A/N: Welcome back!
Luffy has gotten himself wrapped up in quite a situation this time. How will the Straw Hats and Buggy Pirates react? What will they do?

"WHAT?!" The Straw Hats and Buggy Pirates shout out in surprise, while Luffy takes a moment to absorb what she just said.
"EHHHH?!" He eventually cries out.
"Wait! Big Mom! Did you just say get married?!" Luffy shouts out with utter shock on his face,
"NOOOOOOOO!" Sanji cries out, collapsing and pounding the floor with tears streaming down his face.
"How could that idiot get married before me?! And to such a beauty, too!" He adds as he bangs his fist into the ground over and over again.
"Ma-ma-ma-ma! That's right! You two are to be joined in marriage and our groups to be joined as well! A Political Marriage!" Big Mom says, laughing and quite proud of herself. Before anyone else can say anything, the Chess Peacekeepers standing around the table approach and place a sheet of magenta paper in front of everyone's places at the table, which turn out to be wedding invitations. The details are written in real gold in a swooping cursive font.
"'You are hereby invited to the to witness the Wedding Ceremony joining Charlotte Galette and Monkey D. Luffy in holy matrimony. They shall be wed on 21st of the month in the Whole Cake Chateau in Totto Land. Please, répondez s'il vous plaît, dès que possible.' The 21st?! That's in ten days!" Usopp says after reading the invitation (having a bit of trouble pronouncing the last part).
"But wait! I don't wanna get married now! I haven't becoming King of the Pirates yet!" Luffy shouts out in protest. Big Mom's smile does not change, and her face does not show any reaction, but she replies anyway,
"Oh? Is the date too soon? The invitations have not gone out yet, so we can push it back a week if you like! So long as it's this month, I have no issue with that!" She says.
"That's not the point.!" Luffy shouts out, not expecting that to go over her head.
"What's the matter, Straw Hat? You and Galette were getting along quite well last I saw you, and she has been going on about how impressed she was of you since the Tea Party! Are you not satisfied with her as bride?" She says, only making Galette more embarrassed and strangely uncomfortable for perhaps another reason.
"That's not what I said either!" Luffy says, also having the main point of the sentence fly over his head this time. Galette's reaction is a bit unexpected, she looks like she is happy to hear that he had no issue with taking her as a bride (thought whether that is true or not, it is more likely he is taking issue with the fact that Big Mom ignored what he had said), but seems to also be trying to hide it.
"I already decided I would wait until after I find the One Piece before I have kids!" Luffy shouts out, momentarily forgetting that no one else can read his mind and understand what he means (or that that he does not understand the gravity of the way he worded that statement).
"HAVE KIDS?!" The Straw Hats and Buggy Pirates shout out.
"Oh, you were already think that far ahead…?" Galette says under her breath while trying her hardest not to lose her cool and keep her expression emotionless, but loud enough for Sanji (who is sitting on her right) to hear.
"YOU BASTARD! HOW DARE YOOOOOUUUUU!" Sanji shouts after rushing over, grabbing Luffy by the shirt, and shaking him about with an angry crying face. No one stops him at first, since they all are looking to Big Mom for an explanation.
"You can't be serious! Luffy? Get married? I don't know how well you know him, but not well enough if you think he would just go with this!" Nami says across the table to Big Mom.
"Ah? But Mr. Star Clown seemed quite sure we could come to an agreement." Big Mom says. Nami smashes Buggy over the head with her fist after hearing this and starts shouting,
"I SHOULD'VE KNOWN YOU WERE BEHIND THIS!" She shouts as Buggy grabs his head and tries to explain himself,
"It's not my fault! I thought that had been taken off the table!" He says as Nami starts shouting again,
"YOU IDIOT! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THE RESPONSIBLE ONE! I KNEW WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TRUSTED YOU WITH THIS!" She adds, barring her teeth and especially angry.
"I TOLD YOU IT'S NOT MY FAULT!" Buggy responds. Meanwhile, in the background, Galette smacks Sanji's hands and he releases Luffy's shirt.
"Take your hands of my fiancé, Black Leg!" She says, and hearing Galette refer to Luffy as "fiancé" causes Sanji to collapse in the corner, crying more and pounding the ground with the side of his fist again.
"Not fair…It's not fair.!" Sanji mutters as Zoro looks on in exasperation.
"Now you're just being pathetic…" He says, Sanji rushing up to him and moaning vaguely angry gibberish in a depressed tone and an even more depressed expression.
"I can't understand what you're saying…" Zoro says as Sanji continues to mumble.
"I suspected this, but to have it actually happen…what a strange world we live in." Robin says with her pointer finger and thumb wrapped around her chin in deep thought.
"Ah! I was going to ask to see her panties! I'm glad I didn't, I wouldn't have wanted to embarrass my Captain's wife! Surely my cheeks and hers would have been totally red with embarrassment by now! Oh! But I do not have cheeks anymore, Yohohoho.!" Brook says before Nami smacks him over the head and (somehow) leaves a swollen lump atop his afro.
"YOU'VE ALREADY EMBARRASSED YOURSELF, AND YOU'RE NOT HELPING!" She shouts. The group gets into a full blown argument, mostly with each other, as the Charlotte Family watches in mild amusement.
"Ma-ma-ma-ma-hahaha! You are a lively bunch, aren't you?" Big Mom says, getting all the attention back right away.
"Oi! I didn't agree to this! Buggy said we would be making an alliance! I'm happy to see you all again, but I refuse to get married now!" Luffy says as Buggy tries to shut him up.
"Shut up Straw Hat.! Are you crazy.?! You can't just say 'no' to Big Mom.!" He whispers, trying to calm Luffy down.
"I don't care! I won't get married until the time is right!" Luffy shouts, not even looking at Buggy while saying so. There is sudden moment of silence, with the only noise in the room being Luffy practically growling as he resists Buggy pulling on him and Buggy making struggling noises while trying to restrain him. Big Mom is still smiling, but looks a bit surprised before she finally speaks up again,
"Oh! I think I understand the issue! You're uncomfortable rushing into things! Ma-ma-ma-ma-hahaha! I understand, it's a common problem amongst those who are soon to marry into my family! You simply need some more time to get to know each other and get used to this! I shall set aside some time for you lovebirds to get to know each other between now and the Wedding! That should solve the problem!" She says, making it apparent to everyone (save for Luffy) that it is not that she does not understand Luffy's objections, rather that she truly will not take 'no' for an answer. Before Luffy can protest again, Big Mom says one last thing.
"I'll have to do so later, though! I am afraid we have more business to attend to regarding my 'payment' from the islands under my protection! I will have to borrow Galette for now, but you will have plenty of time to spend together later!" She says as she turns her attention away from the Straw Hats and Buggy Pirates.
"Chess Peacekeepers! Show our guests to their rooms!" She adds as the Chess Peacekeepers jump into action.
"YES, MAMA!" They all say in unison, and the group decides to cut their losses (for now) and follow them out. Luffy looks like he still has more to say, but is dragged off by Buggy without another word.
A/N: Without much to do, what options do Luffy and the crew have? What will their next move be? Well, for now, they've got nothing. Sorry about this chapter being rather short again, I believe one of the longer chapters is Chapter 12 though, so that to look forward to, yeah? Anyway, this chapter is basically just a reaction, not much is really supposed to happen. The next chapter will expand on it a bit more, so just wait a bit longer. For now, see you next time!
