Must read! Important Info Below!

Well guys I'm back! So sorry it took so long. But I have made my decision to continue the story. I realize that fanfiction has provided me with an escape over the years and that why I love it so much I can divulge myself in a world that isn't this one. And that was why I started writing was to be that person you gave people an escape from reality to hopefully allow them a way to keep their sanity. So I have decided to continue writing for those who read my story. And by the way guys! I read my story to refresh myself on where I have gone in the story and where I left off and I have a lot of grammar and spelling errors and words that I didn't mean to put in there. WHY DIDN'T YOU GUYS TELL ME!? Grrr. Anyway please review this chapter so I have a head count of how many people actually read this story still because it has been a few months since I posted my last notice. My last announcement is that my life is still super crazy and ridiculous so if you guys want more frequent updates you're gonna have to settle for shorter chapters but if you want longer chapters then you're gonna have to wait longer for them. With Deidara

He was flying back to the base when he felt a battle going on in the forest a few miles ahead of him. Not wanting to get involved he maneuvered his bird to go around it. As he was got closer something familiar caught his attention.

"That Chakra signature….. Where do I know it from?"

"I don't Know"

Realization hit him.

"IT's Sakura!"

He immediately turned his bird towards the fight and descended to the ground and then continued the rest of the way on foot when he got close enough to see what was going on her saw Sakura fighting none other than Itachi's little brother Sasuke and from the looks of it Sakura wasn't faring well. When he saw her fall to her knees he prepared to jump in but Sasuke said something.

"Sakura, It is true that you have gotten stronger but not strong enough to beat me."

Sakura laughed.

"You caught me on a bad day."

"Well either way you will be mine."

"No I would rather burn then be with you."

"I know what you want Sakura."

"No you don't, Un."

Sakura and Sasuke looked over at the voice that jumped in their conversation. And there was Deidara standing in his Akatsuki cloak his hair flowing in the wind. His jaw clenched and eyes full of hate and anger. He proceeded forward and stopped in front of Sakura. Sakura began to lose consciousness. The world was fading in and out. The only thing she heard before she passed out was Deidara shouting.

"What the Hell do you know about what she wants?!"

"I know more about what she wants then you do?" Sasuke said with a smirk on his face trying to control his anger from being interrupted.

"You're wrong, un, you don't know more than I do, You know just as much about the subject as I do. Which is nothing, un!"

"I've known Sakura for a long time we used to be teammates. I know everything about her."

"No you don't, un. People change."

"Ha not Sakura."

"Especially Sakura, you have no idea how much."

Deidara then chose this moment to make his move. He opened his palms and a dozen of his fast precision birds came flying out and darted for Sasuke with amazing speed. Sasuke just barely dodged before they detonated. He landed on a branch and glared at Deidara. He knew he was injured not only from the blast but from his fight with Sakura.

He underestimated her and she landed several good blows and to anyone else they would be life threatening if he didn't have Karin's chakra in his system.

He threw some paper bombs connected to kunai's at the ground and detonated them to conceal himself so he could perform a jutsu. The bombs didn't throw off Deidara at all he knew what he was doing. And quickly hid and left an explosive clone in his place ready for battle.

Sasuke then appeared in front of Deidara and started attacking him with taijutsu then the real Sasuke came out and attacked him with his chidori which caused the clone to explode severally injuring his arm. Sasuke team mates started to wake up and Sasuke decided to retreat.

Sasuke glared at Deidara.

"It doesn't matter what you do. Sakura will be mine."

"Not as long as I'm alive,un."

With that said Sasuke and his team disappeared.

Deidara then turned to Sakura and picked her up bridal style and carried her to his bird. He then took off away from the base to a small village close by.

He landed his bird several kilometers away and got off with Sakura in his arms.

He took off towards the village and went straight to an inn and checked in. He walked up the stairs and entered the room. The room was set up almost exactly as the last room they shared together minus the couch.

He laid her on the bed and looked for injuries. He found none except from maybe a fractured wrist and some pretty bad bruising.

"That's strange if she has no serious injuries then why was she defeated, un?"

"That's a good question maybe he caught her in a genjutsu."

"Maybe I doubt it,un, if I remember correctly she is pretty skilled with genjutsu and most don't affect her un."

"Yes but Sasuke has the sharingan."

"Yeah but still it's weird,un."

"What isn't weird about this girl?"

"That's true."

"I think you aren't focusing on the important part here."

"Oh yeah and what is that un?"

"Sakura, the girl that has been in your dreams, your inspiration for the past 6 months, the girl you thought you might never see again, is right in front of you."

"Shit! Your right un I told you I'd see her again."

"What are you going to tell leader?"

"I'll figure something out un, the more important question at the moment is where is Ken?!"
