Episode 1, Part 6: Mole's Impact
"This first execution's making me nervous." Toadette said to the other players. With the exception of Kionna, who possessed an exemption from the first day, nerves were running rampant amongst the players.
"I know how you feel, Toadette." Sherry said. "The feeling of losing a fellow competitor can really cause one's nerves to really overreact." That was when Jet suddenly appeared out of thin air, holding a bunch of journals.
"'Bout time you remembered the journals." Peach said. Kionna had already walked up to Jet and chose a journal, number 7. The others had soon walked up to claim their own journals for the game; Sherry took number 1, Azalea number 2, Wario number 3, Helen number 4, Lubba number 5, Toadette number 6, Boshi number 8, Koops number 9, Peach number 10, Gary took number 11, and that left Iggy with number 12.
"You have two hours to put down any notes you may have and study them before dinner, as the quiz will take place immediately after, in room 114. Lowest score, or slowest in case of a tie, is out." Jet told the players.
Three hours later the players started filing in to room 114 for the first quiz of the game.
1) Is the Mole male or female?
'Peach was acting a little suspicious during Summit Chase. Perhaps maybe it's her.' Azalea thought before choosing her answer.
2) Did the Mole participate in the dodgeball game?
'Judging by what Peach was yelling at Kionna after the Mobius bonus mission, i'm gonna hazard a guess at no.' Lubba thought.
3) Which Summit Chase team was the Mole on?

Sherry thought to herself before selecting her answer. (Peach was completely unaware that Sherry had gotten onto her tail, joining Kionna because of a slip of Peach's tongue)

'Well, i can cross off Gavin; we never got to one of his quotes. And Jet's statements about Peach's interference makes that bottom-most answer the most likely one. I'll go there.' Helen (also onto Peach's tail unbeknownst to the blonde) thought.

"Okay, everyone, it's time for the first execution. The order for seating in this one will go by personal Coins from the 'Bonus on Mobius' twin mission." Jet told the players once they were in room 163 for the execution ceremony.
'Biscuits! Looks like i'm stuck in the very back.' Peach thought, having been swapped out of the mission's lineup for causing a major delay. Once everyone was in their alloted seats Jet spoke up again.
"Now, the screen in front of you will determine your fate. A green screen means you're clear to advance to Episode 2. However, if it turns red, you're out. Collect your stuff and head out to where a vehicle has been positioned to escort the Mole's first victim home." Then, all of a sudden, Jet's scouter said something.
"PROTECT ME CONE!"
"Sounds like even your new scouter habitually plays that line." Kionna said. This confused a bunch of the others.
"New scouter?" Peach asked.
"His original one, the one you and Wario remember from Sigma Zeo, was destroyed in a small skirmish in the RSX system a couple years ago. Though i don't think his current main scouter is an XF-ZR1 model." the pink-haired girl told the blonde (only Kionna had caught a slight appearance deviation when Jet's scouter went slightly transparent for two seconds at the bottom of his left ear).
"So, who's gonna go first?" Boshi asked to nobody in particular.
"Might as well be me, since i've got the exemption." Kionna stated, and then she walked up to the computer Jet was sitting behind, handing her exemption to Jet.

"Helen, you're next." Jet said.

"Next up is Peach."

"Toadette, you're up."

"Aw, donuts! Those trick questions got me."
"Sorry, Toadette, but it appears you're the Mole's first victim. Get your stuff and come with me, please."
"Why in sam heck were those trick questions in there?" Toadette asked Jet once they were standing in front of a vehicle marked with a red thumbprint.
"Sometimes a quiz will throw in a question or more completely unrelated to the episode's missions."
"Oh, NOW you tell me! Well, it was fun while it lasted. But since i'm out i better get going."
"Sounds like a good idea. The reunion show in a few months time will be when you'll learn the Mole's identity."
"I'll be there." With that, Toadette climbed into the vehicle and it drove away into the night.
"Okay, everyone, there has been a slight change in room assignments for tonight. Since Toadette is no longer among us, Iggy will shift to Wario's room to take her place. The only reason i had seven rooms set up the previous two nights was so Iggy wouldn't grab Peach and take her to Bowser's Castle in the middle of the night." Jet told the other players once he returned to room 163. With that the remaining players proceeded to their rooms - however, Kionna noticeably hesitated, something about Jet on her mind.
"Conflicting thoughts?" Jet asked her.
"You can say that. When you were monkeying with your scouter after the cone-related line from Red Vs. Blue i noticed part of the scouter become transparent for two seconds. Area was at the bottom of your left ear."
"Come with me, i might as well tell you about that option of mine..."
And there we have the first execution of Sabotage Central. Toadette, confused by a few trick questions, is the first one to fall, and Kionna appears to be onto something concerning the host's appearance. What option is Jet talking about? Stay tuned to find out. For now, this is KhaosOmega. Ciao!
