A/N : Thanks for your reviews, they're great as always :). Sorry for being a bit slow with this story but it's been so hard to think up ideas for it at the moment but I tried anyway. Hope you enjoy.

Jack and Jenny looked at the Doctor with startled looks on their faces."Doctor, it's not what you-" Jack started to explain but was unfortunately cut off when the Doctor's fist met his face. Jack yelped before falling backwards and knocking some bottle off the nightstand, next to bed Jenny was lay on. The moment Jack went down, Jenny leaped out of the bed and looked at the Doctor with an expression of shock plastered on her face.

"Dad? what the hell did you do that for?!" she yelled.

"He was kissing you!" the Doctor yelled back and glaring at Jack, who had now picked himself up and was rubbing his bleeding nose.

"You don't say" Jenny snapped sarcastically."I was kissing him back you know. I happen to like Jack"

"Well that's stupid" the Doctor sneered, looking at Jack. "The only person he'd ever truly love is himself". At this the captain stood up and was about three seconds away from hitting the Doctor when Jenny intervined.

"You bastard. Is that what you think of me? all this time I thought we were friends" Jack said glaring at him angrily.

"We were before you snogged my daughter!"

"ENOUGH" Jenny bellowed and the two stopped bickering and looked at her. "Dad I'm a big girl I can handle myself"

"Your one years old" he pointed out and at this, Jack looked at her, freaked out.

"What?"

"This body might technically be one years old but my mind and spirit are older" she insisted."Jack ignore him. I know what I'm doing"

"You think you know what your doing" the Doctor said, contridicting her to Jenny's annoyance.

"I like Jack, dad, I really do. Can't you just accept it?"

"I've only just got you back ,I don't want to lose you again and I've lost too much recently. I guarantee that's what will happen if you stay with Jack". Jenny raised an eyebrow.

"I told you I was coming with you" she said quietly. He looked at her sadly.

"You want to stay with him"

"I don't. I want to come with you, your my only family" she persisted and then Jack butted in.

"Jenny do you really want to leave me?". Jenny looked into his sapphire blue eyes and sighed. She was torn between staying with Jack or going with her dad. Maybe she'd do both like travel with her dad for a while then come back and be with Jack. If he'd wait for her but he would have to because it wasn't just because she wanted to be with her dad, she also wanted to see the universe and save civilasations and run."Doctor give us a minute?" Jack asked and the Doctor nodded and left them alone. "I can understand why you wanted to keep your secret a secret and I'll won't tell a soul ,I promise not even torchwood. If you stay with me, will I really hope you will, I promise I'll look after you. I care for you, alot I really do.". Jenny knew that he was serious and pulled him to her then kissed him. The kiss become more serious and Jenny pulled off her nightgrown, which took the captain by suprise. She knew she did because it may be her only chance but she had gotten into the moment anyway. He raised an eyebrow at her but shortly joined her after pulling his own clothes off.

"Don't tell your dad" he chuckled, afterwards lying in the infirmary bed.

"Well duh, he'd kill you a thousand times over" she replied, grinning.

The Doctor wasn't too happy leaving them alone and he knew what would probably happen if he did but he had a paradox to sort out. He walked into the console room and noticed Martha had fallen to sleep. He gently tapped her on the shoulder and she woke up and yawned. "So your going to get your old self and Rose back to the right time?" Martha asked as they walked out of the tardis.

"Yep" he replied, popping the p. He caught sighed of his ninth self and Rose stood near the fountain looking bored. They both turned and stared at him as he came towards them. "Hello, ready to go back to your own time?"

"Yeah I'm getting so bored. 2008 is really dull" Nine moaned and Rose looked at Ten seriously.

"If this is the future, where am I, why am I not here with you?" Martha felt the Doctor still beside her and knew that the Doctor didn't really want to answear this but since she'd was going to forget, he did it anyway.

"Your living in a parallel world" he replied."Your dad's still alive and your mums happy and you have..." he went off and Rose didn't press him futher as she sensed it was something he didn't really want to think about.

"So shall we get going?" Nine asked, changing subject to Ten's relief.

"Yep, let's get back into the tardis" The four of them walked back in and saw Jack and Jenny, who was fully dressed in jeans and a t-shirt she'd taken from the tardises wardrobe, waiting for them.

"Hi again" she said to the ninth Doctor who nodded. Rose approached her and smiled at her.

"Your his daughter?"

"Yes"

"Well you'll be pleased to know you don't look like him. You have nice ears" the girls started to laugh at that.

"My ears aren't that big" the ninth Doctor insisted. The Doctor rolled his eyes at his ninth self before typing in the co-ordinates and flying the tardis to the planet , his old self and Rose were on before being pulled through time accidently.

"Here we go, now time to wipe your memories" The Doctor said and walked up to his ninth self who closed his eyes and allowed the Doctor to delete the events from his mind. The Doctor dragged his old self out of the tardis and onto the desert-like planet. Rose stepped out but before she let him wipe her mind she whispered "Take care of yourself" into his ear and he smiled then placed his hands on either side of her head. She collasped and he dragged her next to his old self before getting back into the tardis and shutting the doors.

"Cardiff 2008?" he asked and Jack nodded. Jenny didn't look so thrilled but before she could say anything the tardis rocked about and a few minutes later they were back on Earth in 2008.

"You coming?" Jack asked as Martha walked out after hugging the Doctor.

"I can't" she told him sadly. He nodded.

"I thought you'd say that"

"Theres so much to see and I don't want to work for torchwood Jack. I'm sorry I just don't trust that place" Jenny desperately hoped he would understand.

"I'll see you around then" he replied and give her a quick peck on the cheek. She felt angry. He was walking away from her as if she'd meant nothing to him. Well if he didn't understand it wasn't her fault. She needed to get to know her dad and she wanted to see the universe. She didn't expect him to get it. She just didn't belong on Earth. She walked back in and the Doctor looked up, suprised to see her.

"Aren't you going with Jack?" he asked softly.

"No, I told you I want to get to know you and I want to see if Donna was right" Jenny said standing beside him.

"About what?" he frowned at her.

"If it's really as good travelling with you as she said it was".

"Oh" he said staring to grin. "It is". He pulled some levars and Jack watched from outside as the tardis dematarilised. The first girl he'd ever really felt this way about and she was leaving him to stay with her dad, for cryin out loud. That just didn't happen. He turned and walked back to torchwood trying to resist the urge to run back and grabbed hold of the tardis. The last time that had happened, the master had taken over the Earth. He sighed as he walked back into the hub.
