Sesshomaru's father was waiting on the ground with a helicopter when Sesshomaru finally did land an hour away and Kagome wasted no time in pushing him away and ran to said father.
He inclosed her in his arms "Kagome, I am sorry" His voice very father like.
She cried as he walked her to the helicopter, he felt her tremble as he put her in it "Don't worry, we will fly as low as we can Kagome" He hated putting her on the damn thing, but he had to.
Sesshomaru followed them, Kagome sat on the inside, Toga in the middle and Sesshomaru next to the door. The whole way home she didn't look at them, talk, make any sound other than crying.
"What happened" Toga asked his son, Kagome had head gear on, she could not hear.
"Naraku, he came up behind us"
"The pilot didn't know it?"
"Naraku was cloning himself"
"Why did you not feel him?"
Sesshomaru eyed Kagome "She felt it before me"
That was off the wall, Sesshomaru was always on alert, but his father did not press him more.
Toga could feel the air and it was not right, of course she was scared out of her mind. Toga leaned in "What did you do?" Changing the subject.
"Nothing" Sesshomaru didn't look at him.
Everyone was waiting when it landed at Toga's house, everyone came up running, hugging Kagome. Her friends rushed her away as Sesshomaru followed his father.
"Something is wrong Sesshomaru, you seem, agitated"
He was and he really didn't know why "Naraku just shot down my plane"
"That's not whats bugging you"
Sesshomaru looked away as the entered his fathers study, Sesshomaru shut the door "I kissed her"
His father raised an eyebrow,
"It was to save her" He stated in a matter of fact tone.
"Was it?"
"Do not bend this, however I feel it has caused more harm than good"
His father sighed "I knew I wanted you to come home, but it really is bad timing"
"What" He snapped, the whole reason he came home is because he told him to come.
"Inuyasha is getting married this weekend"
"Tell him to postpone it, no one is in the mood" Sessomaru sat with an annoyed looked on his face.
"We can't"
"Why, the girl has been through enough" Talking about Kagome.
"She's pregnant"
"Say again" Sesshoamru stated slowly, looking at his father,
"Calm down my son"
"Say it, again" He dared him,
"Kikyo Is pregnant"
Sesshomaru was already pissed that Inuyasha was getting married, but now this. He stood and quickly went to look for Kagome. He found her with a glass of wine in her hand and her friends around her. He yanked her up by the arm "Let's go"
"What the hell you jerk!" Inuyasha snapped,
"Silence, you have don enough half breed"
"Sesshomaru let go" Kagome said,
"Let her go Sesshomaru"
"Or what half breed"
"I'm gunna kill you"
"Have you told her" Sesshomaru snapped, why was he cleaning up everyone's mess?
"Told me what?" Kagome seemed confused, had she not been though enough for one night?
"No" Inuyasha hushed a bit,
"Come with me, now" Sesshomaru once again pulled her away in till they were outside.
"Where are we going"
"Away from here"
"Why?"
"I am trying to protect you"
She snatched her arm away "I think you have done enough of that for one day"
"A thank you would do you well Miko"
Kagome threw her wine on him "Thank you, thank you for cutting me down Sesshomaru, Thank you for being rude, thank you for stealing my first kiss, you know what, forget everything I said to you over the last few days, I dont' need you to protect me, I need for us to go back to the way things where before I started working for you"
"She pregnant"
She stood and the glass fell from her hands "What"
"Kikyo"
"I know who!" She yelled.
Tears fell from her eyes and she walked past him, enough was enough.
"Where are you going?"
"Home"
"Why cry over him" He didn't understand,
She stopped, "I'm not crying over them Sesshomaru, but thanks for the news" She began to walk away again "I quit"
"Why"
"Because I need to get away from you, this"
"Are you sure that is what you need right now" As if he cared,
She stopped "Don't talk to me about what I need Sesshomaru, it's nothing you could ever give me!"
And that was the end of that, she left and he was left feeling hated, not that he cared about the rest of them.
