They watch him look across the desks. He thinks is being subtle but they can both see it. They both watch him glance up when no-one is looking.
They have both shared looks which clearly say that they know what is going on between their colleagues, yet the receiver of these glances is completely oblivious to the happenings in the office. They have talked it over with Abby and even she agrees with them, that there is something there.

He looks across his desk, not before making sure the other two aren't watching. Sometimes his gaze lingers for seconds, maybe minutes. Somehow the need to do work gets in the way.
He has seen the looks Abby has given him, worrying him that she knows his secret. The secret he can't afford to let out. Why? Because he knows he will be rejected.

Her friends have told her about the possible office romance going on upstairs. Of course she didn't believe it at first, but after hacking into the security cameras, it has been confirmed.
On slow days she sits and watched the stares which happen across the isle. She was told that He was doing the staring, but she is surprised to see that it is being reciprocated back across. Every time he comes into the lab, she gives him knowing looks but he looks away. Yes, she is right.
