For the next few days Percy was learning how to fly and about Quidditch.

Hes getting really good! Harry thought.

"Hey Harry! Aren't we going to Diagon Alley today?" Percy asked

"Oh damn! We are! C'mon!" Harry yelled. Harry gestured for them to fly back to the Burrow on their broomsticks. Percy said if he had enough money he would buy himself a broomstick.

"Harry! C'mon! Percy don't worry about your list, Dumbledore sent Mum a letter saying what you all needed!" Ginny shouted, rushing out of the Burrow. Harry noticed that Mr. Weasley had gotten Ministry cars to drive them to the Leaky Caldron. Harry jumped into the second car, Fred, George and Ginny and Mr. Weasley got in it with him. Fred was sitting next to Harry, George and Ginny were sitting next to each other and Mr. Weasley was up the front talking to the driver.

"Hi Fred!" Harry said cheerfully

"Hello Harry," Fred answered. "Harry? Do you think Angelina fancies me?"

"Are you kidding?"
"I knew she didn't…"

"No, no, she does fancy you!" Harry said.

"Oh, great." He said half heartedly, he then put his hand into his pocket and pulled out two bright yellow sweets.

"Fred… what are they?" Asked Harry warily

"Butterbeer chews!" said Fred gleefully

"You sure?"

"Positive."

"You eat one first…"

"Sure!" Fred said, he opened the wrapper and put it in his mouth. Harry decided they must be okay so he took one and ate it. It was amazing. It was like having his first glass of Butterbeer all over again, the warmth spreading from the tip of his tongue all over his body. He felt like he could do anything.

"Fred… do these make you lucky?" Asked Harry

"They do indeed! Its like Liquid Luck BUT you can have these one million times a day and just get luckier and luckier without any side effects. One of these will make you lucky for 24 hours." Fred explained

"Mate how much are they?" Harry asked

"2 Sickles and a Knut. But for you, it's free." Said Fred, putting his hand back in his pocket and withdrawing about 30 sweets. He stuffed them into Harry's hand who pocketed them.

"Thanks!"

"No problem! We also have the same thing but in a drink form. We're gonna spike the Quidditch teams drink before the matches… as long as that's cool with you Harry." Fred winked. They pulled over soon after that (George needed to pee) Harry decided he wanted to sit next to Ginny as they carried on.

"So you're sitting next to me this time." Ginny said smiling.

"I am. How could I not?" Asked Harry

"You need some self control Harry." They just sat there talking for the next ten minutes until they pulled over in a London street.

"Wait… is there going to be a bunch of Aurors?" Harry asked Mr. Weasley. He didn't answer but simply said thank you to the driver and got out. Harry and the others followed his lead. They were outside the Leaky Caldron. Harry braced himself for all the Aurors but none were there.

"Hagrid!" Harry shouted, running towards the great giant.

"Arry!" Hagrid said, looking at Harry through his main of shaggy, dark hair

"I wasn't expecting you!" Harry shouted

"Yeah well, Dumbledore convinced the Minister I would do." Hagrid said modestly

"Hagrid?" Ron said, bemused, stepping out of one of the cars

"HAGRID!" Hermione screamed running towards him. Ron followed.

"Hey there you lot! How's your summer been?" Hagrid asked cheerfully

"Pretty good." Harry murmured.

Fred and Hermione walked into the pub first, closely followed by Ron and George, followed by Harry and Ginny (Holding hands) then by Percy, Annabeth, Tom and Grover, then by Mr and Mrs. Weasley. Hagrid was following from behind with a troubled expression.

"I don't think they like us…"Percy mumbled to his friends

"Wow really?" Tom said sarcastically

"You know…im starting to forget Camp-half blood. It's really worrying me." Annabeth whispered

"It will be fine!" Grover said.

"Ello Tom!" Hagrid said, walking up to the bar

"Hello Hagrid! Are you stopping today?" Tom asked hopefully

"No, sorry Tom. Got things to do. Maybe another day." Hagrid said

"Ah well, troubled times aye? Spose Dumbledores got a plan?" Tom asked

"I don't know, im sure he has. So can we go through then?" Hagrid enquired

"Of course of course." Tom went to cleaning out some glasses. Percy had a good look around the pub to find it almost empty. A few old hags were sitting in the corner and a vampire was sitting furthest from the window, eyeing the group. Hagrid led them all into the back bit in the pub. He tapped a few bricks with his umbrella and they formed an entrance.

"Wow." Grover mumbled.

One word to sum it up?

Dark.

"Harry, this is Diagon alley?" I asked astounded. But it was George who answered

"It used to be better. Ever since You-Know-Who's return its gone down hill. Look at all them stalls. They're selling dark stuff. It's like a huge Knockturn alley."

"It used to be a place of wonder!" Fred said. They started walking down the alley, keeping close to one another. Everyone was moving in tight packs, scurrying along. They walked past a stall where an old hag said

"Fancy a necklace for your daughter?" Gesturing towards Ginny. Harry pulled Ginny closer to him. "Keep the werewolf's away?" She said with a crooked smile. Hagrid growled at her and they moved away.

"If only I were on duty…" Mr. Weasley started

"Oh don't start now Arthur. We came out to get the children's school things." Mrs. Weasley objected. They carried on walking.

"Right I think we need to go to Flourish and Blotts first." Mr. Weasley said

"No, no we need to go to Madam Malkins first." Mrs. Weasley pointed out

"Molly dear, why don't we split up? Hagrid can take Harry, Ron, Hermione, Percy, Annabeth, Tom and Grover. And we can go get their school books with Ginny?" Mr. Weasley said.

"Oh I don't know."

"They will be perfectly fine with Hagrid." Mr. Weasley assured his wife

"Oh alright, Percy dear, heres your O.W.L results by the way. They came this morning from your old school." Mrs. Weasley said, handing me four slips of parchment. I quickly found the one addressed to me and read.

Pretty decent. At the bottom of Tom and I's was a word that had been put there in pen. On the bottom of mine was the word: Auror. On the bottom of Tom's was: Chaser. But Grover and Annabeth didn't have this word. Annabeth thought it was the job they would say they would like to have, and that she and Grover could choose for themselves. They walked to Madam Malkins (Harry kissing Ginny goodbye, Ron who was getting angrier by the second, pulled them apart)

"Oh, I forgot! You lot still don't have your money do yeah?" Hagrid said, slapping a hand to his forehead

"Yeah…" I said

"Alrigh, Harry, Hermione, and Ron you go and get your robes alright? Ill take these four to Gringotts. We'll be back in 5 minutes okay." Hagrid said, walking off with us and leaving Harry, Ron and Hermione behind.

Hagrid led Percy, Tom, Annabeth and Grover to Gringotts. They walked down the alley until they reached a massive, marble building. Hagrid walked them inside and led them up to a desk at the far end of a long, white hall. Goblins were sitting behind other desks counting huge, gold coins. Each goblin looked very different. But all of them were squat but very impressive looking. It was extremely quiet. No one was making a sound, you occasionally heard Goblins handling the money but that was it.

"You still got them keys, Chiron gave yeah?" Hagrid asked them keeping his voice low. They nodded. Hagrid then said to the Goblin who was at the desk.

"I need to open their vaults." Hagrid took the keys off of them and handed them to the Goblin. The Goblin stared at the keys each in turn before snapping his fingers. Another small Goblin came rushing forth from behind.

"Take them to vault 103, 102, 134 and 674. You will need to bring the clankers." The Goblin said, handing Hagrid back the keys. The Goblin ushered for them to come forth. Percy looked up and saw writing in the marble. It read:

Enter, stranger, but take heed
Of what awaits the sin of greed
For those who take but do not earn
Must pay most dearly in their turn.
So if you seek beneath our floors
A treasure that was never yours,
Thief, you have been warned, beware
Of finding more than treasure there.

Percy thought little of this. To him it just sounded like Shoplifters will be punished sign. The little goblin pushed open a massive door. He called for another goblin after counting them all. They then stepped into a cart. Hagrid, Grover and one of the goblins were in the cart behind Percy, Tom, Annabeth and the other goblins cart. Percy decided to look down the side of the cart much to his displeasure. It looked like hundreds of thousands of miles down. He looked to the front to see rollercoaster tracks. His last sane thought was: Oh no. Before that thought had even left his head they were rolling down hill. Percy was sure he had left his lungs behind as they plummeted into darkness. Then they stopped. The goblin in Grover's cart stepped out and walked along a path on the edge of a cliff. Hagrid got out to with Grover and they walked down. When the others tried to get out the goblin just said

"Wait here."

"Who are you to tell me that?" Percy asked, angrily

"I am Griphook. The goblin who showed Harry Potter to his vault when he was 11." Percy decided to not to ask anymore questions. The others soon returned (Grover was carrying a small sack of money and looking dead pleased) Then it began again. This time they didn't just go down hill, they also twisted around loads of bends. Then it stopped so abruptly Tom's head crashed into Percy's back. Percy looked round at Tom to find his blond hair spiked up and tangled from the ride down. He had a tinge of green on his face.

"Not feeling too good." Tom mumbled patting Percy's back.

"Miss. Chase." Griphook said, pulling Annabeth out of the cart. Hagrid got out of his to join her. When they returned Annabeth looked very happy. She too was carrying a small pouch that rattled as she walked.

"And off we go again…" Tom said, grinning. His grey eyes sparkling with remorse. Percy really was getting really curious. But he didn't have time to ponder on this because they were rolling downhill again. But before he knew it, it stopped again.

"Mr. Cameron." The same procedure happened. But this time going down hill was worse. First they were going downhill, and then they were rounding a sharp corner, and then going down vertically. Just as Percy was about to throw up they stopped with a slight ping. Percy this time stepped out of the cart. Griphook got out after him, and Hagrid came bounding along in their wake. Suddenly Percy heard a tremendous roar. A few seconds later Tom was running towards us.

"Not to worry, not to worry." Griphook said

"What was that?" Tom asked

"Where are the others?" Percy asked Tom

"They are still in the cart; they thought you guys would be okay." Tom panted. Griphook took the clankers out of his pocket and started shaking them. They walked into a huge cave. Around the outskirts of this cave were massive doors leading to vaults. But in the centre was something you couldn't miss.

A dragon.

Griphook started shaking the clankers more violently. They slid round the outskirts of the cave staring at the dragon. Percy thought it knew that it would soon be going through pain and what to expect when it heard the clankers. Griphook handed Toby the clankers to carry on while he pressed his palm against one of the doors. The door melted away at the little goblins touched to reveal something Percy had never expected.

Mountains of gold

The whole vault looked like it would overflow any second! Percy stepped in, Tom coming in after. Hagrid handed Percy a small money bag like to others had been given, Percy decided to heap as much gold as possible into it.

"This is epic!" Percy mouthed at Tom. When they were done Tom and Percy walked out of the vault, their pockets reasonably heavier than before. Percy had completely forgotten about the dragon and walked straight ahead right into the dragon's leg. He fell over and looked up at the dragon. He noticed the beast's eyes were unfocused, almost as if it were blind. He quickly shuffled away, the goblin Griphook hissed violently and started shaking the clankers. They got back into their cart, but this time they went up hill. A very strange experience. They stepped off the carts onto the marble hall feeling quite dizzy and sick. They then walked down the hall, past the desk and out into Diagon Alley. Only one word could sum that up…

"Wicked!" Tom yelled

They walked into Flourish and Blotts to find it not that busy. Fred and George walked in last holding Ginny's hand. To them she was still a little girl, even if she was dating their brother's best friend. Fred said he needed to go have a look for his books, so his parents let him wander off into the store. George insisted upon accompanying him so he gave in.

"What book you looking for Fred?" George asked

"Books and it's for school." Fred answered, running his hand along a bookshelf

"Hoping to bump into Angelina then?" George said, turning his brother to face him. They looked so identical it was like staring into a mirror.

"Maybe." Fred frowning.

"Ill leave you to it then." George winked then walked back to the others, taking long strides. Fred kept walking around the store, but he didn't see her anywhere. Just as he was walking back he bumped into the girl he had been searching for. They fell to the floor with a quiet crash.

"Oh sorry." Fred said, standing up

"No problem." Angelina said

"Angelina? Sorry didn't notice it was you." Fred said, pulling Angelina up

"It's okay. I got your letter, so first. I would love to go to Hogsmeade with you. Second. What is it you needed to tell me?" She asked

"Err… Well… Angelina… I love,"Fred glanced at her, he couldn't bring himself to lie. "Pie."

CRASH. Angelina looked over Fred's shoulder causing him to spin around. He saw a vivid flash of red hair running around the store. Jumping over tables and chairs and darting around bookshelves.

"Well, ill see you at Hogwarts." Angelina said with an award winning smile, she kissed Fred on the cheek before walking away. Fred just stood there for a moment touching the place where Angelina had kissed him. It felt cold on his warm skin. But something very shocking pulled him out of his trance.

"FRED WANDS OUT! IT'S THE DEATH EATERS!" George shouted. Everything felt like it was in slow motion. Fred quickly spun round and pulled out his wand. He ran over to George who had ducked behind an upturned table.

"WHATS GOING ON MATE?" Fred said, seeing a bookshelf to fall causing a domino effect.

"I DON'T KNOW! THEY JUST WALKED THROUGH THE FRONT DOORS AND STARTED CURSING EVERYONE! MUMS TRIED TO FORCE GINNY INTO THE BACK ROOM BUT GINNY GOT OUT AND IS FIGHTING," George yelled over the racket "DADS SENT A MESSAGE TO HAGRID TO GET HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE."

"HOW MANY ARE THERE?" Fred asked

"ABOUT 30!"

"DAMN IT! WELL HERE GOES NOTHING!" Fred yelled. He stood up and started yelling random curses. George then stood up and followed his brother's lead. They brought down 3 Death Eaters. As they ducked down again their table exploded sending them flying sky high, Fred got thrown into a bookshelf and knocked unconscious. George ran to his brother and hid him from view before he continued fighting. Hagrid came rushing in with the others behind him.

"It's him, its Potter!" One of the masked Death Eaters yelled at his companions. Harry ran and jumped behind a bookshelf just as a spell came his way. He crawled round to see Fred lying unconscious. He muttered a spell, and Fred opened his eyes looking quite dazed.

"Wassgoinon" He muttered

"Death Eaters, c'mon!" Harry whispered urgently, he gave a sigh so he mumbled

"Aguamenti." A jet of ice cold water burst out of his wand into Fred's freckled face. He suddenly became aware of his surroundings.

"Thanks mate." Fred said, patting Harry on the shoulder

"No problem, is the Ministry coming?" Harry asked

"No, after Hagrid got the message the Death Eaters cast some spell so no others can get out."

"Is anyone hurt?" Harry asked, his mind jumping to Ginny

"The owners been stunned and a couple of kids have been hit. Is Hermione alirght?" Fred asked Harry.

"She's fine…"

But just then a loud shriek sounded them to get up and start fighting.

"Maybe she's not." Fred yelled. They went separate ways. Fred hurried along to the left with a dark look on his face one Harry had never seen. Harry himself ran down a row of bookshelves. Soon he couldn't even hear the battle raging forth. He had no idea Flourish and Blotts was this big. But he held his wand high and continued walking. Suddenly he felt someone crash into him. They both fell to the floor. He turned over to see Ron getting off of him.

"Mate we gotta get out of here!" Ron said frankly

"Whats happened?" Harry asked

"Ginnys out, Fred and George are carrying her. The Orders got wind of what happened and are out there fighting them. Hermione's on her way, she should be here in a bit. And them other lot are coming with her." Ron said, pulling Harry up

"Where are we going?" Harry asked

"Away from here. Dad said Fred and George need to Disapparate with us. But we can't be seen." Ron said, running his hand through his red hair. Just then they heard footsteps. Ron and Harry went back to back, their wands pointing straight ahead. A Death Eater ran into view on Ron's side.

"Petrificus Totalus!" Ron yelled. The Death Eater froze and fell on his back. Just then Fred and George came rushing towards them, carrying Ginny. Percy, Tom, Annabeth and Grover soon came along

"Where's Hermione?" Ron asked them frankly.

"I don't know we lost her." Percy said shaking his head. Ron bounded off back the way that they came closely followed by Harry and Fred.

"Ron stop." Harry whispered, grabbing Ron's shoulder.

"What?" Ron hissed.

"I can hear someone." Fred said, he looked round the bookshelf they were hiding behind to see three Death Eaters talking. Fred held up his hand to silence Ron.

"Shall we alert him?" One of them asked

"No, Potter might have already fled." The other one said. Harry motioned that on the count of three they would stun them.

"One. Two. Three." They jumped out from behind the bookcase; the Death Eaters hadn't even fully gathered they were there until they were stunned square in the face. They walked slowly down the row of shelves to find Hermione unconscious behind an upturned table. Fred lifted her over his shoulder and they ran back to the others. Fred disapparated with Hermione and Percy first. He then came back and took the others in twos.

Once they were all back in the Burrow Fred and George told them all to go to the Sitting Room. Since they were the only ones of age they made sure no one was coming near the Burrow. A few hours later Harry started to see people Apparting near the Burrow.

"FRED! GEORGE!" He yelled, pulling out his wand. Together they walked down the path, their wands directed at the strangers.

"It is I! Remus J Lupin! With Molly and Arthur Weasley!" Yelled the stranger. As they closed in they realised it was them and put their wands away.

"Dad! Is everyone okay?" George asked, his eyes full of concern

"Yes, the Ministry is sorting it all out now. They got away though. All of them." Mr. Weasley said. They walked back to the Burrow in silence. But something was playing on Harry's mind.

Why?

Why had they decided just to raid the shop? It didn't make any sense… Once they were back inside Mrs. Weasley went about making them dinner and saying they would have to get the rest of their things tomorrow. They all ate in silence. Even the twins weren't being themselves. At 9:00 they went to bed. Little did they all know that Hermione was going to sneak up into Ron's attic bedroom. Harry was now sleeping in there on a camp bed because Fred and George were staying.

"It's me." She whispered opening the door. Ron and Harry both sat up, Ron turned on his bedside lamp so they could see each other. She sat down at the end of Ron's bed and turned to look at them anxiously.

"Why?" She asked

"Why what?" Ron responded

"Why did Death Eaters turn up in Diagon Alley when it's common knowledge that Voledemorts back?" Hermione explained. Ron whimpered at the name, so Harry hit him in the arm.

"Dumbledore says Fear of a name increases fear of the thing itself." Harry said

"Yeah well that's Dumbledore." Ron said, rubbing his arm.

"Dumbledores a brilliant wizard Ronald." Hermione said

"Hey, why did they say: It's him, its Potter?" Harry asked

"Do you think they got a tip off you were going to Diagon Alley that day?" Ron asked

"Maybe… I just don't know. I think we need to send a letter to Dumbledore." Hermione concluded

"Are you mad? There's nothing to worry about." Ron said, scratching his nose

"Ron, it doesn't matter. We need to. What if there's someone inside working for Voldemort? What if there's someone in the Order who has it in for Harry." Ron finally agreed. Hermione took a quill and parchment from the cluttered floor and began to write. When it was done she showed it to the boys.

Dear Professor Dumbledore,

I am writing to you because something has worried us quite a lot. Im not sure if you have heard yet but there was a Death Eater attack in Diagon Alley today when we went to collect our school equipment. When Mr. Weasley sent a message to Hagrid we went to Flourish and Blotts and started helping. But when Harry walked in one of them shouted "It's him, Its Potter!" We think they may have had a tip off that Harry would be shopping that day and we are quite worried as I mentioned before. We would love to have your opinion on this. Could someone inside possibly be working for Voldemort? I look forward to seeing you at the start of term.

Yours Sincerely

Hermione Granger, Ronald Weasley and Harry Potter

They sent it off with Hedwig.

"Well I best get off to bed. Its going to be an early start in the morning." Hermione finally said, after watching Hedwig fly away

"Yeah, well night Hermione." Harry said

"Sweet dreams." Said Ron smirking.

"Good luck mate." Harry said, after Hermione had left and Ron had turned out the light

"With what?" Came Ron's voice above him.

"Hermione. Mate, you obviously like her." He said this as if it was common knowledge. They didn't say anything else after that. Harry slowly drifted off to sleep…

He was sitting in an armchair in front of a fire. His eyes following the flickering flames that were licking the logs. He heard a sound from behind him. The door opened and Harry turned around to see who had disturbed him.

"I bring news My Lord," Said a voice. The man who had walked in was wearing a mask and black robes. Harry new this voice but he couldn't remember from where… "The raid failed. We did not get Potter or Chase. They got away." The man said

"It was bound to. I must seek him out my self if I ever want to kill the boy. Who was in charge of the raid?" Harry asked. Not with his usual voice but with a high pitched voice that wasn't his.

"Rookwood My Lord."

"Send him in here." The man left. Harry picked up his wand and started twirling it in his fingers. With white, long skeletal fingers. Soon after another man came in.

"Yes My Lord? You summoned me?" Asked the man named Rookwood

"You failed me." Harry whispered

"My Lord, Potter ran away. I sent out some of us to look for him but he had already escaped." Rookwood said, cowering under Harry.

"You failed direct orders Rookwood. Do you know what happened when you fail your master?" Harry asked, quite calmly. He hadn't looked up at Rookwood at all until now to see he looked extremely nervous and quite terrified.

"Please My Lord, Please. I can get Potter!" Rookwood said falling to his knees at Harry's feet.

"Cruico!" Harry yelled, pointing his wand at Rookwood. An ear splitting scream filled his ears. The body before him was rolling on the floor shrieking in pain. Once he decided to stop he summoned some Death Eaters to remove Rookwood. Harry just sat there thinking.

"BELLA!" He yelled. Bellatrix burst through the door and bowed.

"Yes master."

"Turn on that Muggle contraption. The Rato." Bellatrix walked over to the table and turned on the Radio that was sitting there. An awful sound blazed from it.

BABY BABY BABY OOOH, LIKE BABY BABY BABY NOOO, LIKE –

"TURN IT OFF!" Harry yelled. "Who in the name of Salazar Slytherin was that?"

"Justin Bieber my Lord."
"Kill him."
"Anything for you my Lord." Bellatrix said.

"Now leave me alone," Harry said. "My powers are almost fully restored. I am so real. I will soon seek out Potter and end this crude game. Along with Bieber." Harry said, standing up. He walked round the armchair towards the mirror above the fireplace. He looked into it whispering in parseltongue to the snake huddled in the corner.

"Not long now Nagini…" He touched his face. He had a bald scalp, slit like eyes and nostrils.

"I must be the one to kill Harry Potter."

BANG!

Harry woke up to a massive roar.

"Harry! C'mon! We're about to go back to Diagon Alley for round two!" Ron said, chucking him a top. Harry got dressed but the dream was still playing on his mind. Harry touched his scar to find it burning.

It was so busy that morning that Harry completely forgot about his strange dream. He dressed and ran downstairs. He met Ginny on the way and started to talk

"Morning beautiful." Harry said, brushing a stray strand of hair out of Ginny's face and tucking it behind her ear.

"Good morning. So I wonder whats going to happen this time." Ginny said, smiling

"Hopefully… nothing. We only have to get books and robes. Well for me anyway." Harry added. Ginny laughed at this and said

"So we have a while there."

"Yeah. I see no ones called us down…" Harry said, winking. Ginny pulled him closer, just before there lips met there came a shout from downstairs

"HARRY, FRED, GEORGE AND GINNY! GET DOWN HERE! WE ARE ABOUT TO LEAVE!" They just stood staring at each other grinning until walking down stairs hand in hand. Harry this time sat in the back of one of the cars with Ron and Hermione.

"Got my wand at the ready," Ron said darkly. Hermione was in the middle of both of them so she hit Ron on the arm "Oi, at this rate my arm will start to bruise!"

"Harry, I wonder what Dumbledore wants to teach you…" Hermione lowered her voice so only the two boys sitting on her either side could hear her.

"I dunno…" Harry answered

"I bet it's something to help you survive the Prophecy. Something to help you kill Voldemort." She said. As usual Ron flinched at the name but Harry suddenly remembered something

"Voldemort… I saw into his mind again last night…" Harry said, so quietly the other two had to lean in to hear.

"Harry! Dumbledore wanted you to stop them!" Hermione said, telling him off almost

"I can't help it Hermione! Do you think I like having these visions? Of course I don't but im going to use them." Harry said, quite annoyed.

"But Harry-"Hermione began, with a stern expression on her face

"What did you see Harry?" Ron asked, ignoring Hermione

"Well… I was in this room, and this guy came in… and he said something…something had failed… and then Voldemort asked to bring another guy in… I think he was called Rookwood, and Voldemort tortured him. I can't really remember the details. Oh, Voldemorts planning to kill Justin Bieber." Harry said, squinting his eyes trying to remember

"Oh good I hate him." Hermione said.

"Who's Justin Beaver?"

" But that's not good Harry. I think you need to send a letter to Dumbledore." Said Hermione her eyes full of concern.

"No. We just sent him a letter. Ill talk to him when we're at Hogwarts." Harry said firmly

"Oh fine."

"So, Harry, since your Quidditch Captain this year, do you think I've got a shot?" Ron asked, quite eagerly.

"Dunno, but your brilliant when you're on form. You just need more confidence mate."

"Yeah… well its hard when you've got the Slytherin yelling Weasley is our King!"

"What about when the Gryffindors sing it?" Ron's ears turned red at this remark and went quiet. They soon arrived at the Leaky Cauldron. They saw Hagrid waiting for them like last time.

"Aye, Percy, Annabeth, Tom, Grover. I need to ave a word with you lot." Hagrid said through his main of bushy hair. They followed him into a corner of the pub.

"Has Chiron sent a letter to you yet?" He asked gruffly

"No. Why would he?" Percy asked

"Some bad stuff happened back at your camp. I dunno what though." Hagrid added seeing the looks on their faces.

"Shall we send him a letter?" Annabeth asked

"No. He'll proberly send it you when your at Hogwarts." He said. He led them back to the group and took them through into Diagon Alley. Hagrid left with Harry, Ron, Hermione, Tom, Percy, Annabeth and Grover to go and get them new robes.

"Right. I think you lot," Hagrid said, pointing at Percy, Tom, Grover and Annabeth "Should stay out here with me while they get their robes, then you can swap." Harry, Ron and Hermione walked through the door to see someone getting fitted with robes.

"- Need you everywhere I go." The man snapped at a woman standing next to him.
"Your Mother is simply looking out for you dear. These are troubled times." Said Madam Malkin. She was fitting the mans robes, sticking pins in at odd angles.

"Mother. I am quite capable of looking after my- Ow! Watch were your sticking those pins woman!" Snapped the man, staring at Madam Malkin.

"I am aware of that Draco." The woman said. The man turned as Madam Malkin moved around. They could see his face quite clearly now. Draco Malfoy was being fitted for robes. Malfoy wore a permanent sneer with white blond hair. His hair was cut quite short, not coming down past his ears. He was wearing black and green robes with his arms stuck out.

"Fancy meeting you here." Harry said, looking Malfoy up and down

"Oh Mother if you can smell something a Mudblood just walked into the store." Malfoy sneered at Hermione. Harry and Ron withdrew their wands and pointed them at Malfoy stepping in front of Hermione.

"There's no use for that young man and you two put them away. I do not allow wands in my shop." The owner said. Neither Ron nor Harry moved his wand away from Malfoy

"So Weasel King, I hear Flourish and Blotts got raided the other day. Did you blood traitor twin get knocked out because he was brave or because he is a stupid git?" Malfoy asked sneering

"Don't you say a word about my family Malfoy!" Ron shouted

"You can't really talk thought can you Malfoy. Hey I was wondering, when ever we see you're Mum she has a look like she has dung under her nose. Is that just how she looks or is it because you were with her?" Harry said. Malfoy looked like he was ready to kill.

"Don't you say a word about my Mother Potter."

"Now now Draco. Im sure Mr. Potter can't remember his Mother to know what it feels like," The woman said. She had turned around now so you could see her more clearly. Two words: Female Malfoy. It was mental how similar they looked. Madam Malkin decided to ignore the behaviour and continued shoving pins through Malfoy's robes.

"Potter put the wand away or I shall make you." She said, walking towards her son.

"Yeah im gonna listen to you."

"Ow, Mother I don't really want these robes anymore." Malfoy said, pushing Madam Malkin off of him.

"Yes dear. If I had known the type of filth that shops here we would of gone to Twilfitt and Tatting's." Mrs. Malfoy said. She pulled Malfoy away from Madam Malkin

"Bye Potter, Weasel King, Granger." Malfoy shouted walking out of the shops trying to free himself from his Mother's grasp.

"Now really." Madam Malkin sighed. Harry and Ron put their wands away and went to get fitted with Hermione. Once they were done they walked out the store so the others could go in.

"Hey you lot, do yah wanna go see Fred and George's joke shop? It's just down the road there. Ill meet you there alrigh?" Hagrid said, pointing towards a street coming off of Diagon alley. The trio walked down it to find a massive brightly lit shop. All around the shop were grey shops that looked old and worn out. But this shop was just… Magnificent.

A brightly lit shop sat in the middle of all the dark and dreary shops. It was blazing red just like the Weasleys trademark hair. A gigantic purple poster with blazing yellow writing took up the front window.

YOU-NO-POO

WHY ARE YOU WORRYING ABOUT YOU-KNOW-WHO?

YOU SHOULD BE WORRYING ABOUT U-NO-POO

THE CONSTIPATION SENSATION THAT'S GRIPPING THE NATION!

"THIS IS BRILLIANT!" Yelled Ron rushing into the shop and soon out of sight. The others followed him in to find a packed joke shop. Fred and George rushed down to them.

"Welcome to Weasleys Wizard Wheezes!" George yelled.

"Mum said she would get our stuff so we could sort out the shop." Fred said grinning.

"Hermione you mind if we have a word?" George asked. Fred pulled her up some stairs (Acid green with red spots) and through a dark curtain. This was obviously the storage room, for darker products lined the shelves here.

"What?" Hermione asked

"We need to talk to you."

"About our brother"

"Whats up with Ronald?" Hermione asked curiously. But George simply chuckled and said to his counter part,
"Pay up Fred."

"Whats going on you two?" she enquired.

"You fancy our little brother."

"What? N-No I don't." Stuttered Hermione, causing the twins to laugh with glee.

"Hermione. We have four other brothers. Convenient that your mind jumped to Ron?" George said, running his hand through his hair. Hermione just stood there in pure and utter shock.

"You may be the brightest witch of our age 'Mione." George began

"But you're a sucker for a gits like our brother." Fred finished

"You'd do far better with someone like Fred." George said, Fred's ears turned red. Hermione looked up at Fred for a split second, thinking obviously, though she quickly pulled out of it.

"I don't fancy Ron."

"Don't worry, we wont tell. We're not that evil."

"We're not Umbridge."

"Or."

"You-No-Poo."

"You should really stop finishing each others sentences. It's quite annoying really." Hermione said, trying to conceal a blush from creeping up her face.

"Habit." Fred said.

"So what are you?" George began.

"Gonna do about your." Fred continued

"Little."

"Crush." Hermione attempted to push past them to leave but the pulled her straight back wearing huge grins

"Nothing?" George asked

"I don't even fancy him." She said firmly.

"Want us to have a word with him?" Fred asked, wearing an evil grin upon his freckled face.

"No!" Hermione yelled. A few seconds after Ron popped his head in on them.

"Everything okay 'Mione?" He asked curiously.

"Everything is fine Ronald. Now trot along before we curse you out of here." Fred said, hitting Ron over the head. Ron left them after hitting Fred and muttering something under his breath which sounded like "Stupid great gits…"

"You see Hermione." Fred said, rubbing his arm were Ron had hit him

"He doesn't have a clue." George finished.

"So? Now can I please leave to have a look at the store?" She said, she was quite annoyed now

"Sure." They moved to one side so Hermione could walk past them and out of the room. Fred caught her on her arm accidently so she turned round.

"Nice talking Hermione." He winked. She left though she blushed at his comment.

"So… this year's goal: Get Ronald and Hermione together." George said.

"Nah…" Fred whispered, so his twin didn't hear.

Ron was racing through the store at top speed. To him it was all just a red, yellow and green blur. Harry soon caught up with him; he was running after him telling him to stop. Ron kept running and eventually tripped down some stairs. When Harry caught up with him he could see Ron's eyes were a bit red. Harry pulled him into a corner of the marvellous shop.

"Whats wrong?" Harry asked, keeping a firm grip on Ron's shoulder

"N-Nothing." He stuttered, wiping away some tears on his sleeve

"Mate, what happened?" Harry asked more firmly

"Hermione, okay?" Ron said,

"What?" Harry asked, shocked

"I saw Fred and George take Hermione into the storage room and I heard their conversation. Fred and George asked Hermione if she liked me and she said… she said no." Harry couldn't believe Ron was stupid enough to believe that. Harry waited until Ron's eyes had calmed down and tried to reason with him

"Don't be a blithering idiot. She fancies you, you utter moron."

"No she doesn't." Ron said, now that his eyes had calmed down he was eager to go and look around the shop. Harry decided not to peruse the subject any longer. Harry noticed bright yellow sweets as they ventured into the shop.

"This is what you need Ron!" Harry said, pulling Ron over to the Liquid Luck sweets.

"What are they?" Ron asked curiously

"Liquid Luck! They make the person who eats them very lucky. So they can't fail in what ever they do. Amazing magic." Said a voice coming from behind them. The two boys turned to see Hermione staring at the sweets with great interest. Ron walked away, keeping his head down.

"For that Hermione, you can have one for free." Fred said, coming up behind them
"Whats wrong with him?" Hermione asked, her eyes concerned about the red head

"Never you mind Hermione." Harry said. This stung Hermione.

"What do we have here?" Asked Fred, his red hair blending in with the vibrant red walls.

"Harry, it's your turn now." George said, taking Harry's shoulders and steering him into what was obviously the storage room.

"We've just developed this more serious line," Said Fred "Funny how it happened."

"You wouldn't believe how many people, even people who work at the Ministry, can't do a decent Shield Charm," said George. "'Course, they didn't have you teaching them, Harry."

"That's right. . . . Well, we thought Shield Hats were a bit of a laugh; you know, challenge your mate to jinx you while wearing it and watch his face when the jinx just bounces off. But the Ministry bought five hundred for its entire support staff! And we're still getting massive orders!"

"So we've expanded into a range of Shield Cloaks, Shield Gloves ..."

"... I mean, they wouldn't help much against the Unforgivable Curses, but for minor to moderate hexes or jinxes . . ."

"And then we thought we'd get into the whole area of Defence against the Dark Arts, because it's such a money spinner," continued George enthusiastically. "This is cool. Look, Instant Darkness Powder, we're importing it from Peru. Handy if you want to make a quick escape."

"And our Decoy Detonators are just walking off the shelves, look," said Fred, pointing at a number of weird-looking black horn-type objects that were indeed attempting to scurry out of sight. "You just drop one surreptitiously and it'll run off and make a nice loud noise out of sight, giving you a diversion if you need one.

"Handy," said Harry, impressed.

"Yeah. Here Harry." George said, throwing a couple at him. Harry caught them and put his hand in his pocket to pay

"No, no, no. You don't pay here Harry. You gave us our start up loan. We don't forget." Fred said, waving his hand not accepting the money
"Just take it." Said Harry, pushing the money into them but the twins just backed away shaking their heads. Harry soon gave up. A blonde witch poked her head through the curtain and said

"There's a customer out here looking for a joke cauldron, Mr. Weasley and Mr. Weasley," she said.

Harry found it very odd to hear Fred and George called "Mr. Weasley," but they took it in their stride.

"Right you are, Verity, I'm coming," said George promptly. "Harry, you help yourself to anything you want, all right? No charge."

"I can't do that!" said Harry

"We don't accept your money here as I said before Potter." Fred said, winking

"But-"

"End of." Fred said firmly. George swooped out of the room following the young witch. Fred then led Harry back to the main part of the shop.

Mr and Mrs. Weasley had come into the shop now with Ginny. Their eyes growing wide at the amazing shop.

Hermione ran after Ron after Harry had been taken away by the dreaded Weasley twins. She soon found him talking to Lavender Brown by the Love Potions. This was obviously the girls section of the shop for the walls here were pink and purple with fluffy stands and other absurd things. Hermione hid behind the ten-second pimple vanisher stand to see Ginny staring at them with great interest. She spotted Hermione and made towards her

"Seen my dear brother and his girlfriend then?" She said, eyeing Ron and Lavender with dislike

"Ginny can you get me an Extendable Ear quickly please?" Hermione asked. Ginny ran through the shop and soon tracked them down, she brought two back to Hermione. Hermione threw one end over to where Ron and Lavender were talking and put the other end into her ear. Ginny did the same.

"-Are you then?" Ron asked

"Oh im fine… I was better when we were together but-" Lavender said, twirling her hair around her finger

"Well maybe we can get back together?" Ron asked awkwardly rubbing his arm. If Ginny hadn't been holding onto Hermione then she would have run out and told him not to.

"Sure!" Lavender said, and pulled him into a kiss. It was revolting. It made Hermione's stomach turn upside down. She dropped the Extendable Ear. Ginny looked at her she knew she had a crush on his stupid brother. As she looked into Hermione's eyes she saw a tear rolling down her face. Ginny took Hermione outside of the shop to talk to her.

"Hes not worth it," Ginny said one arm around Hermione. They were leaning against the massive You-No-Poo sign. No one actually noticed there was a girl crying her heart out outside Weasley Wizard Wheezes because the shop was just to dazzling for anyone to pay any thing else any attention. "You know hes not if he chose Lavender over you. What about the other boy?" Hermione just kept crying. Ginny made calming noises to calm her down and they worked. After a while Hermione's eyes weren't as puffy and red as they had been five minuets ago.

"I don't understand. He broke up with her and now he wants to get back together." Hermione managed to say

"Hes a stupid git. He doesn't know the difference. C'mon once you've calmed down shall we go back in? Ill kick my dear brother if you like. Right in the-"

"Hello ladies." Harry said, walking out to see them.

"Hi Harry." They both said in union. Harry noticed Hermione's eyes and went around her to her other side to put his arm around her.

"Ron?" Harry asked. Hermione nodded. "Don't let him bother you. The only reason he got back with Lavender was because he heard that conversation you had with Fred and George. He thinks you don't fancy him."

"That's absurd!" Ginny managed to say, looking up at Harry through his glasses

"I know." Hermione sobbed into Harry's shoulder a little bit more before deciding to go back into the shop.

"Might as well. They are selling amazing products." As she put it. Harry decided to find Ron and talk some sense into him. Eventually he found him looking at some Nosebleed Nougats.

"What the hell?" Harry asked, hitting his shoulder
"What?"

"Lavender."

"Oh."

"Well?"

"Well… just because Hermione doesn't like me doesn't mean other people cant." The ginger said

"She just cried her eyes out you great buffoon because you got back together with her!" Harry said, extremely frustrated with his best friend.

"She- She did?" Ron asked, his spirits rising. Hermione came walking towards them at that point looking quite happy. "You alright Hermione?" Asked Ron

"Fine Ronald. Why ask?" She said, brightly

"Is that Malfoy?" Harry asked, squinting through the window. And sure enough Draco Malfoy was walking quite fast down into Knockturn Alley. "C'mon." Harry pulled his invisibility cloak out of his pocket and threw it over the other two. They walked out of the shop and followed Malfoy into darkness.
