Sonic wizzed by buildings,people,and cars. Sonic was being chased by one of his greatest fears. Amy Rose. She was chasing him non-stop for 20 minutes.
"Sonic!Wait up!",she said chasing him. she gave up. She would chase him for the rest of her life to be with her hero. 'Ugh!Sonic can be so annoying sometimes. ,'Amy thought. She stormed away to her house hoping she would catch him next time. She took a shower from all the sweating and running.
She'd been in the shower till 7:35 pm. She finally got out and fell asleep on top of her bed from the long day. Next morning Amy's friends came over to her house. They were Rouge and Blaze.
"Amy,you've got to realize that Sonic isn't interested in you. ",Rouge suggested to Amy sitting on Amy's bed.
"You're wrong Rouge!Sonic's just shy. That's it,shy. ,"Amy said crossing her arms and turning her back to Rouge.
"Sorry Amy,but Rouge is right. Sonic isn't interested in you at all. That's why he runs away from you all the time. ",Blaze said supporting Rouge.
"You and sonic should at least be friends. ",Rouge told Amy. Amy thought of all of the times he ran away from her.
"You guys are right. ",Amy said with tears in her eyes. Rouge and Blaze comforted Amy.
"I suggest we throw away everything I have that is related to Sonic. ",Amy annouced after her sobbing. Rouge and Blaze stared at Amy wide-eyed. Amy had finally had gotten over her long time crush. All those years of chasing Sonic till now.
"From now on I'm going to be Sonic's friend. Not a girl chasing him, wanting to marry him. ",Amy said after she threw all of the Sonic related stuff she had.
The girls left Amy's house and went off to the mall. Blaze called Silver on her cell to tell him about the news.
"Amy has gotten over Sonic!But still is his friend, though. Can you believe ? She got over him!",Blaze told Silver excitedly. Silver told Knuckles who told Tails. Nobody told Sonic about the news yet. They wanted him to figure it out which may be a very bad idea. The next day Sonic noticed Amy on his morning run and ran right past her but she weirdly didn't chase him.
'Hmm,weird,oh well. ",Sonic ran by her again by making a u-turn to see if Amy noticed this time.
"Sonic!Cut it out,you're messing up my hair!",Amy yelled at him while flattening her hair down with her hands. He just chuckled.
"Whatever. ",Sonic said speeding off hoping she wouldn't chase him. And she didn't.
After Sonic ran off,Amy thought more about what Blaze and Rouge said. And the more she thought about it,the more they were right. She thought of Sonic and how she would react around him as friends now.
When she got home she threw herself ontop of her bed and fell asleep thinking about it. She woke up after a short nap.
'Maybe it is best for me and Sonic to be friends. ',Amy thought.
The next day Amy went to go get her mail,she read it. She screamed with joy after she read the card. She called Blaze,Rouge and the others to see if they got it,too. They did!
"This is great Rouge! Talk to you tomorrow at school! Bye! ",Amy said then hung up.
