Ironically, writing a novel is killing my creative juices and leaving me with no time to write fan fiction. Another drabble to convince myself I can still write something decent (even though I can't :p). It's based on the "Switch On" arc of the manga.

Case 3: The hand that saves can also be the hand that hurts.

Humans are complicated. They do things they can't justify, and they justify things they can't really prove. Bossun got hurt for his sake, took the punches meant for him, but the worst part is he wasn't sure how he was supposed to feel about it. He was a "bad man." He took justice into his own hands and warped it to fit his own selfish needs, but Bossun still came, banging on his door, breaking through his window, punching him in the face. There was no rhyme or reason to go so far for someone you barely knew, but the funny thing is Switch had stopped looking for excuses the moment they came face-to-face. There was only that moment of being saved, and whether Switch liked it or not, he was happy. Even when they started hitting each other, he was happy. Even when he started tasting blood and his fist started trembling, he was happy. Humans are complicated like that.
