Yuri silently wanted to wipe away those tears that were streaming down Sora's face when he told her the story behind
Sophie's death but she had to understand- Is there was to be a perfect angel skill, then he would have to become an
a devil to help her succeed. Even if that meant dueling Leon to do it!
"Why?"
He knew she'd ask something like that, her naivety and purity shining through. And what could he offer her as an
answer? Very little.
"You'll understand one day- But this is the way it has to be."
Perhaps there was an ulterior motive behind his reasoning, but he had not pushed any further than share
with her a past. If Sora could figure it out, then maybe all of his words were not said in vain.
