Isle of the Ancients:
Samus and Pikachu infiltrate the the corridors of the Subspace Bomb Factory. Rushing thorugh each room, finding the bomb storage room while blasting R.O.B's to bits.
"Where in the world is it?" complained Samus, as they reached dead ends every single time. At the same time, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Captain Falcon, and Captain Olimar infiltrate the Isle's complex, while looking for banana yogurt, becuase Donkey Kong complained whenever they reached a dead end, scaring his friends.
They set off in each of their explorations, when Samus and Pikachu managed to find the ultimate Banana yogurt room, which was next door to the Bomb warehouse. Samus and Pikachu entered when an army of R.O.B's looked at them, eating Banana yogurt as well. Then, Donkey Kong barges in, thorugh the roof yelling, "I want the banna yogurt!"
Everyone froze, dropping their cups, while Donkey Kong ate the cups on the floor, staring. Then, the R.O.B. units break out of their trance and advance on them.
"Stop!" yelled the Ancient Minister. "Just give me some silence, please!"
He hangs his head, desperate for Banana yogurt, and appears entirely unwilling to perform anything else.
"Slacking on the job, I see." said a holo-projection of Ganondorf out off nowhere, surprising everyone.
"It's not that. I just need some Banana yogurt!" the ancient minister said.
"Yeah, that stuff's good."
"So, I can control my army, now?"
"Yeah, you're free."
"Really?!"
"J.K. Annihilate them, and you're leader. Code 200!" Ganandorf says to the R.O.B. Squad.
"Initiating, dance mode!" The R.O.B units started dancing randomly, confusing Ganondorf and the Smashers.
"I mean, code 222!" said Ganondorf one more time.
"Initiating, nuke the Isle mode."
The R.O.B. units collect the bombs and set them to positions, but the Ancient Minister defiantly stands in the way of his brethren.
"No, don't do this!" the Minister says. The R.O.B units malfunction, confusing themselves.
"That won't work, unless you have, the key." Ganondorf said. He pulled out a claw, in which martians came out.
"Ohhh, the claw." said one of them.
"Oh," Ganondorf looked at it with confusion. "I mean, the key!"
He pulled out a silver key, and inserts it in the hole. The R.O.B. units's eyes went blue and collect bombs. They shoot their former "master", setting his cloak aflame. The Minister left no hint of pain, as he burned, standing still.
"No!" said Donkey Kong. Then as the R.O.B.s set each bomb, the other Smashers desperately try to stop them and their bombs. Even the smell of Banana yogurt couldn't tempt them to stop. As Ganondorf's projected image disappears, laughing, then chocking on his egg-roll, he summons the first wave of Subspace Army minions to distract the heroes.
The Ancient Minister's POV
'I could feel it now, the fire burning my skin. I knew I was going to die, although I was in the game. In my mind, I saw a white light, guiding me to perseverance. As long as I could I rejected it, I felt pain, for the first time. A new light came towards me. Memories, good and bad flashed towards me. Who am I? R.O.B unit, #24601!"
The burning Ancient Minister shoots down some of the enemy forces with his eye lasers, then sheds off his cloak to reveal his true appearance and identity as the master R.O.B., leader of his kind and a Smasher himself. He has a smart white coat of paint, two red rotators, and an advanced motor installed inside him for advanced movements that no other R.O.B. was used for.
"I am R.O.B. At your service!" said R.O.B.
"Do a Falcon Punch!" said Captain Falcon.
"Falcon, Punch!" R.O.B said, burning a hole through a subspace minion while punching with his rotator. Captain Falcon passed out, and pikachu used electricity to wake him up.
"Commence attack mode!" said Samus.
"Targeting enemies. R.O.B led the smashers into a tough battle. Futuristic beams came everywhere. Sparks flew, elemental peanuts flew everywhere. Punches were thrown and blood shed. They won, victorious, though their victory faded away, shortly.
"I feel, different." said R.O.B. The robot turned his eyes blue, along with other R.O.B's, as they beginning to self destruct while playing Les Miserables. It becomes all too clear that the detonation of the Subspace Bombs is inevitable, though they were lucky to have songs being played to their death.
Captain Falcon remotely arranges for his personal flying ship, the Falcon Flyer, to fly into the doomed Isle of Ancients so that everyone may escape from the island in time.
"Please state your name, date, password, ID, friends, followers, Romance Interest, birthday, name of dog to unlock." said the machine.
"Wrong button." Captain Falcon said. He pressed the button that looked like falcon beside the twitter bird.
"The Falcon Flyer will be arriving shortly, sir." an oily voice said.
Donkey Kong carries R.O.B. with the others as the robot bids a final, sad farewell to the other R.O.B. units, now singing.
"Do you hear the smashers sing?"
"Lost in the realms of the night."
"It is the music of a smashers who are climbing to the sky."
"For the wretched of the lands."
"There is a flame that never dies."
"When the punch is thrown, a sword will come towards."
"Even the darkest nights will end and the sun will rise."
Donkey Kong was crying as the R.O.B.s were singing. They passed more R.O.B.s continuing the song.
"They will live again in freedom in the garden of the Master."
"They will walk behind the plowshare,"
"They will put away the swords."
"There is no final smashes to end our very demise."
"Somewhere there is a duty, for us to fulfill."
"The chain will be broken and all smashers will have their reward!"
"Will you join in our crusade?"
"Who will be strong and stand with me?"
"Somewhere beyond the barricade is there a world you long to see?"
"Do you hear the people sing?"
"Say, do you hear the distant drums?"
"It is the future that they bring when tomorrow comes!"
The R.O.B's ended their song and shut off. All seven Smashers jump into the ship, one on top of another, making an uncomfortable dog-pile.
"Hey, move out of the way!"
"Your butt smells!"
"Peanuts? Diddy!"
The seven stop arguing and fly off toward the isle's exit at full-speed. Captain switched R.O.B. to play TNT, as a cool getaway sound. However, a pterodactyl appears, and pursues the Falcon Flyer as it tries to make its escape.
"Something got us!" said Captain Falcon. Captain Falcon turned on the monitor to find the figure, big, menacing, and equipped with 100% R.O.B. armor.
"Take it out before it tears this ship to bits!" yelled the captain. "Samus, Pikachu, Diddy, and Olimar. Get out of here and destroy it, and it's dangerous outside, take this." He handed the four Smashers a Falcon teleporter in-case they fall out. They climb onto the Falcon Flyer's roof and engage the beast.
Ridley engages with the four Smashers, in which Pikachu and Samus flinch upon sight.
'Pika-pika?' said Pikachu.
"I don't believe it as well pikachu. I thought he was finished." said Samus astonished.
"Well, what are we waiting for, let's destroy it!" said Diddy Kong.
"Wait, let me get all me friends out." said Olimar. He plucked the pikmin out of the ground, all of them landing on the aircraft safely.

They soon manage to defeat Meta Ridley with blasts, elemental peanuts, and other stuff no one can say it came from. The four-some went back inside the Falcon Flyer out of the Isle of Ancients.
"Hyper speed, full throttle!" said the captain. The aircraft speed at full speed in time to escape the purple bombs. The floating island is soon gone, replaced with a purple sphere.
The desert
Mario, Link, Pit, Yoshi, Kirby, Marth, Ike, Lucas, Pokémon Trainer Red, and the Ice Climbers ate some foreign berries that Ruby gave Red. They were about to sleep when an explosion rumbled from a distance, echoing the Canyon.
"What was that?" said Mario. They awoke, the Ice Climbers destroyed the berries, again, splatting the berries everywhere, ruining the equipment again. The Falcon Flyer containing R.O.B., Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Samus, Pikachu, Captain Falcon, and Captain Olimar flies in and lands near this group of Smashers, and at the same time the Halberd, containing Meta Knight, Peach, Zelda, Fox, Falco, Lucario, Mr. Game & Watch, and Snake, arrives and lands near the others.
The Smashers on the ground look at the new arrivals, with wonder and confusion.
"Mario!" "Link!", came two voices. Peach and Zelda came towards the two smashers and hugged them. I would've done more, but that would be a different story.
Then, the Smashers acquainted each other, and talked to each other. Everyone from their respective talked with each other, and told stories of their adventures. Losses were discussed and plans were made. But, they were family, and as this title suggests,
"Brothers as one, together forever!" all of them said.
