Odi: Yes it tis me again! Thanks to all those that favorited, reviewed, or subscribed to this story, or to my account! I really appreciate it. I would have updated sooner, but I lost inspiration for a while, then my Aunt got cancer, and the family dog was put down, now we have two dogs, and I have a new sister-in-law. One of the dogs belongs to my sister-in-law. It's okay, she's nice, and loves anime like my sister and I.

Kaito: Hey, Harry-san what are normal muggles like?

Harry: Well, every person is different, so I can't be a good judge, but my Aunt, Uncle, and Cousin are horrible people to live with.

Miku: Really?

Harry: Yeah. But, I don't quite understand why you ask about it. Surely you live with "normal" people.

Kaito: MASTER isn't quite normal, since he is busy with our performances, programming, etc.

Miku: And we don't really have much of a "normal" family either, we were abandoned, etc.

Legend: This will men it is to be Japanese.

Italics will be character thoughts.

This will mean that these will be song lyrics.

Hermione: Why is he called Master?

Kaito: … We can't answer that...

Miku: It's a secret among VOCALOIDs.

Ron: Why?

Meiko: Because it is.

Odi: Anyway, thanks to all the people that reviewed, followed, and favorited this story so far! And welcome any new and old readers! Pairings are still undecided if there will be any, but if there are, I might put some of the Vocaloids with Harry Potter characters. Just to mix things up a little more. But, I appreciate the suggestions, as long as there are no pairing wars going on, or anyone trying to force a pairing on me. To tell the truth, I support most Vocaloid pairings, if not all. Since no pairings are truly canon in Vocaloid, and to tell the truth even the ages can be manipulated. For instance, KAITO and MEIKO do NOT have an official age, for creativity of the song maker. Miku is 16, but it can be changed with ease, and so on.

Ron: Oderin-Kuro does NOT own VOCALOID or Harry Potter in any way, shape or form. All she/he owns is the plot of this fic, the Vocaloid songs he/she bought off Amazon (Do not own Amazon either!), etc.

Everyone: Enjoy!

Legend: This will be Japanese.

OnO

"To our new students, welcome! To returning students, welcome back!" Dumbledore greeted us with a serene smile. "This year, I will start with warnings like every other year. First, as the name implies, The Forbidden Forest is off limits to students. There is also a list of over a hundred banned items, that our caretaker, Mr. Filch, has hanging on his door. Also welcome our new Defense the Dark Arts teacher, Professor Gilderoy Lockheart." Dumbledore continued, as Harry groaned. "Something wrong with him?" I asked the green-eyed male. "He only seems to care about the publicity." Harry whispered back, as I nodded to show my understanding. "We also have a new class, to teach more about Japanese magic, please welcome Professor Hiyama Kiyoteru." Dumbledore said grandly.

"Kiyoteru is teaching here?!" Rin whispered in surprise. "Evidently." I said softly as I looked toward the staff table, and saw him up there. "Also, this year, Hogwarts is going to be teaching a group of well-known singers, for those that don't know about the group known as VOCALOID or it's members, so do be kind to them. We will be listening to a performance by some of their members when the announcements are done." Dumbledore continued. "Singers? VOCALOID?" There were whispers up and down the table, as I blushed. "I also would like to remind our students, that you are not to be out of your dorms after curfew, unless you are a prefect, head boy/girl, a teacher, or a ghost." Dumbledore stated, "Now, that the announcements are complete, I would like our performers to come to the front." Dumbledore stated.

I stood up, feeling nervous, and a bit afraid that people would judge us badly. "Let's go, Kaito-nii!" Rin said excitedly as we walked forward. "We will be starting it off with "Cantarella"." Miku announced, as she pulled me forward. I took in a deep breath as the music started and began to sing when it was time. I could tell the others were watching us closely as we sang, and that the students, at least most of them were all listening closely, which made me feel even more self-conscious, as I continued. Miku smiled when she joined me, and began to show off. She really enjoyed singing in front of crowds, unlike me. I was still unused to it. 'I can do this.' I thought to myself as I continued to sing, feeling a little relief when the song ended, and a big round of applause greeted us.

"Now, Kaito, Miku, Myself, Rin, and Len will be singing "Alice of Human Sacrifice"." Meiko announced, as the three of them stepped forward to join us. Meiko started the opening dialogue like normal, and I said my part, beginning to feel more comfortable as we continued with the song. 'See. This is not so bad.' I mentally told myself, as it came to my part to sing in the song.

Nibanme Arisu wa otonashiku

Uta o utatte, fushigi no kuni

Ironna oto o afuresasete

Kurutta sekai o umidashita

Sonna Arisu wa, bara no hana

Ikareta otoko ni uchi korosarete

Makka na hana o ichiri sakase

Minna nimedarere karete yuku.

I sang it as I knew I should, andhoped that they would enjoy it. Miku then sang her part, and the twins sang theirs. I knew Gakupo was probably getting ready to sing with me and Len. "We have two more songs left tonight, this next one is called "The Lost/Immoral Memory", sung by Len, Gakupo, and Myself." I said in a calm voice, after the applause died down, and the others besides Len and Gakupo backed away. I grabbed my guitar, as did Len, and Gakupo, and we began the song.

OnO

"So what did you guys think?" I asked Harry Ron, and Hermione when I rejoined them. "You guys did wonderful!" Hermione gushed. "I may not understand Japanese, but your voices were wicked!" Ron agreed profusely. "I liked it a lot." Harry said quietly. "That was so good, Kaito!" Fred and George exclaimed as they ran up to us. "Now we can hardly wait to start the pranks with Rin and Len!" George said excitedly. "We can hardly wait, either." Rin said with a mischievous smile. "We're doomed." I said bluntly. "More like the Slytherins are doomed." Fred corrected me. "Except Meiko-nee, Zeito-san, and Taito-san they scares me too much." Rin stated openly. "Are they really that scary?" Ron asked curiously. "Worse than that. They can be one of the scariest people around." I said with a shudder.

"They can't be that bad, right George?" Fred asked teasingly. "Right Fred. They just need to loosen up." Fred answered back. "You've yet to see Meiko-nee drunk, and/or angry." Rin said with a shudder. "She is one of the most terrifying people I know." Kaiko agreed. "Now that I think about it, your brothers, Zeito and Taito became Slytherins, as did that Meiko chick. How are you guys close to them?" Ron asked clueless. "We live with them, sing, work, and eat with them. We of course got used to it, and they are family." I said calmly. "All of us VOCALOIDs see each other as family." Kaiko said softly. "Right. Besides, even twins, like Len and myself, can end up in different houses." Rin stated.

"Those two sing so many duets, and solos to each other that it isn't funny. Like "Regret Message", "Re Birthday", "Romeo and Cinderella", "Black Cats of Halloween", and so on." Kaiko sated. "Kaito-nii does quite a few duets with Miku, and Meiko, as well as trios with Len and Gakupo." Rin pointed out. "I sing some duets with almost everyone, but that is everyone. Besides, Rin and Len's voices blend with each other pretty well." I said softly. "That is so true." Rin said with a smirk. "Good point." Kaiko sighed. "Besides, just because a song says we love someone, doesn't mean we do, at least in a romantic way. Otherwise all of us would be with everyone else, due to all the versions of "Magnet" there are." I pointed out. "Oh gods! You had to remind me of that?!" Kaiko nearly shouted with a shudder. "He's right though." Rin muttered. "A song is a song, some have our true feelings, others don't." I stated calmly.

"But songs can have power over people. They can mess with emotions, and start movements." Rin stated cheerfully. "True. But not every song does that." I said gently. ""Revolution" started some minor fan wars." Kaiko giggled. "Sure did! We will still beat Miku some day!" Rin exclaimed with an evil smile. "That's if someone doesn't, or hasn't beat you to the punch." Kaiko said innocently. "What do you mean by that?!" Rin exclaimed. "I heard some rumors that Kaito-nii might beat Miku-san soon, because of something that is going to happen in February." Kaiko giggled. "Ano? I don't think I'll beat Miku-senpai, when it was her who had to get people to even remember who I am." I said softly. "If Kaito-nii does beat her, we will celebrate anyway, because Miku-san will no longer be on top! And he deserves it more than she does!" Rin said cheerfully. "Kaito, you have a good voice, why would people forget about you?" Ron asked curiously.

"In those days, we weren't well known, and for some reason people just didn't care for a male VOCALOID. The combination caused me to be announced as a "Commercial Failure", but Miku-senpai sang a version of Higurashi's opening asking what happened to me, that helped people remember I existed as a VOCALOID." I explained quietly. "Oh... Sorry I brought up a bad memory, for you." Ron muttered, after Hermione elbowed him in the side. "It's alright. It doesn't bother me that much, and you didn't know." I said with a smile. "Do you enjoy singing all those songs?" Harry asked me curiously. "Of course we do! We love to sing, because we think it is fun, and a nice way to let out emotions, and vent some stress." I said cheerfully. "Also, some songs have a story in them, and it is fun to gradually learn what the story is as you sing. Like with the Story of Evil." Rin said excitedly.

"There are also many different genres, moods, world views, stories, and themes." Kaiko said happily, "So it never gets boring!" "Really? How different can they be?" Ron asked. "Well, "World is Mine" is very different from my song "Flowers Falling in Ruins", or Miku's "Rolling Girl". "World is Mine" is Miku's song demanding to be treated like a princess. "Flowers Falling in Ruins" is about death in a way, and "Rolling Girl" is about a girl who has some kind of problem they don't tell anyone about, and ends up wanting to perform suicide, the girl being tired of dealing with the problem." I said softly. "Meaning that songs can be complete opposites, and completely different." Rin stated cheerily. "Right. No two songs have to be alike." I stated softly. "But we tend to have songs that relate, and tie in with others." Kaiko giggled. "Interesting. I can see why it never gets boring." Harry said softly. "Correct. We have no set genres to stick to, so we sing many different types. From J-Pop to J-rock, Jazz, and even some English songs, we sing it." I said with a soft smile.

"That does sound interesting." Hermione said softly. "Thanks. We try to remain varied so that we don't bore our fans, and appeal to the people who like the different genres." Kaito stated honestly. "That is a really smart thing to do." Harry said cheerfully. "Thanks, we try." Miku said with a big innocent smile. "How many songs have you sung, Kaito? I'm just curious." Ron asked as he tried to sound nonchalant. "Easily over 2,000 songs. I'm not sure about the exact amount of songs." Kaito said softly, not noticing how surprised Ron and Harry were at his answer. "Over 2,000?! Most artists barely go over 200 songs!" Ron exclaimed. "Vocaloids are very busy, and we are high in demand, because we are so varied, and bilingual." Miku said cheerfully. "That's still a lot of songs, and it must be hard to remember so many of them!" Harry said thoughtfully.

"We have very good memories. So we can remember the lyrics to almost any of our songs." Kaito said with a shrug. "I wish that more of your songs were in English, though." Ron grumbled. "We can translate them for you, but some of them might not flow as well, and others have to be in Japanese." Miku stated happily. "An example of one that has to remain in Japanese is "Dream Meltic Halloween", because the English lyrics are unable to be sung." Kaito added. "Can't you guys sing one of them in English for us, at the least?" Ron grumbled. "Fine. I will sing the English lyrics of Broken Rain." Kaito sighed softly.

Pitter, patter, raindrops fall

I just stare at them blankly
They play a monotonous sound

Raindrop sound rings
Again and again

Gently, softly raindrops beat upon my skin
They drip and moisten
They are like a music box melody
Repeating again and again

Speckle, sprinkle, raindrops fall

I mutter a word
The rain takes it gently

It rains today again
As if to blot it all out

In a space a dripped sound echoes
Footstep sounds disappear
I cry out a word
But it also is drowned out in vain

The sound you let me hear that day is no longer here
And broken pieces scatter

"Does that satisfy you, Ron-san?" Kaito asked the red haired teen, politely. "Yeah, it does." Ron muttered. "Okay. But we should get some rest. We do have class tomorrow!" Miku said cheerfully. "Great, we have potions tomorrow." Akaito groaned. "Yep." Kaiko giggled.

OnO

The next morning was bright and sunny, and I mentally laughed, knowing that my brother, Akaito, was dreading potions class. Ron-san had told me that we had that class with the Slytherins, which meant that Zeito-nii, Taito-nii, and Meiko-nee were in that class with us. I wonder who they would choose to work with. I knew that I would not work with Akaito-nii. I walked into the common room, to see that Kaiko-imouto was bouncing excitedly, while Rin-san seemed to be plotting, and Akaito-nii was half asleep. "Excited about class?" I asked with a chuckle. "Hell no. we have potions." Akaito grumbled, as he shot me a glare. "Absolutely!" Kaiko cheered. "Can't wait to start some mayhem with our new friends." Rin said with an evil laugh.

"Well, we should get to the Great Hall, so that we can eat breakfast." I stated with a smile. The others followed me, and we quickly made it to our destination. When other students joined us, we all talked to them to find out about the different teachers, and the way things were at Hogwarts. "We can never keep a Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher for more than a year. They always have to leave for some reason." Lee Jordan told me. He was on of Fred and George's friends, and I was on friendly terms with them. "Strange." I said thoughtfully. "Some people are beginning to think that the post is jinxed." Fred continued. "That is interesting." I agreed. They then told me what they knew about the other teachers, and I listened. When we finally started class, we began with Transfiguration, then D.A.D.A, Charms, and Potions.

OnO

In, potions class, Professor Snape, was just as bad, as Harry had said. I did well enough, even though I had a boy named Neville Longbottom as a partner. Harry-san was mediocre, and Akaito-nii did terrible, making us lose house points. Zeito-nii, and Taito-nii partnered up, doing well, in class, but they weren't the best. Meiko-nee was paired with some Draco Malfoy kid. I could tell that Meiko could care less about her grades, and the Malfoy kid looked affronted when he realized that. Kaiko-imouto paired up with Hermione, and they did the best. Mostly because Hermione knew what she was doing, and was the best in every class. "Mr. Akaito Shion, you are worse at this class than Mr. Longbottom. It's your first day, and you already melted 3 cauldrons. I don't think losing house points is getting the message through, so you have detention with me, tonight after the evening meal." Professor Snape sneered at my brother.

"Detention already! That is so unfair!" Akaito-nii muttered in Japanese. I shook my head with slight amusement, and watched as Hermione tried to help him get the potion right. After class, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Malfoy, Zeito, Taito, Kaiko, Akaito, and the rest of our class went to D.A.D.A class. The teacher was the opposite of Professor Snape in almost every way. Professor Snape was ACTUALLY a competent teacher who knew what he was doing, where as Professor Lockheart released Cornish Pixies, and did not know how to get rid of them. He had even bragged about his fame, not even minutes before that.

Lockheart left us students alone to get rid of them, as he fled the classroom, and the only ones left were Meiko-nee, Zeito-nii, Neville, Kaiko-imouto, Akaito-nii, Harry, Ron, and myself. That also proved that he was irresponsible in my opinion. It seemed that Hermione had a crush on him though. She refused to see how incompetent he really was. "That Professor Lockheart doesn't know anything about this. I wonder how much of the books he made up, or stole credit from other people." Zeito muttered to me as we walked out.

"Most likely all of it. But even he has to have some sort of thing he's good at." I muttered back. "I have to agree with Kaito-nii on that." Kaiko-imouto mumbled. "I agree, that man is definitely a fraud." Akaito-nii grumbled. Then we headed to Charms, and our next classes.

OnO

"Hey, Fred and George! What did you think of that Professor Lockheart guy?" I heard Rin and Len call as they ran up to the twin red heads. "He's definitely incompetent." Fred stated cheerfully. "The bloke has no clue what he is doing." George agreed. "He's an idiot, but even he has to have some kind of talent." I agreed. "Wow, you are talking badly about a teacher. And here we thought you would be a goody two shoes." Fred and George stated, switching about after every two or three words. "Even, I can see that he isn't fit to be a teacher." I snorted. "Hermione must have a crush on him, she says that maybe he wanted to see if we could deal with the Pixies on our own." Kaiko-imouto stated. "I think that she has too much faith that the teachers know what they are doing, when it is clear he doesn't." I sighed.

"That must be it." Ron grumbled. "Well, we have homework that needs to get done. Then we should write a letter to Masu... I mean our Guardian." I said calmly. "Do we really have to do homework?!" Rin whined. "Yes. If you want to do well in class you have to do the homework. And I am sure that you don't want our f-father to hear that you haven't been doing it." I stated firmly. "I did it in class." Len sighed, "So, I'll help Rin with hers." "Alright, but don't let her copy your homework, Len. She needs to learn this stuff, and copying won't help." I stated. 'Even though it technically will, since we are VOCALOIDS, I/he can't say that.' I knew that Len, Rin, and I were all thinking. "Did you finish your homework, Kaito-nii?" Kaiko asked me. "I did, so I want to grab Meiko, if she finished hers, and practice "Hurting for a Very Hurtful pain" later." I said calmly.

"You really want to hang out with a Slytherin?" Ron asked in obvious disgust. "Yes. We ARE singers, and friends, even before we learned about this school. That won't change because she is in a different house. You really need to grow up, Ron-san, if you think it will." Kaito stated coolly. "H-hey! Take that back! You have no right to say that! Slytherins are slimy, conceited, backstabbers." Ron growled. "You don't know all of them, so you can't say that. What you are doing is generalizing, and making biased comments." Kaito said with an angry frown.

"You know nothing about this school! So you are wrong." Ron grumbled. "That won't make me apologize, and it doesn't disprove my point." Kaito said crisply, as he walked away. "Did you see that Hermione! He called me immature! Can you guys believe that?!" Ron incredulously exclaimed to his friends. "Actually, he has a point Ron. So, I'm going to have to agree with Kaito-san on this one." Hermione said quietly. "What? You're taking his side on this, Hermione! After what they call you." Ron nearly shouted in shock.

"Well, you DID try to tell him that he could no longer be friends with someone only because they are a Slytherin." Hermione sighed. "Besides, Ron-san you don't really know Kaito-nii or Meiko-nee that well. Those two are really close. They were childhood friends, and Meiko-nee was there for Kaito-nii when he needed her the most." Rin said softly, as she watched her blue haired friend leave. "You don't know much about us, so you shouldn't say things like that to us. We aren't like you, and we happen to be close to each other, no matter what." Len said coolly.

"Besides that, Kaito-nii only snapped because you upset and hurt him." Miku murmured sadly. "I did? I didn't mean to do that, I was just surprised..." Ron mumbled, as his ears reddened. "You should think before you say something, or act then. Especially when you don't know a person that well." Akaito scolded Ron. "And if you hurt any of our family again, you WILL have us to contend with." Rin stated as she smiled evilly. "Guys, I think Rin is going Princess of Yellow, AKA Daughter of Evil..." Len mumbled uneasily, as the Vocaloids backed away from the female twin.

"Daughter of Evil? Is that some kind of code?" Ron asked. "It's one of her songs, and when she gets evil, she kind of re-enacts parts of it... Also, she plans to make her own Kingdom very like the song..." Len answered reluctantly. "I need to take over some pathetic country then it can all begin!" Rin cackled madly. Kaiko paled at the words and looked uneasy. "How did they trigger this so quickly and why?" Gakupo moaned. "Shut up peasant, or I will have you beheaded!" Rin cackled. "We need Kaito-nii and Meiko-nee, they are the only two that can snap her out of this..." Miku stated with a sweat drop.

"Why is that?" Ron asked fearfully. "Because they took her down in the song, even if she killed Miku-san, and all that." Luka answered, as she read a book. The two of them had walked over to their other friends. "Talking about Kaito-san, where is he?" Gakupo asked in curiosity. "He went to find Meiko-nee, before Rin became like this." Len said softly. "And Ron-san said something stupid and insensitive to Kaito-nii, and really upset him." Kaiko grumbled. "He did, eh? Look, the Muggles have a saying, "A house divided on itself, will fall" and no matter how you might feel that saying holds a lot of wisdom and truth." Gakupo stated coldly.

"Simply put, if a family, or a group of people in one area fight each other, eventually it will cause destruction to the entire group/family. We see each other as family, so we won't abandon one another over something as trivial as a "house" in a school." Luka snorted.

"Exactly. So, if you want to try, then give up. And maybe, you weren't a true friend in the first place." Akaito sighed. 'We can't tell them the truth about us. That much is obvious. We hate lying to our friends, but if they get upset about something like this, then we can't be friends. I guess we aren't meant to make human friends after all...' Akaito thought with a bit of wistful sadness. "Well, I think Rin and I have a prank to plan." Len nervously chuckled, which snapped his twin out of her Daughter of Evil mode. "That we do, Len-otouto!~" Rin sang happily.

"That was a surprise... She snapped out of it..." Gakupo mumbled, as he sweat dropped. "Well, I have a song to practice. Meiko-san also has to practice Twilight Homicide Song, before winter break." Luka sighed, as she walked off. "Oh! And I want to practice Dancing Samurai again! I love that song." Gakupo said happily. He too then left leaving Kaiko and Akaito with Ron, Hermione and Harry.

Odi: That was this chapter! I hope it you enjoyed it! As for pairings, if they are in this or later ones they will be not be a major part of the story. And then I would like to do cross-over pairings. In which case, the story would not exactly follow Harry Potter canon. But, please do NOT start fan wars! And do not try to use age as an excuse. VOCALOID has NO canon so age, appearance, etc. can be changed for the purpose of creativity. KAITO, MEIKO, LEON, LOLA, and MIRIAM have no set age. According to the company, Miku is 16, Rin and Len are 14, and Luka is 20.

Kaito: Odi-san plans to make more fanfictions after this one to go through the 3rd, 4th, and so on books of Harry Potter. Again, the story won't exactly follow canon.

Meiko: I barely had any time in this chapter.

Ron: Why am I a jerk?

Odi: Because Ron, you were kind of one in the books.

Everyone: We hope you enjoyed! Please leave a review!
