A/N: hello, my lovely readers!
I dearly apologize for the delay of updating my two most popular fanfictions, Our Little Secret and Family of Outcasts. I've just been thrown into the 8th grade (I know, how young am I!?) and my classes have been extremely difficult. Thank you for remaining loyal, I'm going to try my best to update this weekend.
Anyways, this is a new collection. This story is going to be a collection of drabbles (much like TMATST-a Lazel Drabbles) about Leico that I wrote for OLS but didn't seem to fit in, or things I just came up with one day. Enjoy! -fangirl4lyfe { _daughterofathena ~ IG }
Leo woke up early that Christmas morning, sitting up in his bunk and rubbing his eyes. He gazed out the window blankly, not thinking much of the small white flakes spiraling down from the sky.
He stood up, stretching before it set in his mind. "Snow?!" he exclaimed, rushing to the door and flinging it open.
"Geez, Valdez, calm down. Chiron always lets it snow in camp on Christmas." his half-brother, Jake Mason, mumbled as he woke up.
Leo jumped around, running his fingers through his hair. "Nico always promised me I would see snow. If you haven't remembered, we don't get a lot of it in Texas." he remarked sarcastically, and Jake rolled his eyes but smiled. Everyone knew the Ghost King and the Mechanic were an item, and as much as they were shocked at first, they supported the relationship. Most people agreed that Leo seemed more interactive with his peers since they started dating, and that Nico was less snippy and often smiled.
Throwing on a shirt, he ran into the bathroom, stripping out of his pajamas and wiggling into a pair of jeans. He found a jacket, pulling it on and rushing out the door of Cabin 9.
All around camp, the younger campers were flinging drippy snowballs at eachother, wrapped up in coats and scarves. Leo chuckled, watching them for a few minutes before walking towards the beach.
He saw a tall, dark figure standing in the snow-covered sand, gazing up at the sky. Nico met Leo's eyes as he ran up to him, jumping into his arms.
"It's finally snowing!" he exclaimed as the Italian caught him, laughing at his outburst. He spun around, chuckling softly.
He kissed his nose gently. "I promised you that you'd see it one day." he said, setting him down. The Latino was a bit shorter than him, even though he was older. Wrapping his arms around him and holding him close, Nico looked up.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" he whispered, a smile on his face. Leo nodded, standing on tiptoe and kissing him, hard. The force of his mouth finding Nico's caused the two to fall backwards, landing in a snowdrift. Locking their lips together, the younger boy smiled against his lover's mouth.
"Merry Christmas, Nico." the older breathed as he pulled away, lying on top of him. Smiling, Nico pecked his cheek, closing his eyes.
"Merry Christmas to you too, Leo."
