Chapter 2
Rory just looks at him and Adam looks at Sarah.
"this is your...biological Mom and my sister Sarah." he introduces them still looking angrily at Sarah
"Hi Sweets!" Sarah greets
"uh hi." she says awkwardly
"it's nice to meet you." Sarah tells her
"uh dad, don't we have to get to Yale?" she wonders
"yeah I'm coming hunnie." he says and just continues to look at Sarah
Sarah watches them "hunnie?" she tries to get Rorys attention
"what... what do you possibly have to say to me?" Rory gets mad
"I'm sorry." Sarah tells her
"we have to go I'm sorry." Rory tells her
"I just... I wanted to come and see you and to get to know and to just say...good luck." Sarah tries to mean it
"fine whatever." Rory says
Sarah rolls her eyes with her arms crossed at her chest "oh don't talk to me that way." Sarah gets upset
"why you get what you deserve after showing up 18 years too late." Rory tells her
"do you have to make me more emotional than I already am I'm already trying to hold it together so dad doesn't lose it yet!" Rory tells her
"Hunnie...I love you!" Sarah tells her
"no don't!" Rory tells her
"I really did want to raise you." Sarah tells her
"fine whatever I have to go." Rory tells her again
"will you at least give me a call?" Sarah wonders holding out one of seths band cards with her number on it
Rory just looks at her and takes it "fine, bye." Rory says
"bye hunnie." Sarah says watching them get in the car and take off before getting in her own and taking off herself
