Spencer Reid is teaching college students about criminology and the BAU's work. Among them is Theo Holston, who notices a crime pattern in Quantico that point to a serial killer. Without the original team, he knows that it's up to him to find out more about this criminal and how to stop them. He can't do it alone, so he asks the help of some of his classmates.

Emily was used to doing things alone it has always been that way, at first it was because her parents were never around even if her father did try more than her mother and then it was a way to protect herself But now she had a family a proper one, a boyfriend that she had yet to tell them about and then his beautiful little boy who was five years old. But things are never simple.

Things are bumpy when Emily first joins the team. A breakup, a divorce, and a one-night-stand turn into something a little more than either one was expecting. Involves the usual characters - JJ, Garcia, Emily, Hotch, Reid, Morgan, Rossi.

Annette prepares herself for the upcoming execution of Michael Boudreaux, the Boogeyman of Albuquerque, while the team attempts to find the UnSub that has killed and embalmed three women. Emily really did die at the hands of Doyle, and JJ is stuck in the stage of denial. Loosely based on the song, “Ceilings” by Lizzy McAlpine, with my own spin on the meaning of the song. For the sake of the story, Will and Henry don’t exist, and JJ did not go to Afghanistan in her time away from the BAU.

Hotchniss finds out they are expecting a little girl. Aaron can't understand why Emily had drawn in on herself after the news of their baby's gender reveal. Until he finally understands her somber mood.

A series of tiny one-off chapters relating to Reid's eyes and how JJ sees him. Some canon and some AU.

Jack is sick, Emily and Hotch take care of him.

Set when Prentiss runs away from the team to go after Doyle. What would have happened of Doyle found another way to get even. He doesn't kill her, but takes something that meant everything to her without her knowing. How will she cope with the aftermath if the Doyle incident. Kind of dark, but will have a happy ending.

Inspired by the fanfiction stories, "Meant to Be" by Pixiedragon25 and "Happy Birthday?" by last bloom. Please read those two stories first before reading my story. I decided to write a Reid's birthday party story of my own. Pairings: Reid/JJ, Garcia/Morgan, Hotch/Prentiss and Sean/Elle. Notes: Rated M for language, violence and abuse.

Season 7, episode 2. Spencer lashes out at JJ about Emily and goes too far. Before they have a chance to reconcile, JJ turns up on his doorstep seriously injured. This will be a multi-chapter work.

While out at a bar with the BAU, JJ is missing her friend and former boss, Hotch.
