Hi Guys, I'm in a lot of pain right now and only two things are keeping me going: Fanfiction (SuperFluffy) and Reviews. Please help me! Oh and here's a story explaining my pain... Why is it none of the boys at school sweet as this?! *starts crying waterfall tears*

Ever since Paul picked her up to take to Floroma Town, something about Dawn had been off. She wasn't talking, and her smile was fake (not that she wanted him to know). The bluenette kept looking at him, making sure whenever he turned she was smiling, but her sapphire eyes showed her true feelings.

Paul couldn't work out what was wrong with his girlfriend. They had been walking for an hour and she hadn't even opened her mouth. Now Paul had good peripheral vision, he could look at bushes to side of the path and her at the same time. When he did, his onyx eyes caught her frowning and her eyes showing hurt and pain. This wasn't the Dawn he knew and he was going to do something about it.

Paul sighed and turned to see her forced smile. "Troublesome you don't have to hide your feelings from me. I won't make fun of you, tell me what's wrong," he said, watching her 'smile' falter.

She covered her mouth with a hand and in a shaky voice replied, "Nothing's wrong, in fact if anything something is better." Dawn was trying not to cry now.

The mauve haired teen stopped walking and stood in-front of her, staring at her directly in the eyes. "Dawn," he started slowly. "Tell me what's wrong." That's what broke her.

She parted her lips, but not opening her mouth, showing the source of her pain... Black and pink braces.

Paul sighed again, his features softening and a small sad smile etching on his face. "Oh Troublesome."

He opened his arms for her, to which she rushed into, carefully burying her face into his jacket. He rubbed her back as she let her tears go, soaking the dark material. He moved his mouth by her ear and whispered,

"I know what your going through... It will be okay... I'm here." And various other comforting phrases.

She pulled back after a few minutes, not crying, but still not smiling. Paul could tell she was still in pain. He place a gentle kiss on her cheek, and she relinquished a very small, almost non-existent smile.

He spoke to her softly, "Do you want to ride on Torterra?"

Her smile got slightly bigger and she nodded gratefully.

Paul tossed the red and white sphere, revealed the continent Pokemon. Whom roared upon been released and smirked at Paul when they climbed onto his back.

Paul gave him a warning look. "Look she's in a lot of pain, okay? She just got her braces on."

Toterra's smirk instantly vanished and an apologetic look replaced it. He nodded in understanding, even Paul was in pain when he had braces.

The mighty green and brown Pokemon began trudging along with the two humans on his back. Dawn slowly falling asleep in Paul's arms, and Paul comforting her as best as he could. Nothing could make the pain disappear completely, but having someone to help you through it helps, especially if it's your boyfriend.
