New chapter, Finally...
In the conference room with Helen and Jack, Will said, "He's definitely capable of murder, actually I think he's insane enough to do nearly anything. Oh, thank you Ianto." they were talking about what he had found out about future Owen when Ianto walked in carrying coffee and tea. "Owen has definitely been through some major trauma and he blames you, Jack, for all of it."
"Yeah, Yeah, do you have any thing we don't know?"
"Of course I have something else, Jack; I believe he has done some serious experiments on himself. Not just the fixing broken parts and his plumbing. I think he did some experiments on his brain. Perhaps he may have done something to his DNA as well.""
"You think we should bring in an expert on DNA and human experimentation don't you?"
"Yes, Tesla could definitely help with him."
"Jack, how many rooms do you have here?"
"More than enough. I have some space adapting technology I got from a friend."
"In that case I'll call our expert now" Helen said walking away from the table

"Hello again, my beautiful and radiant Helen" Tesla said walking towards the water tower, arms outspread to hug her.
"Hello Nicolas, please stand on the tile beside me." Once they were both on the invisible lift it started to lower.
"Welcome to Torchwood, Nicolas Tesla" Ianto said when the lift got close to the floor. "Ianto Jones. Do you prefer tea or coffee?"
"Wine, actually. Good wine."
Helen sighed. "Ianto, is his room ready?"
"Not quite but I'll bring his bags and finish up soon"
"Good work Ianto, in the mean time I'll introduce him to the rest of the team and explain the reason I chose to call this man over any other."
"Actually I think Jack is about to…"
"Everyone to the conference room, now!" Jack yelled from the balcony before Ianto could finish his sentence.
"Welcome to Torchwood, Mr. Tesla. I am Captain Jack Harkness, leader of Torchwood. This is my second in command Gwen Cooper, over there around the computer whispering to each other is Team medic Owen Harper, technology expert Toshiko Sato and Ianto whom you have already met. Owen, Tell him why he's here."
"I died, Jack brought me back to life, now there are two of me and the other Me is Completely Insane. Shall I take them to meet me?
"I'll come with you."
"Will, how is our patient?" Magnus said as they walked towards the cell that was holding their prisoner. Will was sitting on a chair in front of the cell watching future Owen. When he heard Magnus he turned to look at them.
"He seems to be ranting in a strange language, probably one he picked up on an alien planet."
"It's similar to the main language from the Boeshane Peninsula I can't understand all of it but my guess is he's ranting about what happened to him" Jack said pulling over another three chairs.
"He's right! Why is he always right? I hate it when he's right." Future Owen mumbled in English from his cell.
"What happened to him that would make you want to call me?" Nicolas said approaching the cell and looking at the captive.
"He has lived from the early 1980's to the year 100 trillion and then traveled in time back to yesterday. He told us he was stuck in a room alone for about 12 centuries so we think in that timeline, other than just going insane and doing surgery on himself once he got out, he did something to his DNA and that's one of the factors of him going insane."
"Has anyone collected blood and tissue samples from him yet?" Tesla asked.
"I was about to when you arrived." said Helen. "I'll have them for you soon. In the meantime I would suggest you go see your room and get yourself settled. And if you need anything, ask Ianto."
