Leonardo head his youngest brother's cry for help and left Splinter in mid sentence.
When Leo arrived he saw Michelangelo holding his older and much taller brother. He rushed to his side. "Mike! What happened?" Mikey looked up, his masked stained with tears and more kept slipping out from under the bandana he wore. "Donnie killed himself! He's dead!" Mikey sobbed.
Leo checked his pulse. "Mikey! He's still alive!" Mikey let out a small gasp. "R-Really?" Low nodded. "Barely... But he's still with us!"
At the moment Raphael awoke and walked over to his brothers. "What the shell-?" He saw Donnie's limp body. "WHAT THE SHELL?" His eyes widened by saw the little smile upon their faces. "H-He's alive?!" Not waiting for a response, Raph quickly carried Donnie to his lab.

"So, now what? We aren't exactly Doctor Donnie." Mikey said poking his half dead brother. Raph smacked his hand away. "I'm sure O Fearless One has a plan." Sarcasm dripping from each word, you could see the hope that was in his eyes. "As much as it pains me to say this... Mikey's right. None of us are capable of handling things like this." Mikey sighed, left the lab and went topside.
He honestly hadn't meant to run into her. It surprised him just as much as it surprised her.
"Mikey?!" She asked sounding disgusted. "Have you been following me?!" Mikey bit his lip. "No... I didn't know you were gonna be here..." She shook her head. "This is the way to my house!" Tears pricked in his eyes but he refused to cry. "I really didn't know where I was going... I left because Donnie..." He trailed off not wanting to tell her what happened. "What happened? Did he get hurt? Tell me!" She begged.
"H-He tried to k-kill himself..." IApril gasped/I. "He wouldn't!" Mikey nodded. "He tried because you left..." April shook her head and tears ran down her cheek. "It's my fault...?" She looked up. "Take me to the lair. Now."
