Ok here we go guys :D preparation and round one, also you'll find this iron banner is nothing like the real iron banner in destiny where it's just a man slaughter. This one will be more of a team death match where each player has one life and stuff like that. You'll see how it all works afterwards. OK IMA SHUT UP NOW AND LET THE STORY PLAY OUT :D cya at the end.

-in the main plaza-

The speaker stands up and looks at all the guardians below him.

A fully armored titan in silver and gold armor walks up next to the speaker and speaks in a booming voice. "I AM LORD SALIDIN, HOST OF THE IRON BANNER...I will now state the rules of this tournament."

The guardians below shuffle their feet and one with the clan tag "B35T" cleans out one of his ears after hearing the loud voice.

"THE RULES ARE SIMPLE AND COMPLEX."

"Rule one: each guardian has one life but can be revived once if that guardian was revived in under 30sec."

"Rule two: There are 8 teams and so there will be three rounds, you will each receive a number and be placed against your opponent on this scoreboard"

"Rule three: unlike all other crucible matches there will be no radar and only one heavy ammo spawn."

"Rule four: only one exotic allowed if any at all"

"Rule five: LAST RULE, every team will have a team captain and a relic holder. I will now explain those roles, the relic holders will have a small glowing relic on them and the one that does gets super energy faster, and has a radar. If the relic is stolen and combined with the other relic the team with the combined relic automatically wins and gets to be super charged at the beginning of the next round. There will be no relics on the final round. Lastly the team captain, the team captain is the only one who can revive people so keep them safe, also the team captain can communicate with all other guardians within the same team through intercoms."

"THAT IS ALL THE RULES GUARDIANS, THE IRON BANNER WILL START IN FIVE HOURS."

He turns and walks away with the speaker and everyone standing there starts to look at one another.

A lone guardian in black and red armor with a shredded cloak walks away followed by two guardians in the same blood red and black steel colors,a titan taking up the rear and the warlock in the mid, walking behind their hunter leader.

The B35T clan all start chanting loudly and walk off towards the bar.

Then we see a team like ours, a mix of everyone with their own unique gifts and skills walking towards us.

Their awoken leader starts talking with stacie and the rest of us stare at the other team.

"..."

"So... Is anyone gonna say anything?" Jace asks obviously bothered by the silence.

One of the female hunters on the other team steps forward and looks at Jace up and down before speaking. "Have patience Jace, patience and time..." She says before her and her teammates walk away with their leader winking at stacie and leaving.

I look to ask Jace what that was all about when I see him walking towards his workshop.

After following him and walking inside I see the workshop trashed and blueprints scattered all around, and Jace leaning on a wall.

"Ben?" He asks quietly

"Yea it's me buddy."

"I'm guessing your here to ask what that was all about?"

I nod slowly and he turns around.

"Remember those exotics I was talking about?"

"Well my dad kinda had one before it was a exotic and its name changed over the years, he named it "Patience and Time" a sniper rifle with slender bullets and foliage over the scope, a sniper's dream... He had it but he was murdered and it was stolen."

"I've suspected an awoken this whole time and that right there assures it."

"Patience and Time is a thousand times better then what I made..."

I start to laugh.

"What's so funny?" He asks with a confused look on his face.

"The gun you made will blow them away, isn't that what you said?"

"And you meant it right?"

He nods slowly.

"Then yours will be awesome I know it will."

I turn to leave and Jace puts a hand on my shoulder.

"Thanks Ben and also you can have the gun, it's not really my style." he says before handing me the gun.

I take it and smile "Thank you Jace I won't let you down."

I walk out and place the gun on my back.

-five hours later-

"NOW THAT EVERYONE WHOS PARTICIPATING IS READY AND THE TEAMS HAVE CHOSEN THEIR ROLES WE WILL BEGIN" he booms before we're all teleported.

My team and I wake up on Venus, in a small jungle area with a river flowing towards a talk vex building in the distance.

We gather round and start talking strategy.

"We need to get to that tower as fast as possible and we need to get Jace and Lynda to a high point on the tower because Jace is our sniper and Lynda is our team leader so she can revive Jace if he goes down, as for us we will be around the tower on the ground floor and will have to keep our guard up, since we can't revive."

"Last but not least we need Ruby to stay as close to Ben as possible since she's the relic holder she needs protection and since Ben can revive himself he can protect her best."

"Ready? GO."

As we race through the forest i silently pray no one else is there yet.

Seeing the building come into view gave us hope, until a single silent trail of blue energy pierced beta's armor and stacie tackled him to the side and yelled for us all to take cover.

Me and Jace landed next to eachother behind a bush and looked towards the top of the tower before us.

"See anything?" I say turning toward him to see him already looking around.

"Nothing..."

"It's like he isn't even there..."

"Or like he's invisible..." Jace finishes and his eyes go wide.

"What is it?"

"It's her the awoken from before... She mentioned Patience and Time... It's a arc exotic sniper rifle and when you scope in you become invisible..."

"Oh damn" I say quietly and keep looking around.

After a minute of thinking I ask "How can we beat it?"

"When it's fired the person is briefly exposed and visible again, but one shoot can finish you and the only reason beta is still alive is because he's a titan."

"Ok then I have a plan..."

"Jace you snipe her while I go be a distraction, I know if anyone can do it you can."

"Ben it's to risky don't-"

But I was already gone running toward the building.

As I'm running I look up around the top of the tall tower and pull out my shot gun

"Let's try this"

I turn a corner and see two titans running full force at me with glowing shields of blue arc energy.

"Shit" I jump up and fire two shots at them and hardly out a dent in there shields.

My wings sprout and I fly up to the ceiling and grab on.

One of them looks up and throws a pulse grenade at me and the other fires with a Doctor Nope auto rifle.

Being hit in the back with a spray of bullets hurt like a mother fucker but they didn't kill me cuz Doctor Nope has no impact.

I turn and fire twice, killing the one who through the grenade and damaging the other one.

I aim at the other one and fire but nothing comes out.

"Fuck..."

He looks at me and points his gun slowly.

He pulls the trigger but before he can hit me beta comes out of no where yelling his head off and shoulder charges into him sending him flying at a wall and crumpling like a rag doll.

"YEA BETA THAN-" and then I get hit in the chest with a blue bullet and fall over dead.

Before everything goes black i see beta get hit with one as well and his head had a bullet hole where his eye was and he slumps over.

I close my eyes slowly accepting my fate.

"... That's it? You're done?"

"Who said that?" I ask looking around in the darkness

Lynx flies forward to of it being more of a bone white then pure white and having three glowing dots where his eye was.

"It's me your ghost."

"Wake up Ben, remember think of flames."

"Flames huh?"

My eyes snap open and I jump high into the air with wings of fire and fly to where I saw the bullet come from.

Another bullet lands in my shoulder and my coat of flames is gone and I fall from the sky and land halfway up to where the sniper is.

She jumps down and lands on my chest, digging her knife into my other shoulder pinning me to the wall.

I attempt to head butt her but I miss and she slams my head into the wall.

"Die her-" and then she's cut off by a bullet through the head and a hole in the wall next to my ear.

She slumps over and falls and I see Jace smiling from far away.

Then I notice it... A glowing white, blue-ish orb on the ground next to her.

"Their relic... "

I pick it up and wave it over my head and run to my team putting their relic with ours and a loud voice echoes in our heads.

"VICTORY"

We cheer and laugh as everyone who died is brought back and beta still has a missing eye.

Back at the tower everyone drinks and has a good time while we look at the scoreboard.

"Our next opponent is B35T"

"AND WE'LL CRUSH EM" beta shouts and we all raises our glasses to that.
