St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital
"You are lucky that waiter caught you" Phillip said shaking his head as Olivia took another sip of the water she was drinking.
"I don't remember falling, just you taking to me" Olivia said as Harvey rushed into the room following Mike.
"What happened" Harvey said taking her hand.
"I fainted, it's fine" Olivia started to say, Harvey kissed her.
"Was it the food, where did you go" Harvey interrupted.
"Dos Caminos" Phillip said as Dr. Evans entered the room.
"People who are not the parents out" Dr. Evans said as Phillip and Mike left.
"How bad was it" Mike asked Phillip after they heard the door close.
"I never seen her dizzy or even sick so I was freaked" Phillip said.
"You were dehydrated Olivia" Dr. Evans said reading her chart.
"I don't remember how much I drank today and it is 100 degrees outside" Olivia said shaking her head.
"It's ok" Harvey said drawing a sigh of relief.
"This is common, you just have to be more mindful of it, constantly drink water, don't exert yourself" Dr. Evans said seriously.
"She will" Harvey said.
"Yes I will, I have to I feel tired, now I have a headache" Olivia said.
"That's common after should go away in a few hours" Dr. Evans said.
"How long do I have to stay" Olivia asked.
"I was also here to let you both know the nurse will be here in a few for you to give you your discharge papers. I do want to see you next week just to check on you" Dr. Evans said.
"I do suggest you take the day off tomorrow" she said.
Olivia shook her head, "The owners of Victoria Secret are coming in" she said.
"I guess I can Skype with them" she said.
"Good idea" Dr. Evans said she leaves.
"It's ok" Harvey said as they embrace one another.
"I woke in this bed, I didn't know what happened, I thought I lost the baby" Olivia said.
"That thought was racing through my head I talked myself out of it, I knew you both were ok" Harvey said.
"Bree said congrats" Olivia said as Harvey chuckled.
"And you thought she was going to be mad, I think it would be good if you can work from home a few times a week" Harvey said seriously.
"I know especially after this, fashion week is coming up, I need to rest and get additional help" Olivia said.
"God I was so scared when I woke up" she said again tearing up.
"Hey" Harvey said softly touching her face.
"I thought I was taking care of myself " Olivia started to say.
"You were, you're just well we are both getting used to this, we caught it and we are taking care of it" Harvey said softly wiping her tears.
"Don't be hard on yourself" he said as Olivia pulled him into her arms again.
"I was scared too" Harvey whispered.
"I want to go home" Olivia said taking the papers.
The Next Day
"Please head to work, Phillip has your address he is going to design here and keep me company in between meetings" Olivia said to Harvey.
"I want to stay, especially seeing you in a Harvard t shirt" Harvey said, he touches her stomach, kissing her deeply.
"Enjoy explaining yesterday" Olivia joked
"And apologize to Louis" she said.
"Mike told you!" Harvey said opening the door, Olivia nodded.
"I know you, you were too calm and collected yesterday at the hospital." Olivia said smiling.
"We'll see" Harvey said giving her a kiss.
Olivia locks the door she looks at herself in the mirror. "Literally barefoot and pregnant in my boyfriend's house" she said outloud.
Pearson Hardman
"Congratulations Harvey" a middle age black man said.
"Thank you Carl" Harvey said he took a deep breath getting on the elevator with his coworker.
"I had my first when I was junior partner, I envy you starting a family when you are more established. The paternity leave is great." Carl said as Harvey simply nodded.
"Thanks" Harvey said as they got off the elevator, Donna was there to greet him and noticed Carl.
"Dammit I was trying to get to you before other people did, everyone knows, and everyone is happy. So much for keeping it private, and Jessica wants to see you" Donna said.
"Great" Harvey said walking into Jessica's office.
"Close the door" Jessica said.
"How is Olivia feeling" Jessica asked.
"She's better, resting" Harvey said.
"It explains why you left the Berkley case to Mike, I spoke to Bree yesterday and she mentioned Olivia being distressed so much she went to London" Jessica said.
"Yea that is right" Harvey said.
"You went after her" Jessica said.
"Yes I did" Harvey said.
"Why the secrecy you think I wouldn't understand this?" Jessica said angrily.
"I didn't know and I couldn't risk asking when I needed to get to her" Harvey said.
"I wouldn't have cared if you went, I knew you for what 15 years, I'm insulted you even questioned that" Jessica said.
"Now I know, I'm not sorry for keeping it a secret, we both were overwhelmed and trying to come to grips that we are going to be parents, we are not big announcement people" Harvey said.
"You would have to had announce it eventually or when Olivia does a blog post 6 months from now" Jessica said.
"We are dealing with things as they come, we are handling this our way" Harvey said.
"Just know you do have support here" Jessica said.
"We do have a good paternity leave program" she said.
"I heard" Harvey said.
"I never thought I would have to say it to you" Jessica said smiling.
"Makes two of us" Harvey said.
