A/N: It's a fast rush of time that has me enjoying every bit of the fiction writing so far. So here we're back for the next chapter of the adventures of Kageo and Tao! The pair had recently been taken by Torakaka for some training, the two will be learning a thing or three about skills, techniques, and teamwork. Being as clever as she is, Torakaka is working out singular lessons that will teach both teen kakas about their weaknesses. Those which are notable most of all and how the knowledge of them will allow them to use it against their foes. As there is nothing better than turning a weakness into a strength! Enough chatter, on with the chapter.~

Chapter VI: Path of the Kaka Warrior, Part II

The group headed into the woods near the village, they had been given special permission to enter the lands of their ancestors. A location where few of the clan tread nowadays, it was a place where a lot of the remaining first generation Kakas had stayed. The same place where few of them actually remained to this day. It was also the same location as the Kaka Hot spring, which was a sacred area well protected by the clan; where healing was enhanced while one could enjoy a good soak. Though they might be using the spring for healing, that wasn't the aim right now. Torakaka took them beyond this living area and into the neck of the woods where trees had been cleaved and cleared by the Kaka tribe.

This was the heart of their training field, full of distractions and holding a charm that rivaled all itself. Catnip's scent ran heavy, intertwined with the tree and shrug growth of the area. It set one on high alert and Kageo had to fight the urge to roll around in the grass right away, he stood still and took a deep breath. While Tao was being held by her shoulders lightly by Tora, who took the time to make sure that her little sister didn't drift off to the sweet smells and lose herself as she could sometimes.

"Welcome to the Kaka Training grounds. We'll be here for a while to train you up, hone some of your instincts, and overall to improve your performance in all things. I hope we find that you are challenged by the woods, yourselves, and of course, the lessons I have to share with you both." Torakaka said with a light tone.

"This is the Kaka training grounds...I couldn't be more thrilled." was what Kageo said, in all of his awe of the surrounding woods.

"Great, Tao can get a little exercise and play with Tora! Hee, I'm faster than before Tora!" Tao's rather quick pacing mind simply adjusted to what kind of fun she could have right now.

Kageo was in awe, engaged by the very environment: the scent of the air was distracting and inviting, the wind whispering through the trees captivated his every sense, he just looked around and turned slowly. Tao on the other hand had been here during early training, so it was a return to the basics in a manner of speaking. She had learned many a thing about very sudden shifts, the slightest leaf falling and when to pounce or bite it from the air. It was a ground to show the range of skill and what either had learned in practice, what more could either of them need? They had training, an instructor, and time to get better now.

Taokaka had been here as a kitten, she spent a good deal of her life while growing learning to fight. It was the way of the Kaka to embrace: History (not her strongest suit), Culture (easier to grasp), Community (good for cuddling),and Instinct(easier to find food this way) were some of the pillars she remembered. Certainly she didn't remember every thought told to her. In fact she was sure that she didn't actively remember much of what she was told, but she felt it in her bones! Everything that it meant to be a Kaka was starting to find a place in her mind.

"Alright, it's time we got started. After that trek I'm sure the two of you could use a bit of exercise, what do you say?" Tora was appealing to Tao's sense of play and imagined that Kageo was going to except either way.

"Play? How'd you know, Tora? Meow, I definitely want to play! Especially because you play so well. Me first!" Tao boldly stated.

"First to volunteer? That's a brave gesture, Tao. I'd like to offer myself for activity first. Muscles are a little stiff, I find these days." Kageo mused and threw in his bid to be first.

Tora's response was a slow smile that spread across her shadowed features: no teeth at all. She responded in a calm capacity, deciding it might be fun to spice things up. "Since you both want to play so badly, how about we make it more interesting?"

"How do we do that, meow?" Tao's eagerness turned to confusion at this point.

"Name your stakes, please. I'm game." Kageo wasn't going to back down even with the additional stakes thrown up.

Tora proceeded to answer both questions in a very simple way, "No stakes really, Kageo. Just a prize if you two succeed under a certain condition. The two of you are going to fight together, that's the condition. Work as a pair and land a single blow on me in 15 minutes, I'll reward you with three meat buns."

Tao nearly salivated at the mention of the meat buns, but her expression sobered up in a way that was rare. She looked at Kageo and then looked back to her sister, was it really that simple? She could see that Kageo removed his pack and seemed to be getting ready. She was already stretching a bit as she bounced in place, always peppy and eager to play. Did Tora really think they couldn't hit her even once?

Kageo on the other hand knew better than to doubt the condition. He could tell from the calm demeanor several things about Torakaka. One was that she had no trouble with her knowledge of combat or her skill level. Two was that she was quick enough to keep ahead of himself and Tao. Three was that it was harder to work together when there was a distraction.

All three things had been keen in his mind, Tao was distracted and he was not, that was all that Tora needed to win. He was going to try the usual method of his when helping Tao, it was looking for open spots of attack, openings that he could charge in on, or some attack he could join. Kageo was sure that he was competent enough to pick up on the openings. Even though he held no illusions, they would likely fail this day. He was fairly certain that it would be Tora's victory, not that the thought of this would stop him.

"Then we have an accord, I agree to the contest." Kageo was fine with it and expressed as much.

"Yeah, meow! Whatever Kage said, we have an a cord or something. I want those meat buns!" Tao was sure that she'd be sinking her teeth into the meat buns. She could literally taste victory!

"Alright, then come and play...and remember, it must be together. Otherwise the contact will not count." Tora made that point clear before she flowed backwards.

Torakaka was swift footed for certain, her body moved as if the air didn't have any effect on her. It was a fluidity that showed an agile frame and probably split second speed. Tao was the first to attack, moving from her starting point to her sister in the blink of an eye. As if she were moving too slowly, Tora swayed around her first punch and brought her forearm up to block a follow up kick. Kageo was on her right no more than an instant later, with his left first launched at her side in a practiced motion.

Tora used the same arm that blocked Tao's kick to push Kageo's punch to her side. Still as if in a dance, the experienced Kaka warrior dodged a continuous assault from the male kaka with ease. Each blow of Kageo's was on mark, a punch at her left, a kick at her right, a spinning kick coming around for her midsection. Torakaka had no trouble blocking his heel and pushing it down with her left palm. Another set of swaying dodges of a flurry by Tao and neither of the two challengers were any closer to hitting her.

"That's impressive, you two have almost synchronous attacks." Tora said this while both Tao and Kageo rushed her together.

As Tora's stance sank down slightly, she reached up with both hands and blocked both Tao and Kageo's punch. Holding Kageo's right fist and Tao's left fist briefly, she pushed both down and dodged a set of follow up kicks that almost mirrored one another. She was surprised at the pace of the two, though Tao was faster, Kageo was more polished of the two. She began to observe the stark difference in how both approached their time of play. The information that she took away from this first spar would give her a good idea of what to plan for ahead of them.

The two seemed to be getting faster with Kageo halting himself slightly and Tao moving forward without fear. With Kageo more cautious, it meant that he held back some of his strength as if he were testing the waters. For Tao's speed, her attacks were inconsistent at a pace: a thing that gave her some agency for mixing up attacks. Despite this there was still a lag that Tao had on her attacks and since they were so mixed up, Tora was able to avoid them easier. So one of her students was too cautious and the otherwise too inconsistent, it might prove to be interesting she thought.

Torakaka continued with her observations, despite the speed again increasing another level, she was not pressed enough to do more than block or avoid. Tao had room for growth with what she'd been taught, both her and Kageo as far as teaching went. The two seemed to suffer from the two sides of the same coin, as far as weaknesses went. Tora felt that she'd be able to safely use one lesson per weak point she spotted in order to help them pass. She was being kind this spar, not doing anything beyond a quick parry, block, or dodge.

The next time she would not be this kind, though this was more for analysis, and thus it was a necessity for her. She would not be able to do this in the second spar, it would be full contact and she was proud to see that. The time limit was coming to an end, she watched the last flurry of attacks from Tao, growing more desperate in its nature. This was the first sign of consistent attacks together in a string, it made her and Kageo's teaming up difficult to deal with. She maintained a strong defense and put some force into her last blocks, to break off the speed of the attacks.

"That's all the time you have!" Tora exclaimed to ensure that she didn't have to bear down another flurry.

She found her little sister and clansman Kageo were able to give her more pressure than she expected. But the overall ends had been met: she needed an observation and she got a good bit of that done. After this warm up, she felt that she'd be able to make use of the knowledge. While pressure, she hadn't been winded at all, it was after all, just light exercise. Still it was fitting since she wanted to get started on training.

"Aww noo! We don't get the meat buns, I'll die of starvation, meow." Tao was already acting melodramatic, sinking to the ground as her tail flopped behind her.

"I doubt we'll go hungry, but we did fail to get the prize...that's a shame." Kageo was glad for the chance to see some of Tora's skill, though some part of him did want those meat buns as badly as Tao.

"True that you lost the challenge, but don't worry, I have plans to give you a chance at meat buns." Tora's expression changed from a kind smile, to a kaka grin.

"Reaally, Tora? You're the best sister ever!" Tao said this while looking up from the ground.

"Well Tao, don't thank me yet, it's not for free you see. It's another game we're going to play, more fun with a twist." Tora looked up and had laughed softly, at Tao's perky bouncing.

Once again Tao was up and at the ready, since she loved to play games and eat, both were right up her alley! Kageo seemed enthusiastic, if only to see what else she'd be up to with this plan. If anything he'd noted so far, it was that Torakaka did not disappoint when it came to these "games". The fact that lessons were hidden in the subtext was just perfect for Tao, she'd learn the lesson and have fun doing so; he thought that made Tora a genius already. Even though he didn't know the half of what Tora had planned for this little venture, he knew that he'd be learning soon.

"The game is simple, you are to find me in the woods, I expect a good chase now. I'll stay in one spot, hidden well. If you find me in 5 minutes, you get 5 meat buns. The longer it takes after that, the less meat buns you get. Simple enough?" Tora explained the rules and saw Tao's expression widen.

"I can find you easily, Tora! You can't possibly mean that me and Kageo won't find you!" Tao seemed to be so confident, it was a thing that Kageo would expect only in a few things.

"Oh? Well you two are going to be blind folded and your tails tied together by a sash." Tora added, grinning a little bit since Tao was so confident.

"Huuuh? That's not very fair, mew!" Tao countered, suddenly bothered in a very childish manner about the extra rules.

"Double the meat buns, time limit stays the same." Tora said in turn.

"Count me in!" Tao immediately answered.

For a moment, Kageo was silent, but just grinning widely himself at this. It was fantastic as an exercise, Tao was impatient and he was patient, the two of them bound together were worse than a three-legged race. From experience of watching Tao crash into poles, though her sense of direction was okay at times; it was absolutely horrible when she rushed. Tora had devised a great test to force Kageo to act quicker and follow his instinct, while he slowed Tao down and helped her consider things. He saw through the lesson, at least he was presuming this was what she had in mind, and he agreed with it.

"Sounds like we have a deal, Tora. I'm definitely looking forward to those meat buns. Hopefully we can manage the ten." Kageo voiced his agreement with hoped it would go well.

"Certainly, if you work together, Kageo, you can't fail." Tora's words were hauntingly true.

As both Tao and Kageo had blindfolds tied over their eyes, the pair were adjusting to the silken ties over their eyes. While they adjusted, Tora also tied the pair together by a sash as well. Both were busy chatting as Tora stepped away from the two, it was about time to get started. She made sure that the ties were good to go before she stepped back, it was time for one more thing. She'd make sure that both her sister and clansman understood the last of the rules.

"Please leave the blindfolds on, I'll know if they were removed. Stay tied together and move as one if you can. Last but not least, when you hit the edge of the woods, the countdown begins. Find me as quickly as you can or if you give up, just say so." Torakaka had nothing more to add, this was the last of the rules that she had.

"Good luck to you!" she'd say before she disappeared in a whorl of leaves.

First to move, Tao grabbed Kageo's hand and started to drag him towards the woods. As she was so eager to get started, she could already taste the meat buns. Certainly with her nose and senses on the job, they'd find them with ease! Sure she got lost, but that was only when she was starving. Tao remembered these woods, at least when she wasn't tired or hungry.

"Right this way, we'll have Tora-sis in no time-meeouch!" Tao made a sound after bumping her face into the side of a tree.

She had found the first tree just to their right and they weren't even more than on the edge of the woods. Kageo sighed gently, knowing that this was going to be a long trip. While keeping up with Tao was easy, keeping her on a straight path was not. She would find her way to the trees while evading most, it was as if she expected to pass through the trees. There were a lot of things that Tao was in Kageo's eyes, in this case determined was the best word he thought of.

Still as she led them through the woods, her instinct persisted and soon she was gliding past trees. He was moving with her, trusting her completely to maneuver them through well. He reached out with his senses and urged the sense to become something greater. His instincts were always within his grasp, but never so easily accessible. This was the first real time he didn't have to summon them to the surface, in fact...he never had to.

The answer was clear as day in his mind, the instincts were there beneath the 'noise' of his other installed senses. This information was not new to him at all, but it didn't stop the impact of the simple truth from flooring him. If he simply let it be, the sense would be free and did not hinder his mechanical additions at all. Kageo seemed to promise himself that he'd trust this feeling, remember the freedom of his heart and spirit right now and embrace it. He came to learn to be a Kaka warrior, the first thing was embracing his instinct and he felt like he took a small step.

"Wow! We haven't crashed once and what's better, I can feel that sis is near!" Tao's senses were dead on in accuracy, easy to trust when you believed.

In truth, the reason they hadn't crashed while she'd run? Kageo had been squeezing her hand gently as they ran together, tugging her tail gently to the direction subtly to dodge and it worked. Tao instinctively followed the gestures and had been doing so without noticing. It seemed that the two of them were working together as Tora had planned for them to and it was the most natural thing in the world. Tao felt the drop in the hill and she tugged Kageo down with her, the two went low to the ground and their steps had all but disappeared.

The pair had been doing quite well, exceptional for this moment given their focus. Tao squeezed Kageo's tail with her own as they crept up, preparing to pounce around the corner. It was more the chase that made it feel incredible, the thrill of a kind of hunt is what made them both focus so hard. There was a lot that left Tao relaxed in life, dazed almost by a standard of facts, but it was said that she had her moments on something that rested deep. The feeling of something swimming deeply inside of them both, riding the rush of feeling and power; this was what it meant to be of the Kaka Clan.

"There..." Tao whispered almost soundlessly.

"The breath..." Kageo whispered back.

The two of them dove into the brush and managed to brush Tora's side, as she leapt from the bush and appeared to be on all four. She eyed them both and was smiling brilliantly, thoroughly pleased with the progress made by them both in this first lesson. She spoke up, deciding it was time to greet them with their success.

For the moment the two were still in sync, silent and able, true Kaka warriors before her eyes. She knew of nothing more pleasing than just this instance, she had to start them towards this path. To be the Kaka warriors they could be, but on their own terms.

"You'll both get 10 Meat buns a piece, as promised. You've exceeded my expectations." Tora rarely sounded more than matter-of-fact, but here she sounded quite pleased.

"Yeeah, I know we earned it!" Tao said this, giggling madly as she adjusted her posture, she moved forward and tripped.

The trial was over perhaps, but it seemed that she hadn't lost that silliness to her. It made Kageo crack a smile as he moved to stand at her side and within seconds, Tao hopped to her feet. The fact remained that the pair had done well and Tao was celebrating, she hopped up and down for a few moments and then grabbed Kageo's hands. Without warning she drew him into a full on twisting and spinning motion, her face reflecting her pure happiness at the moment.

Perhaps carefree was the better wording? It didn't particularly matter, she was happy and now spinning with Kageo. It was close to the game ring around the something he'd heard about once or twice. Though he had no words for what it was that he was subjected to, though he did not complain and in fact joined Tao in it. Holding her hands in his now, as they spun he looked at her face and seemed to gazing fondly upon her. The act alone had been missed by Tao at first and all she saw was someone sharing in her glee and joy. At least until she felt the weight of the gaze, for some reason all of the play became something else.

"Nyu?" Tao seemed genuinely confused by it and slowed the spinning.

As the spinning slowed, it seemed to create something of an issue, though it was a very minor she'd feel something of a pang up her spine. A small tickle in her stomach, it was like the butterflies running there through her center. She felt the warmth rushing to her cheeks, she looked upon Kageo and smiled still though she squeezed his hands. Her heart was beating a little faster and she didn't know why, not that it mattered. She was enjoying herself and there with Kageo as her partner she knew that it would be fine.

Torakaka watched the pair spinning and saw the look that Kageo was giving to her younger sister, it made her smile a little bit. He was fond of her and perhaps more, she wasn't going to prod on that front, as the look from Tao and the fact she was blushing meant that some of it was mutual. It was a nice thing that she was witnessing, that Tao had found someone she liked who liked her right back. Though as a big sister, she almost wanted to press the matter to find out some details; she was almost sure that Tao didn't really know herself. The young teenager was still growing up and was in between knowing some things well and forgetting things within a few moments of thinking of them.

Kageo slowly felt the spin coming to a stop and while he was blushing lightly too, he'd drawn Tao into a soft hug and gave her a gently squeeze. Just before the happy kaka had given him a soft hug, before looking over his shoulder and addressing her sister. She gave her best friend a light squeeze before she looked to Tora intently. It was time to go get that food, by now even the fact she had been blushing and the reason why were already forgotten. Now it was a time to get the reward and enjoy every moment of it.

"So when do we get the food?" Tao's question was expected, by both Kageo and Tora.

"Right as soon as we get back to the village, let's go shall we?" Tora's voice was gentle, inviting the pair to follow her.

-Back at the Kaka Village-

It was around 15 minutes of walking that took them back to the edge of the village, just close enough that she'd chosen to camp and leave them in the woods. They were still in the woods and would be sleeping in one of the restored buildings there. It was a one bedroom building, it had running water and amenities due to the hard work of the Clan at upkeep on several of the buildings. It was pretty helpful that Kageo had been so focused on giving the clan money from his bounties, this tied in with Tao's efforts had allowed some comforts to be returned to the clan. It was perfect for what they were doing at this moment, Tora was genuinely pleased that Tao and Kageo both took the clan's issues so seriously.

Once they were at the building and had gone inside, Tao bounced on her heels slightly, awaiting the meat buns that she had been promised. Kageo stood next to her, eager himself but also containing the excitement at the food items. While they were Tao's absolute favorite, Kageo's second or third favorite: they seemed to be an all round enjoyed item of many kittens. Though with all of the thinking aside, she'd looked upon fire pit outside, where she was cooking the meat buns and continued to pay them close mind. She was going to make sure that each of the ten were well cooked, as it was simply astonishing that both of them had found her.

It was day one of the training and after all of the day had been something of a major success, they'd settle in for the night with dinner and then discussion about the next day. In around 10 minutes of tending to the meat buns, she was serving 30 meat buns for the three of them on a large platter. The whole purpose was to leave herself a few for hunger, as she imagined that Tao would have her ten and still grab for more. This was something she knew from just being the big sister, especially with someone with such a ravenous appetite. Though all Kaka possessed a strong hunger due to high metabolisms, Tao was certainly one who possessed one of the highest that she'd ever seen.

"Meat buns!" Tao laughed loudly and grabbed the first of the meat buns, though quickly put it down since it was very hot. "Owie, hot hot!"

"Yes Tao, you may want to wait, a little bit since they are still quite hot. I only just got them to the platter after all." Tora mildly chastised her sister, though nothing too heavy. Tao had already gotten herself burned by grabbing one.

"Thank you for this, Tora. You still didn't even have to offer it as a perk to the training. That alone just makes these challenges that you have for us more difficult and inviting. A certain edge if we fail and so on." Kageo said this, being happy about the first day's completion.

She nodded to him gently, it had made things more interesting and in this case, would stand to make the training go easier. It was pleasing to have someone on the same page as her that she wasn't explaining things to in other ways. Tora stopped thinking about anything more serious as she looked to the meat buns and saw that Tao had already gotten started on her second one by now. It was time to eat, there was no need to think any harder about things. She could see that Kageo started on his first and she too got started on her first, the evening was almost over and after some hours of eating and talking; they'd go off and find sleep as they always did.

"It's sooo good! Tao's stomach is doing happy flips!" she seemed to be very amused by the food that she was eating.

"Yeah, it's delicious! I have to agree with Tao, these are excellent meat buns!" Kageo was surprised by how good they were, though he was controlling a ravenous hunger and eating slower, he sounded nearly as excited as Tao did. While unusual it just proved that he too had more in common with Tao than one might think at first glance.

"Well I knew they couldn't be any old meat buns, these are the best of the stash that I have in my possession." Tora revealed that they were so good with purpose, as it was only the best for motivation during training or such things like this.

With the chatting picking up that evening, it went from something as little as talking about the ingredients of good meals, to what Tao did when she was bored. The conversation was easily steered from serious to silly and back again over the next few hours. It was as the night time really weighed in that Tora decided it was a good time to turn in for the night. The group had been through a nice comfy set of relaxing and eating before Tora decided to give word on the fact they were waking early tomorrow. It was going to be one heck of an exciting time, and this was what drove the instructing Kaka to rise from her comfortable seat as she spoke up.

"Alright you two, I suggest getting rest as soon as you can. Though you had success today, you may not find it the same as tomorrow. In fact, things are going to only get harder for you as these trials continue training. I don't doubt that you may even want to quit if it gets really bad, but I am hoping that you will rise to the occasion. If not for your meat buns, then for yourselves, and for the Kaka village." Tora addressed them seriously enough, though she was smiling pleasantly.

After what she'd seen this day, she did have some high hopes for what her pupils would be capable of, this fact and that it would be something they displayed tomorrow. Tora proceeded to state the obvious about the next day as she headed off.

"With that, I'll be retiring to bed, I hope you two sleep well tonight." Tora said with another smile.

"Oh Tao will, this was the bessst night ever! Full of great food, warm, and in the company of the best! Meow, nothing beats this!" Tao's happiness was at a near peak with how simple and easy it was to have all of this.

"We'll be sleeping well tonight, of that I have no doubt." he'd say this while smiling at Tora, then looking back to Tao and stepping back from her, he was going to be happy with a nice retreat to sleep.

Once the two said their good nights to Torakaka, she left the pair in the living room space while heading into the bedroom. Even though all of them could have rested together, she felt that the pair would need a little privacy, though she doubted that anything more than cute would happen. But for now she was happy to condone the two getting even closer, even though she couldn't know how Tao would adapt; that was for her younger sister to see for herself. In truth she had no idea just how silly the pair were acting at this point, she could hear mad giggling and meows. In Tora's wake, Tao had lazily pounced Kageo and the two were wrestling playfully.

By now Tao had pinned Kageo again, it was the way the game usually ended, simply because she was better at it. Though he grabbed her waist and forced them over again into another tumble, trying to pin her with more effort than he normally gave. Another roll over and the pair of them seemed to be dealing with the desire of wanting to win at this point. This was a very silly game and the two of them are rolling yet again, a few tussling grabs between both Kaka clan members. Though it still ended with her pinning Kageo to the ground, his back down and her hands over his shoulders in triumph.

"Ha! Tao can win, even when we're both full of yummy food, Taaao is the winner!" Tao proclaimed her obvious victory and seemed to be feeling quite the victor.

"Oof, yeah you got me, as usual Tao, can't say I'm surprised can I?" Kageo's amusement seemed to say that he knew it, until he'd gotten faster, is that he was going to lose a good deal of these little tussles.

His timing was the issue, the major reason that he lost these little pin battles, he didn't have any plans to stay lost at this. Kageo squirmed again and tried to roll them over a third time, he felt sure that he'd beat her this time. Here it was while they rolled, that Tao expertly wrapped her legs around Kageo's torso and tugged with them at an adjacent angle. She made sure that she was came out on top for the third time now. She couldn't help but find herself in need to keep him pinned this time. He was still struggling even though he normally quit by now, though it intrigued the playful kaka a little bit.

"Hee, Kageo I got yoou!" Tao said as she held him flat, holding him to the ground.

"Yep, I admit that to you, Tao. You got me yet again, heh you always manage to get me, y'know?" Kageo sounded so silly, pleased really as he laid himself out on his back and seemed to find some peace in the moment.

Though it was a bit of a rushed, Tao's excitement had jumped in that moment and as she pinned Kageo, she found herself looking down upon him with another blush in her cheeks. Though she still wasn't sure why, even after what had happened between them last time, what had been a moment of pressing their mouths together had warmed her in a different way than food. Tao remembered the previous night with great eagerness and looked down upon the laughing kaka. She remembered how he promised not to flinch away from kissing her again and that he had enjoyed it. The blond kaka also remembered how nice it felt and that she was enjoying herself when so close as well.

"Mew, Kageo~?"

"Yes Tao? Wha-mmm..!"

The sounds of surprise gave way to a pleased mewl from both Tao and Kageo, as it was she who pressed a warm kiss to the lips of the once laughing friend of hers. As she felt the warmth spreading through her body again, it was something to note that it was much faster than before. The sparks danced up her spine, while butterflies marched on parade in her stomach this time. A strange tickle in a section of her stomach, what this starting to work its magic on the teen kaka's mind. Within moments of a soft, sweet kiss while she'd pressed her body closer to him now.

Once more flattening her chest against his own, an act that seemed to push her even further down the basin of desire. It was a strong sense of instinct guiding Tao, though she remembered what Kageo said and still she pressed the kiss deeper. Thoughts on what her sister and the Elder said as well, and yet this felt very nice and made her feel like continuing. It was only when Kageo's hands cupped her cheeks and slowly broke the kiss, did she get to consider what was happening. The pair were both panting softly, with both of them seeming certain from the look in Tao's eye that hinted at something.

"Meow...Tao feels hot, pretty...good too. It's almost like a lot of swimming in a sea of catnip." generally something that Tao found herself describing accurately.

"Ha...ha.., yeah I think I understand how you feel Tao. I feel so warm, and..." he drifted off slightly, not daring to say anything about the obvious.

The pair had stopped all action and were gazing upon one another. It seemed that they were just both enjoying the closeness. Still they'd stared at one another gently and were weighing options quietly, it didn't take much for Tao to feel a small rush of excitement. She had not wanted to be seen doing something like this, it was very personal. For Kageo, he'd managed to adjust their positioning, so that Tao was higher up on his stomach. It was something that made a certain pressure much easier to deal with.

"Let's get some sleep, huh Tao?" Kageo managed to sound convincingly tired, though it was pretty much a wary barricade against their raging hormones, that once again managed to hold.

"Hee, alright Kage Kage. See you tomorrow!" Tao would say as she adjusted her position to lay over his side on her stomach.

The moment had been tense at first but managed to stall long enough to allow better judgment to dictate the mood. Now with the pair settled down for sleep, there was no more tension lingering in the air. It seemed that finally with this, the first day of training was over. It was a mystery as to whether or not anyone knew just how strong the tension is. For one thing was certain, that the pair was learning just how strong the draw between them was. (End Chapter)

Here we have the end of chapter two, I do know I promised more from Marinkaka, but decided that it would be best to do that next chapter at the beginning. Till the next time adieu
