Hojo dropped her off, and Sesshomaru and his father waited at the door for her.

"So glad you came Kagome!" Koga stated as he eyed the boy to.

"Thanks" She stated as he took her suitcase, her new one.

"Kagome my dear have your started dating that boy?"

"Oh Hojo, yeah, I figured it's time, you know Sango and Miroku will be getting married later this year"

"Yes, yes, but are you happy?" He asked as they walked in.

"I'm not, not happy"

Sesshomaru and his father looked at each other for a second.

"Perhaps someone else should start dating, he seems to be way into other people love lives"

"You do not have a love life woman"

"I am not fighting with you again" She said in a sing song voice.

"Sesshomaru what Kagome does on her own time is her own thing, stay out of it"

His father did not say that with confidence, at all, but she didn't pick up on it.

"Here you can sleep in Inuyasha's old room"

"Thanks, goodnight!" She quickly went in a shut the door.

"Well how are you feeling now father, your son forsake her for a slut"

"Watch it Sesshomaru"

Sesshomaru crossed his arms,

"She was never meant for him"

"Yet you have been all but planning the damn girls wedding since you met her" He stated as they walked down the long halls.

"So it would seem"

"Do you plan on marrying her"

"That is not even remotely funny boy"

"Then please enlighten me and how you plan to make her part of the family"

"Oh I don't plan on anything"

Toga reached his room "Oh, and perhaps she is right, while I am happy you are taking an interest in her well being, perhaps it is time for you to find someone" With that he shut the door.

Yep, maybe he was right, he needed a woman.

The next day they were headed out when Inuyasha and Kikyo met them out front "Here ya go Kagome"

Kagome caught the bottle Inuyasha tossed at her, it was her meds for planes.

"Um thanks, but we are taking a train"

"What, you're not riding with us?"

"With you?" Kagome seemed confused, dresses in gray leggings with an over sized sweat shirt from high school.

"We are headed to New York, why not ride with us"

Kagome turned and looked at Sesshomaru "The miko is in no shape to get on a plane"

Kikyo looked bored but ready to go and Inuyasha looked displeased and Sesshomaru looked annoyed.

Kagome opened the bottle and took 2 pills "Lets just go, it will be faster"

Sesshomaru narrowed his eyes at Inuyasha.

By the time they got to the plane Kagome was getting sleeping, Sesshomaru directed her to the middle of the plane and sat her next to him. After she drifted off and after Kikyo put ear plugs in Sesshomaru got at his brother "How childish of you Inuyasha, are you afraid to ride in your plane alone with your new bride"

"What are you taking about asshole"

"You tricked her into coming, she had no business being on a plane again"

"Hey don't blame this all on me, your to blame to"

"I was fine taking the train"

"No you were not and she knew it" Inuyasha sat down and put ear phone on, blocking out his brother.

Sesshomaru sat and looked at the sleeping girl, he would have to make sure she those pills at all times.

Once they were an hour out, Kagome started to stir, Sesshomaru wondered if she would freak.

"Don't worry she will be groggy for another hour and hungry when she wakes up, prefect timing"

True to his word Kagome was in and out and Sesshomaru ended up having to carry her to the limo and then her and Sesshomaru parted ways with Inuyasha and Kikyo.

Sesshomaru warned Inuyasha to leave Kagome alone while they worked and he reminded him that he was now a married man.

By time they reached the hotel Kagome was normal again "Where did Inuyasha go"

"On his honeymoon"

She gave him a flat look,

"Battle-house hotel"

"Sounds nice"

"It is"

Kagome looked up "So we are back here"

"Indeed, come"

They were given the same rooms and after they settled in Sesshomaru called for the limo, Kagome was hungry and Sesshomaru didn't want to eat at the hotel.

"So where are we going and why are we back here"

"To eat, and because Iv made my decision on the hotel"

"And that would be..."

"None of your concern"

Kagome snapped her mouth shut, plus they pulled up to the Empire State building.

"Are we going in!" She sounded like a child,

"If you wish to eat"

"They have a restaurant!"

"You wish to see it, but know nothing about it?"

"Some of us like to be surprised"

He opened the door and the black limo and got out, she slid out behind him. The door man held the door open for Sesshomaru, who stopped and waited for Kagome to enter and while she may not have noticed his hand ushered her back.

Once in her face was like a child's, she was shocked "It's so big and wide"

Sesshomaru smirked, a dirty thought drifted into his head, once again reminding him that it had been to damn long.

"Lord Sesshomaru I presume?"

Sesshomaru nodded at the skinny french man "This way please sir you table awaits"

"You pre planned this?" Kagome asked,

"You have too, to eat here woman"

"Oh" And here she thought he was being extra nice.

Their table was at the window and Kagome could see for miles "Wow"

Wine was served and the food was better than good and she didn't want to know how much it cost.

"Tomorrow you are to eat alone at the hotel, the card is on file and they know who you are"

"Oh ok" She looked at him then went back to the window,

After dinner Kagome sat for a little longer, daydreaming "Woman it is getting late, if you wish to see the top I suggest we go now"

"Ok!"

They rode the elevator to the top and with a big breath Kagome opened the door that led outside. If Sesshomaru had not been behind her she would have bolted, she had instant fear.

"To high, to cold and to windy!" Her back laid into his chest "I'm good"

But he placed his hands on her shoulders and pushed her forward, he did not just do all this BS for nothing.

"Sesshomaru!"

He pushed her to the edge, and by then she was freezing.

She looked out and pushed against him even more "Can we go now!"

Her body was small against his, he could break her, overpower her and his inner demon liked it way to much "Yes"

Sesshomaru decided then that was indeed time for him to find a woman. Sesshomaru didn't do human women, and for her to affect him, meant something and he would not be like his father and brother, he would not bend a knee to her.
