Okay folks, here's the deal. Several of my regular readers have PMed me to say that the story is too tragic for them to continue reading it. I, for one, am still not entirely certain where this dark plot came from.
So if no one's going to read it, I can stop writing it…Because I have two other stories waiting to get uploaded.
I was going to write an alternative ending, but I'm not sure I can make it make sense.
If it helps, this story is tragic, yes, but it won't end on a dark note. I can't tell you any more without giving the ending away. I will tell you this – if I continue it, there's only about two more chapters in it.
