A/N: Hello once again!
Luffy's been invited back to Totto Land, but what does Big Mom have in mind for Luffy and his friends? Find out now!

After getting a quick definition of an "entourage," Luffy gathers up Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Franky, and Brook along with a few other Straw Hats to help pilot the ship while Buggy grabs Alvida, Galdino, a rather fat lion tamer named Mohji (along with his lion, who is also quite fat, Ritchie), and a unicycle riding man named Cabaji (both of which are some of the Buggy Pirates' most senior members), and they all load up on the Poison Moon.
"Okay Nami! Set a course for Totto Land!" Luffy shouts out atop the figurehead of the ship, shirt and sash blowing in the wind.
"Roger!" Nami calls out confidently, taking careful note of the way Big Mom's Vivre Card moves as the ship sets sail. Luffy is eager to arrive at Totto Land this time around. He had a lot more fun there last time than he had imagined he would, and he really wanted to see his new friends and maybe make some more! After all, Big Mom did not seem to have an issue with Luffy's desire to become the King of the Pirates, and she sounds more than willing to make it a true alliance rather than a "boss-subordinate" alliance as he had feared. He is also quite excited to show his friends the singing food dancing about, so many things on the island can talk! Luffy cannot wait, and Buggy is excited to finally form an alliance. The Government will likely be able to close in on the Straw Hat Delivery service some day, but with Big Mom's flag flying high on their Headquarters, they will be truly untouchable. They will also be rich beyond their wildest dreams with full access to Big Mom's connections and contacts. If this meeting goes well, they will only go up from here, so says the legendary "Captain Buggy."
A few hours pass, and Totto Land is finally in view.
"Land ho!" A Straw Hat shouts, getting everyone's attention and causing all the major Straw Hats (save for Nami, who is directing the ship, and Franky, who is steering) who have not seen the kingdom to rush up to the front to get a good look.
"It's a bunch of islands!" Usopp calls out, looking through his sniper goggles to get a better view of the main one and those right around it.
"It's an archipelago, like Sabaody. It's a collection of islands under the jurisdiction of Big Mom's rule." Robin explains as Usopp and Chopper make an "Oooh" sound and show clear intrigue.
"Where are we supposed to dock? The main island, or is there a smaller one we have to land on first?" Nami asks Luffy, who thinks on it a bit before answering,
"Well, Big Mom said just to follow her Vivre Card. Wherever she is is probably where we have to go!" He says. Nami affirms her Captain's vague instructions and continues to have the ship follow the Vivre Card's direction, and they end up docking on the main island.
"We made it! We're on Whole Cake Island!" Luffy calls out as he leaps off the figurehead while ship docks. After the ship docks and the crew starts to file off the ship, they are met by Galette and a very tall and slim man with brown eyes, a pointed nose, pink lips and a very long, thick tongue sticking out.
"Hello and welcome, Straw Hats, and you of course, Monkey D. Luffy. I don't believe I got to introduce myself last time you were here, Mr. Guest-of-Honor. My name is Charlotte Perospero, first son of Big Mom." The lanky man, Perospero, introduces himself and extends his hand for Luffy to shake. He shakes Perospero's hand, but he seems much more interested in saying hello to Galette before befriending Perospero. Before he has a chance, someone else takes the center of attention.
"Woah! What a beauty!" Sanji shouts as he dashes over to Galette and takes her gloved hand in his while getting on one knee.
"Ah, my alluring queen, how wonderful to meet you. You're humble slave of love is here to bring you happiness." Sanji continues in a lower, (attempt at a) seductive voice. Galette does not seem interested, not necessarily in Sanji himself (though he is not exactly making the best impression despite his nice words), but seems more or less distracted as she looks toward the group.
"Oi, you're gonna get us kicked out of this country if you keep acting like a pervert, ya dumbass." Zoro says, leading Sanji to zip over to Zoro and a heated argument ensues. In spite of everything, everyone else can see Sanji's words are not unreasonable, the woman is quite beautiful, which makes it a bit hard for those who know what Big Mom looks like to believe they are truly related as mother and daughter. With the thought silently acknowledged amongst them, Nami goes to break up the fight between her hot-headed crew mates, but Luffy ends up halting it without even intending to.
"Gal-y! It's good to see you again!" He says as he runs over to her, wide smile across his face.
"That's Gal-y?.!" Sanji says, turning his attention away from Zoro and back towards Galette.
"A-ah, it's good to s-see you again, L-Luffy." Galette says, stuttering and finding it difficult to look right at him with out her cheeks turning a bit pink.
"Hey, are you ok? Are you sick or something? Your face is turning all red." Luffy asks with genuine but unknowingly misplaced concern in his voice.
"I-I am quite alright. I appreciate your concern, though." She responds, still blushing and now just outright not looking at Luffy. Sanji suddenly has a certain suspicion as to the cause of Galette's behavior, but decides the concept is so ridiculous that he immediately puts it out of his mind, though it may be more for his own comfort. Unbeknownst to him, Robin comes to the same conclusion, but considers it to be much more a possible than Sanji does.
"Well, if this is where the meet and greet is going to end, we should head to the castle. Best not to keep Mama waiting." Perospero says, moving the topic of conversation. It was not a threat, but the nature of what he said still comes across as an ultimatum, so they all gather themselves and follow Perospero and Galette toward the palace in the distance. As they walk, Luffy continues to try to converse with Galette, but as he continues to talk to her, she is still unable to look him in the eye and the color of her face starts to match the color of her dress. None of those who were there last time notice the irony of the situation. The last time Luffy was here, Galette tried to talk with him and he was sort of trying to avoid her, and now he wants to talk to her and she cannot even hold eye contact or utter a sentence without stuttering a bit. Sanji starts to get annoyed with Luffy hogging all of Galette's attention, and that theory of his suddenly pops back up in the back of his mind. He still does not believe it, cannot believe it, but he decides to interfere anyway.
"So, Gal-y, should I be calling you 'Ms. Gal-y' or 'Your Highness, Gal-y.'" Sanji says, coming on way too strong and way too quickly as usual, but that does not appear to be Galette's issue with him. The pink cheeks and slightly embarrassed expression she had disappears immediately as she looks him dead in the eye.
"That's Galette to you, Black Leg.!" She says, especially serious.
"Yes ma'am." Sanji says immediately and backs off. Zoro snorts and smirks at that and Sanji quietly tells Zoro to "shut up."
As they arrive at the gate. They see the door guarded by a single Chess Peacekeeper, but several more file out from inside and meet the group. They give the group a pat down, taking Zoro's swords, Nami's clima-tact, Usopp's slingshot, Brook's sword, Alvida's club, whatever they can find that can be called a weapon, and tell the group they must hold onto them until they exit the palace.
"I feel naked without my swords…" Zoro grumbles as the group continues down the hall, a sentiment Avida shared. It is hard to be "Iron Mace Alvida" without the iron mace.
"Mama's waiting up here, come quickly, now.!" Perospero says as he picks up the pace a bit and climbs the stairs, and the group picks it up with him while they pass over a few floors.
They reach their destination and enter quickly, finding a large ivory table in the center of the room. The room is much more fitting to be inside a castle compared to the indoor garden Luffy and Buggy had been in last time. Much more serious and and royally themed, but still clearly has the candy theming. The furniture in the room have faces, all with innocent smiles, but there is not a sound other than the creaking of double doors.
"Big Mom.!" Luffy says with a smile on his face as the group approach the table. Big Mom, of course, sits at one end, and many of her children are sitting around her with a handful of empty seats at the table left.
"Ma-ma-ma-ma-hahaha! Straw Hat! So good to see you again!" Big Mom calls out with her arms wide in a welcoming gesture.
"Take a seat at the end, and have your friends sit down and get comfortable!" She says as Luffy takes a seat at the reserved spot at the other end of the table. The Straw Hats and Buggy Pirates file into seats, but they notice Galette takes the seat on Luffy's right and Perospero takes the seat to his left before anyone else gets a chance to. Buggy is a bit miffed about this for a different reason then the Straw Hats are, though. Big Mom said they would be discussing business, and Buggy was the business man of the duo, so why was he not seated as the guest of honor?
"Oh! Monty and Doggy are here too! Hey there!" Luffy calls out and waves when he spots Dogtooth and Mon-d'Or all the way at the other end of the table at Big Mom's right and a few seats down the right respectively.
"Now that Straw Hat is here, we can talk business, about joining the Big Mom Pirates and the pirate crews that make up the Straw Hat Delivery service together! Together in holy matrimony!" Big Mom starts. The Straw Hats and the Buggy Pirates come to the realization pretty much immediately, and the worried look on Sanji's face is almost as heartbreaking to look at as how broken his heart must be. Luffy, on the other hand, leans in to Galette's ear and whispers,
"What's 'matrimony' mean?" He asks innocently. She does not answer, and starts to cover her red face. After the short lull in Big Mom's announcement, she finishes with a proclamation.
"We are gathered here today to join forces through the marriage of my eighteenth daughter, Charlotte Galette, and Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and leader of the Straw Hat Delivery service, Monkey D. Luffy!"
A/N: A sudden proposal indeed! How will Luffy and the others react, and what will they do about it? Starting next week, I'll be sticking to an upload schedule, a biweekly one. Chapters will be posted every Monday and Wednesday, but there may not be a concrete time of day exactly. It all depends on how things go day to day, so I won't even try to give a solid T.O.D for future uploads.
