Chapter 7: Relationships

Blake walked through the hall of the dorm section of the school, her nose in a book but still aware of where she was walking. She was done with her classes for the day, so she had some time to herself before her team would arrive and basically destroy the silence. She made it to her door and was about to unlock it when she felt a pair of arms wrap around her waist, and a very developed chest press against her back. Blake smiled and greeted "Hello Pyrrha. Out of class already?" Blake felt Pyrrha rest her chin on her shoulder and reply "Yes. I just thought I would pay my little kitty cat some attention."

Blake rolled her eyes, and always did when Pyrrha referred to her as her 'kitty cat' since Blake told Pyrrha she was a Faunus. Pyrrha didn't seem to mind that she was Faunus, in fact, she very much enjoyed scratching at Blake's ears. "You know I don't like that nickname." Blake proclaimed as she opened her door. Blake felt Pyrrha's arms slip from around her waist as she walked in, but didn't bother closing the door since she knew Pyrrha was right behind her. Blake set her book on her nightstand and was about to remove her jacket, but Pyrrha was already on that.

Blake smiled as she looked at the hands that were bred for battle slowly undo the buttons on her jacket. Blake felt the jacket leave her shoulders and she turned to see Pyrrha toss the jacket onto the dresser. Blake reached out and started to unbutton Pyrrha's jacket, taking time like her girlfriend had with her. "So have you told your team about us?" Pyrrha questioned as Blake slid her jacket off. "I haven't gotten the chance to. I really don't think that they would mind that we're together." Blake responded as Pyrrha wrapped her arms around her.

"Do you really think that they'll be okay with us?"

Blake wrapped her arms around Pyrrha's neck and responded "Yes dear. Everything will be fine." Pyrrha smiled and reached up, slipping Blake's bow from her ears and allowing them to wiggle freely. Pyrrha put the bow on the dresser with her jacket and commented "Your ears are just so cute." Blake knew what that meant, Pyrrha reached up and started to scratch behind her ears. Blake buried her face into Pyrrha's shoulder and began to purr from her ears being scratched.

Blake started to move the two until they fell onto her bed, Blake being on top. Blake started to kiss Pyrrha's neck as Pyrrha intertwined her hand with Blake's hair, and then proceeded to pull Blake away. "Ah, ah, ah. You know the rules." Pyrrha whispered in Blake's ear. Blake smirked since she knew that Pyrrha preferred to be in control of the situation, but Blake knew what Pyrrha liked. Blake ignored Pyrrha's grip on the back of her head and grabbed Pyrrha's other arm, pinning it over Pyrrha's head.

Blake applied a bit of a twist on Pyrrha's wrist until she let go of Blake's hair with a smirk. "Yes dear, I do know the rules, but I know what you like." Blake whispered into Pyrrha's ear as she grabbed her other wrist. Blake took both of Pyrrha's wrists into one hand and started unbuttoning her blouse with the other hand. Blake couldn't help but notice Pyrrha lick her lips as she started take her blouse off. Blake slid off one arm and slid it down the other, using it to tie Pyrrha's wrists together.

"I know you like it when I have complete control over you… when I'm dominating you." Blake whispered as she sat up and started to unbutton Pyrrha's blouse. Blake stared at her girlfriend's supple chest, her body was warm and soft as Blake ran her hands all along Pyrrha's body. "So what are you going to do to me?" Pyrrha questioned as Blake lowered herself onto her. "Whatever I want." Blake whispered before she pressed her lips to Pyrrha's. The two were enjoying the moment, until the door to the room opened with Ruby proclaiming "Yeah, I've got the plans for Crescent Rose right…"

Pyrrha and Blake looked to the door to see Ruby standing in the doorway with Angel's boyfriend, Nickoli standing behind her. The room was filled with an awkward silence as the duos stared at each other with red face. Nickoli slowly put his hand in front of Ruby's face and proclaimed "We'll come back later." Nickoli slowly shut the door, still leaving Blake and Pyrrha in an uncomfortable silence. "Well that was awkward." Pyrrha proclaimed. "So what do you want to do now?"

Blake turned back to Pyrrha and replied "I want to have some fun with my girlfriend." Pyrrha smiled as Blake lowered himself back down and the two started to kiss once again.

Ruby walked with Nickoli through the halls in an uncomfortable silence after their run in with Blake and Pyrrha. "Well that was… different." Ruby proclaimed, finally breaking the silence. "I didn't know that Blake or Pyrrha was…" Ruby kinda trailed off after that statement, so Nickoli finished "Gay? I can't believe that she hadn't told you."

"Wait, you knew about it?"

"Yeah. Blake and Pyrrha went with me, Angel, Deadpool and Lilith on a big group date a little while back. I figured that they would have told you after that."

Ruby shook her head and exclaimed "They didn't tell us. Do you think they would have thought we would support them with their relationship?" Nickoli shrugged and replied "Maybe. So what was the project that you wanted to show me?"

"Right! Just follow me."

Ruby skipped ahead and Nickoli followed her out of the school and into the forest. Nickoli was starting to wonder what her project was, until something big started to move in the forest. Ruby stopped and exclaimed "I have a robot friend who is in need of repairs. I figured that you were the best one to help fix him." Nickoli raised an eyebrow and replied "Yeah, so why are we in the forest?" Ruby pulled on a chain on her shirt and brought a whistle out of her shirt.

She brought the whistle to her lips and blew, but there was no sound coming from the whistle. The forest, however, exploded with the sound of something charging through the trees… and coming right at them. Nickoli looked to Ruby to see her spin around and face the direction of the crashing. They waited for a minute when some… thing… rise from the trees and stop just short of Ruby. Nickoli's jaw hit the floor as he stared at the giant metal Tyrannosaur that was focused on Ruby.

Ruby held out her arms and wrapped them around the mech's snout while she cheered "Grimmy!" Ruby climbed up the giant's head until she sat in between its eyes and began scratching. "Who's a good giant dinosaur?" She cooed in a pet voice as the dino's foot slammed against the ground. "Who's a good giant dinosaur?" Nickoli put his face into his palm and shook his head until 'Grimmy' replied "Me good Dinobot!" Nickoli's jaw dropped as Ruby replied "Yes you are! Yes you are!"

"That thing talks?!" Nickoli barked, alerting the T-rex to his presence. Grimmy took a step closer to Nickoli and growled "Who you?"

"N-n-Nickoli."

"Me Grimlock, King of Dinobots!"

Grimlock then threw his head into the air and roared while a column of flames shot out of his maw. Nickoli could barely hear Ruby's cheer of joy as Grimlock brought his head back down. "So how am I supposed to help Grimlock?" Nickoli questioned. Ruby updated "Grimlock here got into a fight a little while back and got hurt. I think there's something inside his workings that's making some pretty nasty sounds. Since I'm more of an engineer and not an expert in robotics, I need you to help Grimlock out!" Nickoli shrugged and replied "Alright, show me where he got hit and I'll see what I can do."

Ruby cheered again and jumped off of Grimlock, who then laid onto his stomach and rolled onto his side. Nickoli could see the holes in Grimlock's side as he climbed up the massive bot, and none of them looked good. "What hit this poor guy? Waste of good machinery." Nickoli exclaimed as he looked through the holes in Grimlock's side. "Rockets, from an Atlesian Paladin." Ruby updated as she looked over Nickoli's shoulder. "His internal motors and mechanisms don't appear to be damaged other than some discoloration. You took these hits like a champ big guy." Nickoli exclaimed as he poked around Grimlock's insides.

Nickoli continued to look around until he saw what might have been the problem, there was a dud of a warhead stuck between a set of mechanisms. "Hang on Big Guy. I think I've found the problem." Nickoli exclaimed as he reached into the Dinobot. Nickoli gripped the warhead and thought "I really hope that this thing doesn't go off when I pull it out." Nickoli took a deep breath and gave a strong yank, pulling the warhead free and fell off of Grimlock. Nickoli hit the ground and saw Grimlock's shape start to transform in a mess of moving metal parts, and Ruby was jumping from piece to piece until it stopped.

Where Grimlock stood as a T-red, was now replaced by a giant robot with Ruby sitting on half of a T-rex skull. "Me Grimlock KING!" Grimlock bellowed into the sky as Ruby hung onto his shoulder. Grimlock's piercing red eyes moved to Nickoli and the Dinobot knelt down in front of him. "Me owe metal man one." Grimlock grumbled as he held out a finger. "No problem Big Guy." Nickoli exclaimed as he 'shook' Grimlock's finger.

"Yay!" Ruby cheered from Grimlock's shoulder. "Friends!"

Angel was walking the halls of Beacon, heading towards the arena since some of the professors wanted to see her capabilities. Apparently, Sirens had never been seen on this planet, which is understandable since there were only six in the universe. She was supposed to go up against a team, but she forgot which one since it really wasn't important. The only thing she had to worry about was going overboard and accidentally kill the team. She entered the arena wearing a black shirt and blue jeans with her sword on her hip.

There was a small crowd around the arena comprised of students, also Deadpool and Lilith were sitting in the stands as Angel made her way to the center. "Today, students, we have a special match set up." Professor Goodwitch exclaimed. "We will get to see a Siren, a mystical warrior, in action. Pay close attention and you might learn something." Professor Goodwitch looked to Angel and exclaimed "You will be facing Team CRDL, and please remember that you are not to kill them." Angel nodded and replied "Understood ma'am." Angel pushed a few buttons on the device on her wrist

Her suit digistructed around her, her helmet closing around her head and left her Siren arm free. Team CRDL emerged from their corner with weapons in hand, Cardin Winchester taking the lead with his mace over his shoulder. "One girl against four guys?" Cardin questioned. "Hardly seems fair." Angel drew her blade and exclaimed "Indeed it is not. You will require more help. Because you will lose." Those comments clearly didn't make Cardin or the rest of Team CRDL happy since all of them had scowls on their face.

Angel held up her arms and questioned "Left, or right?" Cardin raised an eyebrow and responded "What?"

"Left… or right?"

Cardin shrugged and replied "Okay. Left, the hand without the sword." A " : )" holo appeared on Angel's helmet as she replied "Wrong choice." Angel sheathed her blade as Professor Goodwitch exclaimed "All of you know the rules. The fight will end when either side is unable to continue. Ready… begin!" Deadpool and Lilith waited in anticipation for the fight to begin. "They really chose the wrong choice." Deadpool chuckled as Angel easily dodged the swings from Team CRDL. "Seriously. The blade would have been easier… now they have to face Phase Quake." Lilith added.

Angel did a back flip over Cardin's mace and her tattoos started to flare a bright light blue. As soon as Angel's hand landed on the ground, it began to frost. She threw her hand as she landed and sent a trail of ice spikes towards Cardin, who promptly dodged it, but just barely. Russel charged Angel from one side while Dove charged from the other in attempts to flank Angel. She redirected one of Russel's dagger swings while dodging Dove stab, and then promptly delivered two strikes to each of their guts.

Both of them doubled over and Angel grabbed their collars, slamming their heads together. She dropped them and redirected her attention to Sky, who was charging her with his halberd. Angel knew weapons, and weapons like halberd relied on reach which was a bit of a disadvantage. Sky swung his reach weapon, giving Angel the opportunity to move forward and catch the swing. Sky was surprised as Angel swung and clocked him across the face.

Sky faltered and Angel yanked on his weapon, then delivered a knee to his gut. Sky doubled over and Angel then delivered a knee to his nose, knocking him to his back. Angel side stepped Cardin's mace smash which she heard coming from a mile away. She struck the bends of his arms, forcing him to let go of his weapon, and delivered an onslaught of strikes to vital points. She predominantly struck his face, neck and legs, bringing him to his knees.

Angel would have delivered a kick to Cardin's face, but Russel rushed her and forced her to abandon her attack. She back flipped away from Russel's attacks, probably trying to force her into an attack from Dove, who was prepared to swing. Angel smirked as she put a little more bounce into her last spring and jumped over Dove and his attack, landing right behind him. Angel threw an icy punch that sent Dove flying into Russel and dropped them. Angel stood up straight and looked at Team CRDL as they gathered themselves together and prepped to charge her again.

Angel rolled her shoulders and began to laugh, like nearly hysterically laugh in sheer amusement as Team CRDL looked at each other with confused looks. "This fight… has just been… too funny." Angel laughed. "You four… are JOKES! I mean… really! Phew… too good. Well, time to end it." Angel held up her arms and her tattoos began to flare their bright blue color. Cardin barked "I don't care about what your freak tattoos do! You're going down!" He charged her, but she swung her hand and sent a blizzard gust that sent Cardin flying back.

Wind began to pick up around her and the temperature began to drop as snow started to form. Team CRDL braced themselves against the wind, but it did very little as the wind began to pick up. Angel's ice wings formed on her back as the wind picked up enough to drag Team CRDL into the blizzard vortex and spin them around. "This… is… over!" Angel shouted as she threw her arms forward and threw Team CRDL into a wall. Not enough to kill them, but they would be in a bit of pain.

Angel calmed the storm as Professor Goodwitch chattered "A-a-a-a-as you c-c-c-c-c-can see, S-s-s-s-sirens are v-v-v-very powerful. T-t-t-t-that will b-b-b-b-be all." Everyone pretty much moved as quickly as they could out of the freezing arena, except for Deadpool and Lilith, who were sitting very close together. Angel hit the switches on her armor and it digistructed away, leaving her in her civilian garb. She looked around the arena to see Team CRDL trying to get themselves up, leaving Angel with a smug smile as she walked out of the arena with a kick in her step.
