Harvey's apartment
Harvey and Olivia enter the apartment, Olivia takes a seat on the couch, she glances over at Harvey.
"Are you really ok?" Harvey finally said.
"Yea I am it was classic Athena" Olivia said.
"That woman, I don't know how you dealt with that for so many years Liv" Harvey said.
"I always joked if there wasn't an Allie it would be easier," Olivia said.
"I'm happy dad said something" Olivia said.
"Took him long enough" Harvey said.
"He had to deal with a lot, Harvey" Olivia said angrily.
"You're still his daughter, she disrespected you for years Olivia" Harvey said angrily.
"You will not be treated like that anymore," he said as Olivia saw Harvey pacing.
"My mom pulled the same shit with me after I told the truth to dad" Harvey said.
"Stop, Harvey, stop" Olivia said holding on to him.
"I saw the look on your face when she said those comments to you" Harvey said.
"I know they are not true" Olivia said.
"I don't know why someone would want to hurt you, I don't get it, I just had to get you away from her" Harvey said.
"I can handle Athena been doing it for close to 20 years" Olivia said.
"You are not alone in this not anymore. She isn't going to attack my family" Harvey said as Olivia pulled him close.
"It reminded me of that time when your father got into it with her" Olivia said.
"She was out of line then" Harvey said remembering.
August 1995
"Liv what are you doing here" Jeff said opening the door.
"I can't deal with this even for three more fucking weeks that woman is a bitch" 18-year-old Olivia said in tears.
"What happened" 21-year old Harvey said rushing downstairs.
"I hate that bitch" Olivia said sobbing, Jeff looked at his older brother.
"You got into another fight with her" Harvey said as Jeff glared at him.
Olivia nodded, "And Dad is out of town she did it on purpose," she said.
"What was it about" Jeff said.
"Student loans, and not burdening my dad don't worry bitch I won't I am never going back to the Bronx again. I am not looking back come September" Olivia said.
"You should do that," Jeff said.
"Why not I get it wanting to leave bullshit behind," Harvey said.
"You should say that" Jeff said.
"Not looking back one bit," Olivia said.
"That's bullshit," Jeff said running up to his room.
"Great way to show you're a good friend Jeff" Harvey said as Olivia wiped her tears.
"I got a scholarship and she is getting mad because dad wants to give me money before I leave. I'm his fucking daughter" Olivia said as her and Harvey walked outside.
"What the heck is going on?" Gordon Specter said.
"Jeff was punching the wall," he said as he saw Olivia's eyes red.
"What happened" Gordon said.
"Olivia don't shake your head," he said sternly.
"My step-mom and I got into it, my dad is out of town." Olivia said.
"You both realize it's midnight right" Gordon said.
"Her step-mom probably doesn't care and she is a few block up, can't she just stay on the couch for the night Dad" Harvey said as the doorbell rang.
"Oh for Christ's sake" Gordon said leaving the backyard.
"Mrs. Walsh" he said loudly.
"Stay out here" Harvey said as him and Olivia started to listen and watch.
"Mr. Specter, your son Jeff said Olivia was here," Athena said.
"That prick" Harvey muttered.
"Yes she is she's very upset, I don't know the whole story but she seems very upset." Gordon said.
"My husband is out of town she tends to act up when he is not around" Athena said.
"I think we have to agree to disagree, I have seen your interaction or lack of it. You are barley in parent teacher conferences, heck graduation you left early. Also Olivia is 18 and you made it clear she is not your kid, if she wants to stay here for the night she is more than welcome to. I am sure her father would be find with that as this is the safest place she can be" Gordon said sternly.
"Wow" Olivia said.
"That's dad for ya" Harvey said.
"She should be home before her father comes back at 1pm tomorrow" Athena said.
"One more piece of advice Mrs. Walsh" Gordon said as Athena turned around.
"You should try to get to know that girl, the past few weeks I have and she is truly something special," Gordon said as Athena closed the door.
"You both can stop eavesdropping" Gordon said as Harvey and Olivia entered the living room.
"Thanks Mr. Specter" Olivia said.
"Look I am not your daddy and I know you are going to Princeton in the fall. You can't run away from your family you may avoid them for a bit but you can't runaway from it. That goes for you to Harvey" Gordon said.
"Me sir?" Harvey said.
"Well be a host since she is our guest tonight get blankets, a pillow she can sleep on the couch. I'll make breakfast tomorrow." Gordon said.
"I can help" Olivia said, Gordon smiled.
"Just calm down enjoy the rest of the night, I am getting some shut eye, the teen drama is too much for this old man" Gordon joked.
"Night dad" Harvey said as they watched Gordon walk up the stairs.
"What a night" Olivia said.
"You want a beer" Harvey said.
"Yea" Olivia said.
"Dad won't care, he likes you a lot" Harvey said.
"Three more weeks I can make it" Olivia said.
"You will, and the hotel Specter is open if you need it" Harvey joked handing her a beer bottle.
"Dad would have probably told her off too" Harvey said.
"He would have, he was right I was trying to run and I couldn't" Olivia said.
"You shouldn't either" she said to Harvey, he took a deep breath taking out his phone.
"Jeff it's me, when you get this message you, mom, and I need to talk" Harvey said.
He raised his eyebrow to Olivia, "Thank you" she said sitting next to him putting her arms around him.
"Good you're calming down" Olivia said looking around.
"It's just us now" she said as Harvey returned the kiss, she felt his arms around her waist moving up to her chest.
Olivia moans feeling his hands brush against her chest he unties her dress, as Olivia pulls his shirt off.
She gasped as Harvey picked her up leading them to the bedroom, he sets Olivia down on the edge of the bed, pulling the dress revealing her bare chest, and her growing belly.
"So beautiful" Harvey said, giving Olivia a hungry kiss, he touched her swollen breast giving gentle kisses, kissing her belly, he felt Olivia pull down his boxers with her feet.
