JD looked up at Perry with huge puppy dog eyes.
"NO!" Perry shouted again, this time faltering a little. A hopeful look came over the younger man, and he tilted his head to the side smiling softly
"Please?", he asked pouting.
"Now Newbie what in hell makes you think that I would ever want to watch the sunset?"
The hopeful expression returned again. "Because you love me?"
Dr. Cox growled, "God help me Cady I do. Don't know why, but I do"
That night they sat atop Sacred Heart, and watched the sunset.
