Disclaimer: Hey, did you hear the one about the girl who didn't own any fandom? I haven't either, but I hear it's very true.

AN: I know I should be working on GTT. But I have so many other plots in my head... Hey, Orange Sheep of the Flock…See? This is for you!

"I can fly up here," says Jeremy to Stacey. It's almost time for the sun to set, late summer. Almost September.

"You crazy," says Stacey. They're up in the tree house. It's a little too high up to be completely safe, but nobody really cares about that anymore. Besides, nobody probably notices anyway.

"Look, Stacey. I'll show you." Stacey looks at Jeremy for a second, not knowing to say to someone who tells him that they can fly. Then again, Stacey doesn't know what to say to anyone these days. Stacey walks to the window.

"Look out there. Don't it make you feel like just flyin' away?"

"Yeah." Says Stacey. This isn't the first time he's felt like it.

They look out of the window for a few minutes. It's peaceful. No wonder Jeremy likes it.

"You right, Jeremy. I can fly," says Stacey, "And I ain't never flown before."

"So'm I still crazy?" Jeremy says, half serious.

The wind blows, making cool air that drowns out the heat.

"I think everyone's a little crazy sometimes."

The sun has turned dark orange. It's half visible. "If you could fly away, would you do it?" Says Stacey.

"I would, and I wouldn't look back. I can't stay here forever." Stacey is looking out the window, looking at something that nobody else can see. The sky turns light red.

"I don't know where I'm goin', Stacey, but I'm goin' somewhere."

And the sun sets and another day is over.

" I can fly up here, Jeremy."

And they wait for another day.
