His Thoughts

As I drove to my house or should I say our house, I recalled the thoughts I had before. On how I notice Cagalli's glances and on the disappearance of her ring. I recalled some times like when I notice her presence she seemed to be always beside Meyrin blocking my view when I look at her. She's everything I have. She's my fantasy, my dream and my wish. Too bad, I still can't have her. She's like an angel I can't hold, touch or have.
I hated not being able to protect her. She was my savior from darkness. Though she may not stay with me like Meyrin, she will always be my nurse. Meyrin may always be cheery and perky, but she's just like a sister to me. Nothing more, nothing less.
I'm now near the vicinity. I had a lump in my throat. Today was the day I might finally have her. I clutched the ring in my pocket. It was a gold ring with a yellow and an amber jewel. It was expensive, but worth it. I'm now in the parking lot. I could hear my heart thudding in my ears. I know that Cagalli gave me a day off, but I just couldn't resist.
I carefully traced my steps up the long stairs, my heart beating wildly. I looked at her room to see if she was there. There I saw her. I now began to knock on her door. Cagalli seemed a bit surprised and went to open the door. She looked very surprised and asked, "A-Athrun, what are you doing here?" She then said something again; "I thought you were going out…" then she mumbled something I didn't understand.
"Come again?" I asked. She just said a simple nothing. She then sat on her bed. I noticed some tears brimming on the corners of her eyes, and then she suddenly looked away. I got worried and asked her what was wrong. She answered back with the meanest voice I ever heard from her, "Why are you here, Zala?"
It pained me to see her like this as a thousand thoughts swirled in my head on what to do. I suddenly thoughts of the best idea, a kiss. I leaned a little forward until my knee was touching her bed. I cupped her face and kissed her with all my heart. When we had the kiss, it seemed like I can see all her questions, while she saw all the right answers. After a while she kissed back, it turned to a passionate one as I licked her bottom lip. Then it turned to more.
My body was exhausted after that err… activity we had. I was now playing with the ring that I had given to her before, while a new ring was now adorning her finger. Of course, my proposal was a complete success. She was now mine and I was now hers. I was never happier. She then suddenly kissed me again and I contentedly kissed back. It was heaven. She pulled back and stared at me with her piercing golden orbs.
I whispered her three words that made her giggle slightly. She snuggled up closer and slept on my chest. I soon followed as I waited for the next day when we would spend our lives together as a newly engaged couple.
Author: It was a bit hard to do it in Athrun's POV than Cagalli's, but hey, I did it. I'm only a 13 year old who hasn't experienced a kiss, but hey, I'm cool.
