hand. He bent it down to bring his attacker to their knee and he then let go and back fist them on the side of their cheek.

He stepped back and elbowed someone behind them and as they doubled over he grabbed their head and flung them to the ground over his shoulder. He grabbed a fist at his side and flipped so as he forced the man down he kicked someone, on the way up, under the chin. As he span back onto his feet he landed on the man whose hand he caught, right before he popped his enemy's joint out of place.

The last villain charged throwing his right fist at his old master, but Anonymous was waiting. He slapped the right fist with his left hand. As his left hand flew to the right he intertwined it with his right hand and tossed it back up to a double fist blow to the face. The entwined fists soon went over the opponent's head like a necklace and pulled him down right onto his knee which he forcefully brought up.

He then flew his arms to the side whacking two fists away and as he swiftly brought his arms back together he slammed the two assailants heads together, both falling down.

The last terrorist grew ridged at the attack, but then went limp. Anonymous then dropped the unconscious body. He turned to face Ralph who only stared in shock "… I forgot how skilled you were."

"That is hard to believe."

"… I also forgot what a pain it was to fight you."

"… I will just take that as a compliment."

"AGHH!" The two armored men shot a glance up.

That was the scream of Tails the fox. He was right above them, and it did not sound as if he was winning.

Anonymous looked at Ralph "You get the fox. I will worry about getting my men to safety."

"'Men?' They went against you!"

"They are still my brothers and sisters."

Ralph shook his head and ran forward "I can't tell if you are heartless now… still sound like it though." Ralph jumped, grabbed the ledge above and swung himself up onto the next level.

Anonymous turned away from where the ex-agent had gone and faced his unconscious use to be comrades. He then pulled out the round fire blasts he had and placed them on every chest there. He then threw the bodies off the building as the devices went off, sending the unconscious people away from the battle ground.

More terrorists landed on the floor, coming from underneath. Anonymous only turned to them almost as if he was expecting them. Suddenly there was a bright light and Blaze the cat landed blasting her fire at them. The force sent them flying back onto the ground. They jumped to their feet, but before the smoke cleared three round fire devices soared at them each catching one terrorist and making them fly off and away. The smoke cleared and Anonymous image showed him with an open hand next to his head as if he had dropped something. He apparently had three of the devices in his hands and had let them go aimed at the three attackers.

Blaze turned to him "You guys need to know how to wait up. I could barely keep up with you!"

"You were fine. You are here now and that is all that matters. You missed some by the way."

"Huh?" the princess spun around to see some terrorists jumping up and getting ready to fight. Blaze inflamed her hands and was ready to charge, but suddenly there was a high pitched noise and a clang when it stopped.

One of the attackers looked down at his chest to see one of the flying devices. It blasted away sending the man flying. There were more clangs and Anonymous turned toward the source.

Three men with strange guns were aiming at them "Get them, before the robots get there!" One of them shouted.

They blasted more off the building, one was even blasted off right when one of the assassin robots speared them.

Anonymous walked toward the edge and yelled toward them "I told you to stay away. I do not want anyone of you to die."

One stood and shouted back "We were not going to stand by and see what will happen. We will die to save our brothers and sisters."

Anonymous pointed "Look out." He did not even seemed worried.

The man spun around and shot off one of the devices. It landed on the robot advancing at them and it was thrown off and away. The man then turned to his leader "The robots are begining to advance more and more. You need to hurry."

"Just get out of here. I'll take care of it."

The three nodded and turned to run, but robots tackled them. Anonymous suddenly went out of character. He stepped forward as if about to pounce out and charge, but the bots did not even get the chance to kill the trio. They were suddenly lifted off the ground and flung away.

Silver landed swinging his arm up to lift up the boulders nearby. He threw his arm down and the rock flew at the oncoming robots. He pointed at the men "Get going. I'll hold off the horde of metal."

Silver got down in a runners start and leapt forward, flying right at the machines, close to the ground. He crashed right past the robots and curved into the air.

Lee clapped his hands and pointed at Silver "That guy knows how to do a Bowling Attack!"

Alber leaned down over the side of the next floor "Come on! The robots are climbing right after us!"

He nodded "Coming." He stepped forward, but screeched and jumped back as a robot's arm grabbed the ledge under him. As its head came up he kicked it off the side "Stinking horror dolls!"

"Lee!"

"I'M COMING! Just let me complain about the stupid, damn things after us."

Anonymous stepped back after seeing his men run into the forest and sighed. Blaze was stunned and only looked side to side with her eyes, unsure of what to do. Anonymous was suddenly acting like a living animal, but his cold unemotional self soon returned as he turned to princess "We need to help the people under us. The robots are starting to climb."

Blaze only nodded with a blank expression. Anonymous turned and before he jumped off he said "Or just stand there staring like a fool."

Blaze shook her head and then growled after him. She charged and flipped over the side and down to the lower levels.

Tails was slammed against a steel frame. He grabbed it to prevent his fall and coughed harshly. He was being pummeled badly. He will not will this fight. He may have held his own for a while, but all the stamina he had left him. He pulled himself up and moaned in pain. He looked at his watch reading "98% COMPLETE."

The fox looked up to the sky "Why do you hate me fate?"

He was unexpectedly grabbed and thrown up. He crashed through the ceiling and onto the roof once more. The men he had been fighting were all around him now. The fox pushed himself up with an elbow, but he then fell back down and closed his eyes.

The men chuckled and pounded their fists into their palms ready to finish the fox off. The floor under one suddenly fell and a pair of robotic hands busted through grabbing one of the men and pulled the screaming man down with him.

Tails turned with a smile. His robots had finally come to rescue him. The figure spun up in flip and after landing said "Sorry I'm late." Tails smile fell and Ralph stepped up "You guys jumped around a lot."

The terrorists fell back "WHAT THE-… IT'S RALPH!"

"IMPOSSIBLE!"

"You're supposed to be dead!"

Ralph crashed a fist into his palm "Aww, I missed you guys too. Let's say we have a fight reunion. Don't you agree?"

They charged, but Ralph only stood and rested his hands on his shoulders. The men threw their punches and they connected. The air around shook, but Ralph did not even seem effected. He only brought an arm up and waved it in front of where his mouth was "Yawn. I'm bored."

The group stumbled back "How-."

Ralph indicated toward himself "Armor made by the fox boys! Your armor is more inferior to mine for once. My turn!"

The dog dashed at them at blinding speed and punched all of them with one single stroke, sending them flying into the air and far away.

Ralph slapped his hands together "Well, don't they share the experience of a bird." He turned and faced the fox still on the ground "You okay buddy?"

Tails grew livid as he harshly shoved himself off the wooden floor "I was fine! I did not need your help." He spat venomously.

Ralph raised his arms "Take it easy. I was only trying to help."

Tails jumped to his feat and yelled "I DO NOT WANT YOUR OR ANYONE'S HELP! YOU'RE ALL JUST A BUNCH OF PSYCHOPATHS!"

Ralph looked at the fox in shock "'Psychopaths?' What's gotten into you? When have we ever been psychopaths?"

Tails opened his mouth to respond, but his watched beeped and he looked at it and smiled "100% COMPLETE." Was revealed on the screen.

There was a sudden boom and Ralph turned in all sort of directions to find out where the source of that noise was. He looked up and dove away as a metal tube crashed into the wood and miraculously somehow did not fly further downward. Tails ran at it. He shoved his hand onto a screen and after a second it read "Tails The Fox" and opened. The fox grabbed the suit in front of him and pulled it on.

Ralph stood and walked behind Tails "Tails… what's going on? Why are you acting this way?... Hypnosis?"

Tails put on a cowboy hat, similar to the one he originally owned almost looking like his first appearance against Sonic in that abandoned city years ago. Tails turned around and faced the ex-agent dog "Ta-da! My new and improved armor."

Ralph looked him up and down "… Sorry to break this to ya, but… leather is not a good source of armor."

Tails scoffed as he cracked his knuckles "It's not leather, or cotton, or wool, or any form of fabric. Its micro metallic metal that flows and acts as soft cloths when in fact…" The fox suddenly lurched forward at speeds Ralph could not see.

Ralph was blasted off his feet and smashed into a pole, completely ripping it off. Ralph rolled onto his stomach, pushed his chest off the ground with his arms, and stared shockingly at the fox. Tails bowed "Armor just like yours Ralph, but with more innovated upgrades. Faster, stronger, lighter, and…" Tails flung his arm at the dog, a laser fired right out of his gloves and at the ex-agent.

Ralph nearly had time to roll out of the way. Tails laughed as Ralph hopped to his feet "Oh, Ralph." Tails flung an arm down toward the dog "You are too easy for me now."

Ralph shook his head "Hypnosis. Defiantly some form of hypnosis. There is no other way… but how could they have hypnotized you? You have to willingly be hypnotized."

Tails smile faded into shock. It then slowly, yet maliciously into a growl "Excuse ME!... HYPNOSIS! MY ROBOTS!"

Ralph backed up. The fox was unusually intimidating. The fox marched right at him "I'll beat you so badly and into a misshaped casing that onlookers will look at you and ask 'What hath God wrought?'"

Ralph looked at Tails strangely "Wait a minute."

The fox lunged at him. He punched him three times causing the dog to stumble back forcibly, but he quickly shoved himself back up. Tails then swiped at him with his tails, connecting to the ex-agent's body three times. Ralph slammed into the floor, but jumped back up, he just had to stay standing or else he would not understand.

Tails then slashed his namesakes and kicked the dog onto the floor again. Ralph jumped back up. Tails charged punching the dog twice and after a pause leapt into the air. He slashed, kicked, and slashed, kicked again. Ralph went down. This was hurting a lot more than expected, but he got the answer he was looking for, thanks to Tails. He'll need to thank him after all this was over.

Tails walked around the dog who wheezed out "Stop?"

Ralph stood "Maybe. How bout explaining what your plan is?"

Tails scoffed "What do you think I am? An imbecile? Why would I ever tell you that?"

"Oh… we were good friends."

Tails shook his head with a disgusted face "You disgust me even over Sonic!" He then kicked the dog over the side.

As he fell a hand reached out and pulled him in. Ralph looked up to see Anonymous "… I said help the fox, not fight him you oblivious fool."

"Love you too." Ralph looked up to see Sonic "I know the answer to the second password."

Sonic was shocked "Huh? How?"

"Tails told it to me."

"What is it?"

The tower shook and Ralph jumped to his feet "Not now, when we get out of here I'll explain."

Robots were climbing on all sides up toward the group. Their mandate… destroy all life forms.

Anonymous looked at Blaze "Your highness, there is a way out."

Blaze looked at him "What?"

"If we heat the bars of this building we will generate enough heat to explode all the explosives in the secret facility under us."

Blaze eyes shot open "How do you know about that?! You're not even from this universe!"

Anonymous turned and walked up to a bar "No time. Just start making things hot." The terrorist leader grabbed it and the area around it began to turn red.

Lee shuttered "That sounded so awkward."

Blaze, though stunned, turned and grabbed another bar her hands erupting in flames.

Ralph grabbed one of his own it too began to glow red. The four agents grabbed the last bar and the whole structure began to glow red, the metal full of incredible heat.

Tails stared down at the group, not hearing what they had said, in awe "Wow… they are… idiots. Bigger idiots than I thought. Even heat like that cannot melt the robots."

Alpha One suddenly landed right next to his master "Want me to retrieve them sir?"

Tails smiled and waved it away "Na… I want to see this and watch them fail."

Meanwhile underground the heat has reached the metallic room and it has begun to glow as well. The red glow soon spread toward crates and the wooden boxes, reading "DANGER: EXPLOSIVES", caught on fire.

Anonymous looked down at he incoming robots whispering "Five… four… three… two… one."

The whole ground exploded in a fury of fire. The building toppled whilst dust and rocks were flung everywhere. Tails who stood proud and tall crumbled to the ground from the sudden shockwave, the building soon fell on its side sending derbies everywhere.

Alpha One snatched the fox from the air before he could enter the cloud of fire and smoke. Tails looked shocked at what laid before him. He then blinked furiously "How did they do that? Metal does not explode that fiercely."

Phi raised his arms and spun his hands around in a circle creating a current of air. The dust and smoke was soon blown away. Alpha One placed down his master and scanned the area "… They got away."

Tails looked around in shock "… How did they do that?"

Eggman sat at the computer chair looking at the firewall screen. There was a commotion outside and he stood swiftly. Ralph came marching in with his four ex-partners. Anonymous came following behind the group. Being harassed by a certain fiery princess "HOW COULD YOU HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THAT BUNKER? ONLY PEOPLE IN HIGH AUTHORITY KNEW AOBUT IT! AND I'M THE LAST ONE!"

Anonymous only swept it away "Not now, Ralph says he knows the second password to the consul."

Eggman was befuddled "Really? What is it?"

Anonymous shook his head "No, we need Silver to activate it first. It needs his telekinetic powers remember."

Eggman stepped back "What the-… How do you know that? You weren't here when we activated it."

Blaze turned to him "Yah… you were outside with us."

Anonymous had no reply… he did not even budge. Ralph slammed his hands together "HEY! Focus! Get Silver in here."

Sally came in with Sonic "What happened? We heard a gigantic explpohion."

Sonic nodded "Yah, we caused that."

"How did all of you escape? Sure Sonic, Ralph, and maybe even … Anonymous here, but the rest of you?"

Silver stepped in "That was me. They called me."

Amy ran in with Cream "We heard something new came up."

"Well… don't keep us hanging." Shadow was leaning against the wall next to Knuckles.

Ralph spoke up "Well-."

"SIR!" Everyone turned.

The three soldiers at the fight stood there at attention. Anonymous walked toward them "What did I tell you about coming to that fight?"

The three did not even appear nervous "Not to go, sir."

"Well then… I have to say…" The three stiffened "I am proud of you."

The three then broke posture "Wait, what?"

Anonymous only turned around "I would expect no less from you. I would have done the exact same thing under the same circumstances… I take it the group we went to save is safe."

They nodded "Yes sir, every single one. We do not have a missing person."

"Excellent. You may leave to guard them. I will have a chat with those disobedient idiots."

The men nodded and ran out.

Eggman sighed "You were saying Ra- OH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! NOW WHAT?!" A noise was heard like a loud bang. Metal Sonic and Omega landed inside the carrier.

Eggman rubbed his forehead "Yes?"

"I have searched for the wreckage."

"And?" Everyone stared at MS, some more worried than others (Silver being absolutely terrified that he might faint again).

Metal Sonic only crossed his arms "Destructors remains have not left that ocean. I have even scanned it. The scrap metal has been in that ocean since that day when we defeated it."

Eggman smiled "Well, at least some good news."

Silver fainted. Eggman slapped his forehead "WHAT THE BLUE BLAZES IS WRONG WITH HIM NOW?"

Lee looked down at the body "I think the stress got to him."

"BUT DESTRUCTOR IS STILL ROTTING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN!"

"Relefe was sudden."

"Whatever. Now Ralph…" Eggman looked toward the door.

It was about ten seconds of silence before Eggman continued "… Sorry, I was expecting something else to happen. Now-."

"AIIEEEEEE!" The doctor jumped.

"SONIC!"

Sonic smiled "What?"

"DON'T DO THAT!"

"Oh, sorry." Sonic only looked away guiltily, still grinning ear to ear.

Eggman held his chest "Now Silver. Activate the chip."

Silver lifted the drive and plugged it into the computer. The screen changed back into the three password screens. Eggman tapped the second one it reading "Samuel F. B. Morse could dot and dash the word before the boom."

Eggman looked at Ralph "The answer."

"Well, Tails told me." He turned to Amy and Cream "Taaaaaaaails."

Amy huffed and crossed her arms. Ralph turned to Eggman "Sonic."

"What?"

"No, the answer is Sonic."

"Oh… Thank you for embarrassing me."

"My pleasure."

Eggman turned to the screen and typed "S.O.N-!"

"STOP, STOP, STOP, STOOOOOOOOOOOP!" The whole room jumped, even Shadow leapt to his feet.

Ralph ran at the screen and deleted what Eggman put "What were you doing?"

Eggman stepped back "Putting it the answer."

Ralph slapped his head "Ohhhhh… That would have been bad."

Eggman was confused "I thought the answer was 'Sonic'."

"It is. You were doing it wrong."

Amy held up her hands "Hold up! How did Tails 'tell' you what the answer was?"

Blaze crossed her hands "Yah. He would not say that if he was truly good when his evil robots could be around."

Ralph crossed his arms "He made it especially obvious."

Anonymous put his arms behind his back and intertwined his fingers "Stop with the tomfoolery and tell us."

Ralph puffed "You were never fun."

"COME ON!" Alber shouted "Come on everyone! Who was Samuel F. B. Morse?"

"Err… a person." Silver regained consciousness.

Alber glared at him "I oughta slap you."

"That actually might wake me up… WHAT? I never was taught the past. I don't know who he is."

Nike shook his head "Inventor of the Morse Code."

Eggman slapped himself "Morse Code. CURSE YOU CONFOUNDED HEAD! How did I miss that?"

Blaze stepped forward "Hold on! How do you know he was stating Morse Code."

Ralph shrugged "He told me."

"How?!"

"Jeez. Someone's getting feisty. He said 'What hath God wrought?'"

Lee snapped his fingers "That's what the first Morse Code message said."

Ralph nodded "And he finished it with 'Stop.' It may have been in a form of a question, but never the less 'stop.'"

Deen had his arms crossed "And reading Morse you say stop after each sentence."

Ralph walked up to the screen "The Morse Code was his attacks. His tail swipes were dashes and his punches and kicks dots."

Ralph typed it as he said "'S' is dot, dot, dot. 'O' is dash, dash, dash. 'N' is dash, dot. 'I' is dot, dot. And 'C' is dash, dot, dash, dot." Ralph entered it.

The screen faded into blackness and nothing. Blaze crossed her arms smugly "Hmm."

The screen suddenly lit up with the word on fire "CORRECT".

Sonic jumped up "YES! Now two more to go."

Ralph stood next to Blaze with a smug look on his own "You were saying… something catty probably."

Blaze glared at him "Shut… up!"

Lee turned and was about to walk out, but a hand stopped him. He turned and Sonic stood there with Blaze "How did Anonymous know about that underground secret thing? He's from our universe. He could not have possibly known that."

Lee shrugged "Well… that's the most annoying thing about the groups knowing all thing."

"Knowing all? Wait! Lee! What is this terrorist organization?" Sonic stepped forward in bewilderment.

Lee covered his mouth "I should not have said that." He turned and ran out.

Blaze turned and stared at Anonymous "… Something's not right." She faced Sonic with worry "I don't think this 'terrorist' group is not actually a terrorist group."

Sonic looked at Anonymous as well. The only aurora coming from that unknown man is mystery and evil. Blaze could not help but think that Anonymous is only part of Tails' plan. Sonic on the other hand was thinking… that Anonymous has other plans for them all.

Tails sat, glaring at his robots "You know what to do? This will not be easy. You know how difficult it is to fight someone like that with such paraphernalia."

Alpha One Only looked back at him "He does not seem to be any more dangerous than Sonic."

Tails scoffed as he placed his finger tips together in deep thought "How else would they have known? He has the equipment to divert a fight into his favor." Tails stood and rested his hands against the table "He has access to the princess's database. Without him they lose their only superpower."

Alpha One did not even blink. The darkness of the room seemed to fog around them, but now it seemed to flee from the corner as Tails growled "I want you to kill Ralph!
