It's rumored that they have direct control over 30% of Vale's Underground and heavy influence on half of the rest. The only way we even secured this meeting is because of joint connections through the White Fang in addition to leaked military contacts and a certain 'gentlemanly thief'. Oh, I almost forgot, one of those Winchester scum should be here too."
