After the test, Kakashi made his way to the Hokage's tower. As usual, he was the last one to arrive.

"Since Kakashi has finally arrived, let us start."

All the Jounins nodded their head then began.

"Team 1 failed."

"Team 2 failed."

"Team 3 failed."

"Team 4 Failed."

"Team 5 failed."

"Team 6 failed."

"Team 7 passed." Everybody stared at Kakashi when he said that. Kakashi looked at all the faces looking at him and he raised an eyebrow. "What? Just because I haven't passed a single genin team till now doesn't mean that I will keep on doing it." Everybody looked away then the results continued.

"Team 8 passed."

"Team 10 passed."

After the results were finished, the hokage told the Jounins whose team passed to stay back while dismissing the others. After they left, Sarutobi turned towards Kakashi, Asuma and Kurenei.

"So, Team 10, let's start with you. How was your team?"

"My team consists of Yamanaka Ino, Nara Shikamaru and Akimichi Choji. They are the next Ino-Shika-Cho and have been together since they were a baby so they have a great teamwork. Shikamaru is extremely lazy but that runs in the blood of the male Naras along with extreme intelligence. Choji is very loyal to his friends and is kind-hearted but gets extremely angry when someone calls him fat. Ino could use a lot more training. She only has the mind-transferring jutsu in her jutsu category along with academy ninjutsus, taijutsus and genjutsu. Even in academy standard, she needs a lot of work but she has good chakra control."

The hokage nodded his head then looked at Kurenei. "Team 8?"

"My team consists of Inuzuka Kiba, Hyuuga Hinata and Aburame Shino. Kiba like every Inuzuka has a dog companion who he does everything with. He has a lot of energy. He only has academy jutsus along with his family jutsu. He also needs to learn teamwork with other people. Hinata is the first Hyuuga I have seen like her. She is always nervous and shy. She also stutters when she speaks. One time, she saw the Uzumaki kid and turned red. And then she did one thing I would have never expected a Hyuuga to do, she fainted!... Ahem… anyway, she needs a confidence boost, if she has confidence then I guarantee that she will be a perfect Kunoichi. And Shino, he is really quiet and only talks when spoken to and even then he speaks no more than three words. He doesn't really need training much just needs to speak more. When they get comfortable with eachother enough, they will be a great tracking team."

"Good." The hokage said. "How about your team, Kakashi?"

"My team consists of Uzumaki Naruto, Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura. Sakura needs a lot of training, she got caught in a academy genjutsu and fainted. I didn't get to test Sasuke but I can guarantee you that he will have great teamwork with Naruto. And Naruto…" he trailed off in a daze as if remembering something.

The hokage cleared his throat and snapped Kakashi out of his daze. Kakashi looked at the occupants of the room, all who had an amused expression, and blushed a deep red.

"Ahem, Naruto, he has great skills. He's the one who got the bells form me and without me knowing. He is possibly faster than Gai. He can work well with all the team members except for Sakura because he apparently hates girls except for a select few."

The Hokage nodded then handed them each a D-rank mission. The Jounins took the mission scroll, bowed to the hokage then left the tower. Kurenei went towards her home while Asuma and Kakashi headed towards a bar that was only for ninjas in a comfortable silence.

After they reached the bar and ordered their drinks. Asuma began to speak.

"So… Uzumaki Naruto, huh."

Kakashi spit out the drink that he had just drank and turned a deep red, "Wha… What are you talking about?"

"Oh, come on, from the way you blushed and spaced out during the meeting, it's quite clear that you are interested in him. But really, falling for a 15 year old. I didn't take you for a pedophile." Asuma tutted.

"Oh! Shut up. You won't say that when you meet him and see his skills." Kakashi snapped.

"I'll say." They turned to look at the owner of the voice and saw Shikaku and Shibi standing beside their table. They sat down on the seats beside Kakashi and Asuma.

"What do you mean?" Kakashi asked.

"Well, my son, Shikamaru keeps on rambling about him, I was quite surprised since he usually keeps quiet saying that it was too troublesome to speak. I told Shibi about it and he told me that it was the same for his son, Shino. I nearly fainted when I heard that, since Aburames are really, really, really quiet. They don't even talk. No offense, Shibi but it really is true."

Kakashi and Asuma's jaw was hanging and their eyes had become big.

"Now, I really want to meet Uzumaki Naruto." Asuma said after recovering.

Kakashi who had also recovered said, "Why not. I can go and call him. I don't think he will refuse and it's not too late."

The other three Jounins nodded then Shikaku said, "I will go and call Shikamaru." Then he turned towards Shibi and said, "Why don't you call Shino too."

Shibi nodded then the three shunshined away leaving Asuma to wait for them.

Kakashi found Naruto in the ramen stall with Sasuke. He stepped into the stall and received a glare from Sasuke when he noticed him. Naruto turned towards Kakashi and greeted him. Sasuke also greeted him through clenched teeth.

Kakashi ignored Sasuke and took Naruto's hand. "Come with me, I want to introduce you to some friends of mine."

Naruto chuckled and allowed Kakashi to drag him. While Sasuke followed, glaring at Kakashi and releasing his murderous intent.

They reached the bar at the same time as Shikaku and Shibi did, who were equally dragging their sons. Shikamaru who had been half asleep snapped to awakeness when he saw Naruto and blushed a bit, along with Shino who had been staring at his dad as if he had gone crazy or something.

Naruto greeted them then they entered the bar. They made their way towards where Asuma was sitting. They saw him with five empty sake bottles around him and starting on a sixth one.

"You started without us." Kakashi said accusingly.

Asuma looked up at them and grinned. They could see bright pink spots on his cheeks, signaling that he was drunk. "You took too long." He slurred.

"So troublesome." Shikamaru murmured.

Naruto chuckled and Asuma looked at him. His eyes got a little dazed and he stood up. He stumbled towards Naruto until he was right in front of him. He then leaned towards him, pulled down his mask and smashed his lips against his.

Before Naruto could do anything, Asuma was pulled away by Sasuke, Shikamaru, Shino and Kakashi. Shikaku and Shibi just stood there gapping.

"What the hell, Asuma!" Kakashi shouted and hit the back of Asuma's head.

Asuma stumbled then steadied himself and blinked. The pink spots on his cheeks vanished and so did the daze in his eyes. He looked at Naruto, who had pulled up his mask, and blushed. "Sorry, I cannot control my actions when I am drunk."

Naruto chuckled then grinned. "Nah, it's okay. You were a little rough at first but you were a good kisser."

Asuma's blush deepened. "Ahem… anyway, my name is Sarutobi Asuma." He said while holding out his hand.

Naruto shook his hand while saying, "Uzumaki Naruto." He then turned towards Shikaku and Shibi, who were standing next to their sons, and raised his eyebrow.

They, understanding his silent question, introduced themselves. Shikaku introduced himself first, "I am Nara Shikamaru, Shika's father." "And I am Aburame Shibi, Shino's father."

"Ah! My future father-in-law. Nice to meet you." Naruto said causing Shikamaru and Shino to blush heavily.

Shikaku's eyebrows went up and he turned towards Shikamaru. "Eh, Shika, I know you like to think about but already thinking about marriage. That's a little too far ahead, don't you think?"

"You too Shino." Shibi said.

Then they said together. "But we don't really mind. Especially when your groom is so damn fine."

Shikamaru and Shino's jaw dropped and Naruto laughed aloud. "Well, Shika, Shino. Since your father gave the permission. When do you think will be the best time for the wedding?" Naruto said winking at them.

Shikamaru and Shino blushed.

"Anyway, since we are all here. Let's celebrate about us being genins." Naruto said ordering sake for everyone.

They all agreed and spent the night getting wasted.
