Kagome glared at him "I know what your doing"
The old demon smirked "School will be over soon yes?"
"Yes"
"So I thought why not get it done, besides he would have called you to his office, I thought this may be better"
She relaxed a bit.
They arrived and he was there, standing outside waiting, unlike him. Sesshomaru opened his father door "Hello son"
"Father"
Then Kagome, who proudly stuck her nose up "Kagome" He said, and he didn't miss the skip in her heart beat.
"Sesshomaru" she said back.
"Come on you two I'm hungry"
They sat down in a little corner booth "Sesshomaru you have something for Kagome?"
He slid the paper to her, she the waitress sat their water down she complimented Kagome on her dress.
Kagome read the paper and looked up "Is this a joke?"
"I do not joke" Sesshomaru stated,
"Is this your doing?" She looked at Tahsio,
"Not me" He sipped his ice water,
"You only want $500 a month for the rent?" That was insane, it was well worth $2000 easy.
"Would you like me to up it? miko I have no interested in this building, nor your money, $500 is the same as $2000 to me, pocket change"
"Kagome we give a lot of people discounts" Inu papa offer "You maybe a little more, but I have nothing to do with this" He stood "You guys eat and talk"
"Where are you going!?" She demanded,
But he didn't reply as he made he was out.
"I'm going to kill him"
"Why?"
"He was my ride home"
"I will give you a ride home"
"I highly doubt your soon to be wife would like that" It came out before she had time to think about it.
"Are you going to sign the lease or not?"
"So I get month free to set up"
"Correct"
Kagome took the pen and sighed it and then offered her hand "Deal"
He took it and shook. Then she stood up "I guess ill take the ride home"
"Do you not wish to eat, was it not why you came"
"To much to do" She lied but he didn't pick up on it,
He stood, and called for the driver, he held the door open and she slid in.
The car drove off "So when is the wedding, am I invited?"
He slid his eyes at her "No date has been set, this is my mothers doing"
She gawked at him "Your, mother!"
She didn't show herself much "Indeed, she wants to insure I produce a son before my half breed bother does"
Kagome rolled her eyes "Wow, well, good pick I guess"
He narrowed his eyes at her, this was no fun at all.
"Checking up on me miko?"
"Sesshomaru is all over the place, I don't have check"
"Sir" The driver called out "There is a problem"

"The weather, it's a Tsunami warning" The rain had become harder, and the winds where picking up, but they were in the city,
"Oh no" Kagomes heart raced, lucky her family lived on a hill but still they were closer to the water then most. She tried calling "The phones are down" She looked at him,
"What should we do sir?"
People were getting out of their cars,
"We are not far, we will go back" He stated, He got out and held the door open, it was pouring.
"Ughhh"
"Since when are you afraid of the rain"
"I'm not!" She snapped as she got out, he grabbed her hand and they ran.
By time they made it back they were both soaked and the lobby was full of people, he hated people.
He went the stairs and let go of her hand "Come we will go to the top"
"But what about all these people?"
"I am not a superhero woman"
"But their are children?"
Just then the tones when off. "The ballroom is on the second floor" He walked over to the front desk who told the people. Sesshomaru and Kagome made it to the top and he put in a code which let them in the penthouse. Good timing as well as the power went out.
"Wow" You could see the city, well sort of, the rain was horrible.
"Here" He handed her a shirt and sleep pants "Here"
She looked down "Uh?"
"You wish to stay wet?"
"Are we going to be here long?"
"Indeed"

Kagome went into the bathroom and took her wet clothes off and put on his long, long sleeve button on dress shirt on, she looked in the mirror and took her wet hair down "Damn" She looked good in his shirt, she smirked, and ditched putting on the pants.
