I Already Knew
Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny were sitting in the Burrow's front room. Ginny was sat on Harry's lap (much to Ron's disgust). It was the summer after the final battle, and Ron and Hermione had since got together, as had Harry and Ginny.
Harry suddenly stood up.
"Hermione, I need to talk to you for a second. Outside."
"Okay…" replied Hermione, throwing a puzzled look over her shoulder at Ron as she followed Harry out of the sitting room door.
"So how are things with you and Hermy?" Ginny smirked.
"Shut up," answered Ron, as intelligent as ever.
There was a moment's pause. Ginny had turned to face the window. She could see Harry pacing outside, and Hermione with a puzzled expression on her face. Ron was looking out of the window, too.
"He really loves you, you know," said Ron, somewhat randomly.
"Pardon? Is this Ronald Weasley speaking? The guy who refuses to accept that his best friend and little sister actually care for each other in a way that is more than just friends?"
"Ha, ha," replied Ron. "But seriously. You can just tell by the way he looks at you."
"Well, thanks for the insight Ronald," said Ginny, confused. "But I already knew."
