Oh and to Pipisparkle, no, I'm not planning on doing Shifu/Fenghuang romance...sorry:/ I just...no, I don't do it. Hope you continue liking the story though. Again, I apologize for that.

Chapter 5

-Busted

Tigress knew Po was suspecting something. She knew it. And she wished she could tell him, she really did, but what would she tell him,

'hey Po, so you are right; the truth is that I'm training with Fenghuang, but don't worry she won't kill us this time!' Tigress chuckled bitterly. Right, Po would totally understand it.

She sighed, she took some leftovers dumplings and ate them. She was standing in the kitchen when she picked up a noise.

"Po, you can come out" she said, but for Po, it sounded as an order. He stepped out of the hall and into the kitchen.

"Oh, hey Ti" Po tried to greet casually

"Why were you spying on me?" She asked, crossing her arms and giving him an intimidating look.

"I-you see- I-I forgot that I wanted some cookies, and you might probably take them, so I was just, you know, making sure you didn't eat them" he stuttered, Tigress cracked a small giggle.

"Right, you do know that I don't eat cookies right?" She asked, she was enjoying seeing the panda nervous. At the corner of her eye she saw that it was now sunset...

She widen her eyes,

'I'm going to be late!' She was thinking on how to go without Po thinking she was hiding something,

"well, I will let it pass this time, I'm going to go work out" She stated, then started walking outside. Po pretended that he stood there, but once he saw Tigress off to a distance, he started following her.

On the way to the village, he bumped into Mantis,

"Dude, where are you going?" Mantis asked him,

"Um, nowhere!" He ran away and make out the path Tigress was walking on. He followed her into the forest. He was panting. He was close behind the tiger, but trying to be as subtle as possible. Tigress stopped and Po hid behind some big rock. He peeked,

'What is Tigress doing here?" He wondered, then out of the sky, someone landed. Po covered his mouth, afraid a scream was going to come out otherwise.

"Fenghuang, what is she doing with Fenghuang?!'

Tigress bowed to Fenghuang. She started practicing some moves the owl had taught her.

"Good good Tigress, you are one of the best students-"

"FENGHUANG!" Tigress and Fenghuang turned around to see who had called her. Shifu and the others were there. Po came out of hiding, only to receive a glare from the tiger.

"Tigress, get away from her" Shifu ordered her. Tigress was mad, extremely completely full-on mad.

"No!" She answered, her friends seemed shocked. She was never one to argue with Shifu, she was the obedient one.

"Tigress, if you know what is correct, you will step away" Shifu said, getting on his staff. The other five where watching what was going on between them, almost forgetting about the owl's existence.

"Like I know what is correct or not" She spit out sarcastically. Fenghuang was smiling behind her. Po knew this was not the Tigress he loved...well, kind of. This Tigress was confused and insecure, or maybe the opposite, she was determined. Maybe Tigress had found something she always wanted.

"What are you talking about?! Tigress, I have always told you what is correct" Shifu exclaimed. But truly, he was scared and worried for Tigress.

"No you don't. All I ever get is criticism.. well guess what? I'm tired of it! At least once I would have liked to know that I did well! That my training was paying off!" She yelled. Right now there seem to be no problem going on outside of Shifu and Tigress...it seemed they were the enemies.

Shifu gulped and looked at his student. For the first time, he really looked at her. She was just a girl. A girl who has been through harsh events. A girl who has dedicated her life to kung fu...and for what, he realized, so that he can always tell her she could do better? He gulped.

"Tigress...I'm sorry" Tigress wanted to yell at him, to tell him what she felt, but she didn't. Because wanted it or not, he was her master. He was the person who adopted her. Tigress was looking at her master, her eyes trying to find any hint of insincerity.

Fenghuang stopped smiling, she was losing the tiger! She quickly to a small bottle she kept on her vest. She opened it and she send the liquid flying into the feline.

Everyone was too caught up into the scene too noticed the liquid was a potion. Tigress felt her mind wiped away. She closed her eyes, her ears were ringing. She clasped her hands to her ears, trying to stop the noises from burning her ears.

The rest saw this and looked at Fenghuang, they started attacking her. Viper and Monkey caught her wings, but Fenghuang didn't try to fly away. She started laughing. Po went over to Tigress's side, she was on her knees.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER!?" Shifu yelled,

"Nothing compared to what she will do to you" They all had confused looks on their faces,

"Umm, Master?" Po muttered, Tigress had stopped struggling. She looked up, and immediately Po could tell that this was not Tigress. Tigress took out her claws, and Po started to back away,

"Tigress?" He whimpered. Tigress started sending punches and kicks towards the panda. The five let go of Fenghuang and started to run to aid their friend.

"Tigress stop it!" Viper shouted, but Tigress faced towards her, and with one quick and complicated kick, she knocked the snake out. Mantis jumped and tried to hit her pressure points, but before he got a chance to even touch her fur, Tigress send a powerful punch towards the insect.

Crane and Monkey didn't do any better. Meanwhile, Fenghuang was fighting with Shifu.

Tigress face the panda and smiled.

"Hello panda" She said as she started to walk slowly towards him. Po knew that Tigress was going to be able to defeat him, so he started walking backwards.

"Umm, Tigress. Please don't kill me! This is not you!" Po said, Tigress laughed.

"Oh but I am" She answered.

"Tigress, please, snap out of it. I need you!"

"Don't you dare say that panda! You might have been able to foolish me and make me fall for you in the past, but right now I can see things clearly. You would never love me! Much less need me!" She broke a nearby bamboo and send it flying in his direction. Po widen his eyes, what a weird way to find out that his crush liked him.

"Tigress, no, you are wrong"

"Oh Dragon Warrior, believe me, I'm not." Po was growing scared, the look on her face was one to kill...and to make it worse, he didn't have anywhere else to run.

"Yes you are!" Po replied teasingly. Tigress grimaced, she made the same expression she always did whenever Po annoyed her. Po smiled, at least he knew she was still in there.

"Am not!"

"Uh-hu"

"No"

"Yes"

"Ugh, whatever panda," She got on her fighting stance, "Any last words Dragon Warrior" Po bit his lip and then drew his eyes to hers,

"I love you" Tigress raised her eyebrow,

"Ok" She answered indifferently, and she still delivered the final blow, but before it hit him, she felt something. She blinked a couple times to make sure it was there, her eyes started to focus on the image in front of her, Po. She started taking in what was happening. Po was kissing her.

She smiled, and wrapped her arms around him. Whatever the potion did, was gone. Po felt her kissing back and he opened one of his eyes, she was there, the real Tigress was there. Man, was he glad, he was sure that he was going to get killed.

Shifu was fighting with Fenghuang, the owl stopped fighting when she saw them kissing, Shifu took advantage of this and send her crashing into the ground. he then walked to were Po and Tigress where.

"Ahem" They broke the kiss and see the source of the cough. The five plus Shifu and Fenghuang, who was tied up, were watching them. They both blushed.

"Well, now that Tigress isn't trying to commit murder, can we go back to sleep Shifu?" Mantis asked their master. Shifu nodded. The group started heading back to the palace, except for Monkey and Crane, who were sending Fenghuang to Chor Gom prison.

Tigress and Po where walking behind the group,

"Tigress, may I talk to you?" Shifu called. Tigress gulped but went to her master.

"Yes Master"

"Tigress, do you really feel like that?" Shifu asked, looking at ground, sadly. Tigress didn't know how to respond.

"I'm sorry master. I know that was not the right thing to do... I lost sight of what I really was, I apologize for putting you all in danger and" She started speaking, trying to tell him she was wrong, that that was selfish of her.

"Tigress, I'm proud of you" Her heart stopped beating, there was the only thing she wanted from him. Approval.

"And I should be the one sorry, Tigress. And Tigress, I'm very proud of you, because even when you were lost, the important thing is that you got back on track" He walked ahead of the group. And Tigress didn't expected anything else from him...actually, she never expected anything from him. So she was more than satisfied. He, like her, weren't people of words. She sighed in relief that she was fine now, that she wasn't doubting any more.

Someone wrapped their arms around her. She recognized the soft arms.

"Po"

"Tigress, I love you" He whispered to her ear, Tigress blushed. She turned her body around, so that she was facing him.

"I love you too Po" The panda gave her one of his biggest smiles and kissed her, wanting to never let go of her.

Uhhhhhh. Please review and tell me what you think...I will publish another story soon (Karlita11, I have to get this out of my way so that I cans start working on the one you suggested, so). SO yeah, bye, I have to go think about this story,I originally didn't plan to end it like that so...
