It has been about a week and Risley and Mark started a daily routine with each other. Risley rolled over and kissed Mark as she slides her hand against his naked body. He rolled over and moaned a bit. She laughed at him. "Babe, let's sleep some more," He said to Risley and she snuggled a bit and Mark started to fall back asleep.
"Mark, what are we doing today?" Risley asked and Mark moaned
"Babe" He chuckled a bit and kissed her softly. Risley was beyond excited. This was the day that Evelyn and Tom were coming in and also there was a benefit concert tonight. Mark has been talking about it for days and something he was excited about which made her excited.
There was a knock on the door and Joe then entered. This was new for him to remember to do this because now there was a female staying with Mark. "Good Morning Sir and Ma'am"
"Oh, your as bad as she is" Mark groaned and Risley sat up and smiled at Joe.
"I can not help it. Evelyn and Tom are coming and the event that Mark has been talking about for days is happening." Risley beamed from the bed.
"Well, that sounds like a fun and exciting day," Joe said with a smile. "Sir, your 10 am said he will be late"
Mark slowly lowered the blanket and looked at Joe with an unsure look "Please tell me as soon as he arrives"
"Yes Sir," Joe said and he continued on his way. Risley slipped out of the covered and headed to the bathroom room to get ready. Mark laid in the bed and chatted with Joe. Risley left her hair down in curls and only pulled a little of it back. She wore a red sundress that she slid a small cover-up over her arms being chilly in the air condition. She slides on black flip-flops as she walked around the room.
"Are you going to get up?" Risley sat on the edge of the bed as Mark sat up a bit to drink some coffee.
"Come back to bed with me" He pulled Risley down and planted a few kisses as he slides his hand up her thigh.
"And you tell me I am naughty" She giggled "Evelyn and Tom's flight comes in around 10. Are you really going to not be there when they land?"
"You heard Joe I have an appointment at 10."
"Yes" She sighed "But it is not like every day your best friend comes to town"
"I am sure Tom and Evelyn will understand. Take Ashley with you"
"I am sure I can do that but are they not coming to the event tonight?"
"Yes," Mark said and pulled the blankets up
"Are you really that tired?"
"I could not fall asleep there is a lot on my mind" Mark finally admitted
"I am sorry, you can talk to me about it. I will listen to you."
"Nah, it's fine. It is the reason why I have a 10 am." Mark rolled over to look at the clock "I should get up and shower."
"Okay, you want something to eat. I will get it for you a while." Risley asked as he finally pulled off the covers.
"Nah, coffee should be good." Mark kissed Risley softly and then headed to the bathroom. Risley could tell whatever it was was still bothering him enough.
Risley walked around the living room and talked on the phone with Ashley "So, are you free in like an hour to go with me to the airport to pick up Evelyn and Tom?"
"Sure... both kids are with my mother for the night. Thank you guys so much for inviting us to the event tonight. It is going to be a lovely outdoors you could not ask for better weather" Ashley continued to talk. The two got off the phone and Risley placed her phone back into her purse, and walked over to Mark who was now completely dressed for the day.
"Cheer up. It will be fine" Risley smiled and kissed his cheek.
"Yeah," He said and took a sip of his coffee "So is Ashley going with you to pick up Evelyn and Tom?"
"Yes, her parents have the kids for the day. She is really excited about tonight. You must have a good event planner."
"This event should bring in a lot of people and I am hoping a lot of donations," Mark said and started to explain about the event being outside and having major singers from the USA and the UK there tonight. The more and more he talked about it the more he became excited and so did Risley. "Babe, you better get going to get Ashley and deal with the traffic."
"Your right," She said leaned into Mark. "I wish you were coming tho"
"I will be right here when you get back and be careful driving," Mark said and kissed the top of her head.
"I will see you when I get back" She kissed him softly and then slide on her heels and then headed out. Ashley and Risley walked into the airport both of them chatting away a storm as they headed to the landing area. Risley looked at the board trying to find Evelyn and Tom's flight. Finally, the two of them stood at the gates waiting for them. Risley asked about the pregnancy and how she was feeling all the time. She was excited for her even tho she has been through this twice before.
Evelyn and Tom walked out of the tunnel and grabbed their bags and headed down the stairs and seen Risley and Ashley waiting. "Girls!" Evelyn screamed and waved and the girls jumped up and down and waved at them as they headed to meet them at the end of the stairs. " I am so glad to be here!" Evelyn hugged Risley tightly as they greeted each other.
"Evelyn this is Ashley... Joe's wife and this gentleman are Tom. Tom this is Ashley"
"Hello," Ashley said to them and they greeted her back and Evelyn hugged her too.
"I heard so much about you! Also congratulation!" Evelyn started "I thought Mark was going to be here?"
"He had a 10 am that he had to go to," She said and shrugged, but was a bit upset that Mark did not come.
Tom looked at Evelyn and got her attention giving her a look. Evelyn said and the girls with Tom started chatting away as they headed to the car. The paparazzi was not far behind them taking pictures of every move the group made. Risley was starting to get used to them and started naming each company a nickname which was just another person's name. Evelyn did not use to this so much and Tom could not care about them at all. Ashley knew the ropes when it came to the paparazzi and how to handle them to a point. She had to deal with them a lot when Joe started his job with Mark. The four of them loaded up the car and got in. Risley did her normal honk before she started moving.
Finally, back at the castle, Risley showed and Evelyn and Tom their apartment while they were visiting. She also showed them Mark's apartment as Risley went into the kitchen and grabbed some snacked for everyone. The group sat in the living room and continued to talk and catch up. Risley laid on the chair swinging her legs off the one side and her head on the other. Mark came walking and greeted everyone and gently ran his fingers against Risley's legs.
"How was the meeting?" Risley asked and smiled as she pulled at Mark's hand and he kissed her softly.
"It went very well" He whispered to her softly and kissed her cheek. "So before the event do you guys want to go eat?"
"Yes, I want fish and chips" Evelyn made her normal request when she came to visit.
"Blah Blah" Tom made fun of her "Let's go somewhere new. I am sure you have a place in mind Mark" Evelyn threw a pillow at Tom and it just started the laughs. Joe walked into the room and Ashley got up and kissed him.
"Joe, are you hungry?" Mark asked "We are trying to figure out what to eat"
"Why not let just go to the diner and get comfort food and a drink before the event," Joe said and they all agreed to it.
The group headed out to Mark driving and Risley in the passenger seat. They finally found a parking spot and started to head to the restaurant. Mark held Risley led the way for several reasons the major one is the paparazzi was going to try to find them regardless. The couples came into the restaurant together laughing and giggling with each other. They tried not to make a scene, but it was hard with such a large group of couples. The group filled themselves up with food and drink before the event.
The paparazzi were all over the place snapping pictures of the group. The group walked into the event and made their way tot he front of the crowd. Several people screaming and yelling for Risley and Mark's name. Risley waved where she heard her name being called. Mark left for a few moments as he had to do the introduction for the event and speak to everyone on why the event is existing. Risley sat next to Evelyn and the girls laugh and chatted as they waiting for the bands to begin. Once the music started the two of them danced in the grass as they spun each other around. Tom and Mark chatting with Joe and Ashley just enjoyed a night out without the children. Everyone seems to be having a blast a the event continued on their way. Finally, the main attraction came on stage. Risley screamed as she noticed it was Bruno Mars. She turned back around to Mark and Tom and then Evelyn sharing her excitement with them.
Evelyn shook her head yes and leaned into Risley "Yes you see Tom did pick a good band."
"Oh my god!" Risley was all excited as the band started to play some of their top hits. Evelyn and Risley danced with each other singing at the top of her their lungs. Tom elbowed Mark and leaned into a whisper to him and Mark shook his head. One of Risley favorite songs started to play 'marry me' and Evelyn and Risley danced around even more. As the girls started to spin around and sing the song.
Evelyn stops spinning and clapped her to the beat of the music. Risley laughed at her and Evelyn pointed behind her. Risley turned around and seen Mark kneel down on one knee. Her hand went right up to her mouth and covered it in shock. She looked over at the side of her to see Evelyn. There were photos all over the place being taken from the people and the paparazzi.
"Risley, you make me happier then anyone else ever has. You stand beside me when I am weak and upset. You are the one for me. Please make me the happiest man and be my wife forever" He asked and
opened up the small box and Risley shook her head yes and tears running down her face. Her hand shaking as he placed the ring on her hand and he put on the ring and stood up and kissed her softly. "I love my darling"
