Hey guys sorry for the late update but ta da here it is. I will be answering some questions from you guys. Down below is where I have answered some questions from you guys and if you have more just send a review. Any who I just wanted to say thanks for all the love and support.!
Hermione is 24 and Ron is 25. Tom is 10 but will be turning 11 soon.
I know some of you guys are in fear of Tom growing too fast or learning too many advanced spells but I think that's what helps make this story suspenseful and kind of scary that such a young boy is learning all these advanced spells and he has such a dangerous type of power within him. I can slow it down if you guys prefer if you think that will help this story I'm always welcoming with criticism so long as it's helpful and not nasty. Simply saying, "this sucks" is not beneficial to the story or me. So please be specific with the criticism. Not that anyone told me this story sucks that was just an example soooooooooooooooooo again thanks for all the support!
I know another thing is the relationship between Ron and Tom right now. Well, I would say Tom has a bit of the Freud concept with son and mother but I'm not too sure how far to take that. I've thought about it off and on and haven't written anything solid as of yet. Any suggestions are most welcome or what you guys think is greatly appreciated.
Ron is just trying to look out for his wife. They tried for a long time to have a child and now they have one. Ron just has a feeling that something is up with Tom and he is right, but just doesn't know how to take it than just looking out for his wife right now. Tom just doesn't like Ron. Tom thinks that Ron is just this annoying fly flying in his face right now and refuses to go away. Tom rather thinks that Ron is useless. Hermione you know is just happy that she has a child to love and care. Tom is slowly getting use to her and I would say Tom has a certain...fascination with her and she is helping him with his magic so she must be kept around. Tom I would say is beginning to think that Hermione is his and he can use her any way he wishes. For now, it's as a caretaker and a teacher. We will just have to wait and see if this feeling he has for Hermione becomes more or not.
Another thing is how Hermione didn't put up much of a fight. Hermione was simply caught off guard. She was overpowered simply for the fact she was outnumbered and they managed to surprise her. Yes, Hermione is a very strong intelligent woman and witch but even the best can be brought down for a moment.
One last thing is the bruise that she simply decided to forget about. That will be brought up again briefly later. She was just dismissive about the subject so Tom would not worry over it.
Well I hope I have answered some of your questions and I will be answering more next time. Thanks!

Hermione stood a couple feet behind her husband as she watched Ron calmly scold Tom. She had her hands held together in front of her and she was biting the hell out of her lip in nervousness. She didn't know how she felt about this. Never in the months, close to a year now, that they had Tom did they ever have to yell, spank, or do any kind of apprehending him. He was in lack of better terms, the perfect child. Hermione tried to think of what they did wrong but nothing came to mind. Tom would be starting school in less than a week and they couldn't send Tom with such a skewed sense of what spells were okay to cast and not to cast. They never thought he could do such advanced wizardly spells. Then again, he has grown these past few months in his magic so Hermione supposed it would come to no surprise that he could perhaps do some advanced magic. Nevertheless, the problem is that he is so young. He was so young and already doing such advanced magic that even older wizards today in their prime had trouble casting.
"Do you understand Tom," Ron asked sternly and brought Hermione out of her musings.
Tom held in an eye roll through this man's little speech. Tom had a right mind to cast the Cruciatus curse on him but with held his temper. Now was neither the time nor the place. Tom thought he was doing pretty well. He had to be the youngest wizard ever to perform such advanced spells with diminutive trouble. Oh yes, he would be remembered as the greatest most powerful wizard of all time. He just had to be patient.
His head was down and staring at his shoes as he was trying to keep his temper in check, which was hard to do because of this...red headed fool. The fool is what Tom decided to call the woman's husband for about a month now. The fool was scolding him like some insolent child...and Tom HATED it. Tom could just picture in his mind brining the curse upon him as he watching him withering, screaming, and begging for mercy that most likely wouldn't come.
"Do you understand"? Ron demanded once again as he cupped Tom's chin to bring his eyes forward.
Tome yanked out of his hold but didn't step back. Tom brought his eyes upward and faced the fool. He knew what he wanted to say but held in another eye roll and a huff. He now needed to pacify the fool.
"Yes," Tom spoke softly.
"Yes..." Ron carried on wanting respect.
Tom twitched. "Yes sir," he bit out the sir.
Ron didn't appreciate the attitude but didn't comment. "Good now go apologize to the Misses. Gave her a good fright you did."
Tom looked at the woman and walked slowly to her. Tom refused to look in her brown eyes. For some reason he didn't want to see the look on her face. He couldn't figure out why though. There was something churning in his stomach that made him feel uncomfortable about seeing the disappointment that would be in her gaze. Tom was face to face with her waist, gripped her skirt, and clenched the fabric in his hands tightening to fists. He then buried his face into her skirts and Hermione watched him do it. It was breaking her heart seeing him like this.
"I'm sorry," he mumbled with his face buried deep in the fabric. Hermione bent down to his height leaning on her knees. "I'm sorry. We didn't even go over spells that were unforgivable and the consequences of them."
Ron was actually getting heated. His wife shouldn't' have to apologize. "Hermione, love, he is a smart lad surely he knew that those were unforgivable spells."
"Yes but Ronald we didn't discuss it at all. How can we fault him when we didn't explain? We can't just assume."
Ronal held in his retort. She had a point, but that didn't mean Ron liked it.
Hermione looked back at Tom and ran her hands over his hair brushing it from his face. "It's okay Tom. Just promise you won't use that spell again. Please promise me. If you have, any questions or hesitances come speak to us. We can talk about anything."
Tom merely nodded with his head still down. Then what happened absolutely shocked him. Hermione smiled at him happy that everything was resolved and kissed him for the first time since they picked him up from the orphanage. She kissed him on the forehead and then lightly brushed her lips against his cheek.
Tom to say was stunned as was Ron.
"Well," Hermione clapped and then smiled. "I think it's time for smores and hot coco to relieve some of this stress. Hermione went into the kitchen to prepare leaving the boys out in the dining room.
Ron and Tom were still like statues at what had just transpired. Tom's eyes were wide as he placed his fingertips over his cheek where her lips had just been.
Ron got over it and ran a hand over his face. "Dearest I still think a proper punishment should still be carried out." Ron went into the kitchen and saw his wife preparing the smores.
"Like what"?
"Well," Ron thought...
Well that's it. More soon to come! Thanks for reading and please leave a review!
