Chapter .3.
Clara told Amy and Rory the story about meeting the Doctor and how he had creeped her out when he arrived.
"He dressed like a monk?" Amy asks
"Yeh and it really creeped me out", Clara says
"It would me too. But then again he did crash in my backyard and eat his way through my fridge", Amy says, "How did you meet River?"
"A conference call with Madame Vastra, Jenny and Strax. Madame Vastra said time travel was always possible in dreams and then River appears", Clara says explaining the conference
Then what happened afterwards how they were going to save the others because Jenny said she had been murdered.
"We saw his grave on a planet called Trenzalore. We had to save Vastra, Jenny and Strax. I ended up jumping into his time stream to save everyone and most of all him. River told me I would die. But the Doctor saved me", Clara explains
Amy then starts explaining her own stories with the Doctor which Rory joined in. On how he had died over and over again and how he kept coming back and had been erase from existence once.
"Then we found out Amy was a flesh avatar. The Doctor and I went across the universe getting allies and information while Amy…", Rory starts, "River refused to come and we didn't know why at the time"
"I had River who I named Melody Pond and they took her from me. I begged them not too. I knew the Doctor and Rory would come for me. But I really wanted my baby. This guard Lorna gave me a pray leaf with my daughters name on it but I couldn't read it", Amy says
"We defeated the base it under 4 minutes without anyone getting killed. I thought I had Melody in my arms and bought her to Amy", Rory says
"Rory said her name was Melody Williams. I said it was Melody Pond because it sounded like a super hero and Melody Williams sounded like a geography teacher", Amy says
"Then all hell broke loose and the Monks came and began fighting us. Us was Vastra, Jenny, Strax and a girl who warned us Lorna", Rory says
"Then Melody dissolved so she was a flesh avatar. I kind of didn't want the doctor near me he let Melody get kidnapped I thought at the time it was his fault. The River showed up and told the Doctor off then he asked her who was she. She just showed him something and he was flushed and he told her to get us all home and he knew where our daughter was and on his life she would be safe. I pulled a gun on River demanding to know what she told him. She gave us the pray leaf and said this was our daughters name in the language of the forest and except there wasn't a word for Pond since the only water in the forest was the river. That was when the TARDIS translation matrix kicked in and the pray leaf said River Song. River said she was our daughter…", Amy says and explains there other adventures till the Angels in Manhattan
They explained how River fakes there deaths and bought them home and they hadn't seen the Doctor since.
"He was living on a cloud when an echo of mine met him. It must have been after he lost you. He was so angry and sad", Clara says
"I knew my death would hit him hard. But I had to be with Rory. We were meant to be together", Amy says
They talk for the rest of the day and Amy and Rory say goodbye to Clara and she promises to come back tomorrow. Once Clara had left Rory checks on the Master he was still healing slowly. But Rory was sure he was going to be alright…
Two Days Later…
Clara had returned each day to help with the Master who was now wake and quite pleasant to talk too. The Master explained everything he did and why because the drums made him insane but now they were gone because of the Time Lords that he was sane again.
The Master thought they deserved to know the truth about him and told them everything. How he knew in the last encounter with the Doctor he couldn't harm him again so he pushed the Time Lords back into the Time Lock.
He explained how he wasn't quite sure how he got out of the Time Lock all he remembered was a blonde glowing girl. That said she could see the changes in him.
"Well as long as you don't hurt us we will allow you to stay here", Amy says
"Thank you kindly I don't deserve this", the Master says
"Someone thought you deserved a chance", Rory says
"What do you want to be called now?" Clara asks
"Protector", the newly christened Protector says
That is when Clara notices a shadow come across the window.
"Where you expecting anyone?" Clara asks
"No", Rory says
"There are shadows outside", Clara says
Rory just managers to get in front of Amy with his sword and the injured Protector gets in front of Clara before the door bangs open. With men and woman having guns on them.
"Who the HELL are you? Why come barging into our home? With guns?" Amy yells from behind Rory
"Put the guns down! They shouldn't be out anyway!" Kate Stewart says
"Kate?" Clara asks
"Clara? What are you doing here?" Kate asks
"They are friends of the Doctors. A friend wanted me here and I came", Clara says knowing it was best not to say River
"So they are definably friends of the Doctor's?" a woman with black skin asks
"They look like his type", a man in a trench coat says
"Captain Cheesecake get your mind out of the gutter", a dark skinned man says
"Boys enough", an older woman says
"Yes. Who are all of you?" Clara asks
"We are friends of the Doctors. I am Sarah Jane Smith. I travelled with the third and fourth Doctor
"I am Donna Noble. I travelled with the Tenth Doctor", Donna says
"I am Martha Smith-Jones I travelled with the tenth Doctor", Martha says
"I am her husband Mickey Smith. I travelled with the ninth and tenth Doctor", Mickey says
"I am Captain Jack Harkness I travelled with the ninth Doctor and met the Tenth. And who might you lovely ladies be?" Jack asks looking at Amy and Clara
"Stop it Jack", Martha says hitting him on the head
"I am married. But my name is Amy Pond-Williams. But I go by Amy Pond. I used to travel with the eleventh", Amy says
"I am her husband Rory Williams. I used to travel with the eleventh Doctor", Rory says
"Used?" Mickey asks
"He travelled with a married couple?" Jack asks surprised
"I am Clara Oswald. I travel with the eleventh Doctor", Clara says
"Is that the Master?" Martha asks
That is when Mickey and Jack draw their guns on the Protector.
"Get away from him", Jack says
"He is a guest of this house. And you all just barge in with your guns and pull them on a guest in my home!" Amy says angrily
"You don't know what he has done", Martha says
"He told us everything", Clara says, "He doesn't have drums in his head anymore"
"I am sure he hasn't told you everything how about holding my family hostage?" Martha asks
"He told us that and he regrets it. Anyway the person who broke him out of the Time Lock must have seen how he has changed", Clara replies
"Guns down for now. But if he does something to us then we can arrest him", Kate says
Jack and Mickey recently put their guns in their holsters.
"Why do you have a sword?" Jack asks
"Rory is a Roman Centurion", Amy says proudly
"A real on?" Sarah Jane asks
"We will discuss this later. Now why we are here we are looking to contact the Doctor. We know he went to Lake Silenco in Utah and was killed but we are looking for a version of him after the Zygon treaty", Kate says
Clara, Amy and Rory were shocked they thought the Doctor was dead.
"Excuse us", Amy says leading Rory and Clara into the kitchen
"They think the Doctor is dead", Amy says
"But he is not. Yet. He dies on Trenzalore I have seen his grave and it wasn't it Utah", Clara says
"We have to tell them he faked it", Rory says
"Maybe. Lets see what they have to tell us. They came bursting into our house Rory and pointed guns at us", Amy says angrily
"Very well but we have to tell them", Rory says
"I agree they shouldn't be grieving when he isn't dead yet", Clara says
They go back out to the living room and find the others glaring at the Protector.
"I am sure you know of a way to contact him", Clara says
"No unfortunately our way is not working", Kate says
"And we have new phones that don't have the Doctor's number on them", Martha says
"We haven't got the number", Amy says
"I will try", Clara says pulling out her phone and dialling the TARDIS number
All Clara hears was the Cloister Bell. Now she knew the Doctor was in deep trouble.
"I hear the Cloister Bell", Clara says hanging up
"What does that mean?" Martha asks
Suddenly there was electrical noise in the doorway. And River Song stood there.
"What do we have here? Same reason as me I hope", she purrs
Two things happen then Mickey, Martha and Jack drawn there guns and Amy, Rory and Clara yell happily, "River!"
