oh my god, I'm soo sorry it's been so Long since I've updated and when I checked my documents they were all gone! Ahhh I'm crying so much right now!

I'm going to try to take this in a kind of different direction because all week I've thought of a fanfiction where Tsuna is in a famous band but in normal life he's mute and his band knows and tries to help him, also I have changed some of the time line instead of reborn being there at age 14 he'll be there about 16

I have the perfect songs that I think would be perfect for Tsuna in this fanfic sorry to those hoping for otherwise ? oh, and I reread my other chapter and I noticed I had written that I'd update in a few weeks so sorry to the people waiting oh and yes anyone can call me yu-chan or anything else but not anything mean it'll hurt my feelings, kinda sad right now, my boyfriend cancelled on me and today was the day I was going to have my first kiss! Grrrr! But it's fine.

I'll be kinda busy though I'll actually try to update! Thank you all for being patient, I love you all for doing that and thank you

~Tsuna pov~

Clouds humbled the sky in a slow drift. Birds perched silently. The neighborhood was mute.

An alarm sprang to life.

'Briiiii-'

Tsuna sat up-right, careful with his injuries. Mindfully, he sighed. Some of the bandages needed to be replaced. Sighing again, he stood and walked towards the wardrobe and removed the first-aid kit, re-bandaging his stomach, his hand, his foot, and his shoulder—he grunted as he went.

Putting the first-aid box back and putting the bloody bandages in his secret compartment in his bag, he looked at the clock.

It showed: 5:38.

Silently scolding himself he knew if he didn't hurry up he'd be late and would chance having to see his 'family'

'No thank you,' Tsuna frowned in thought.

Tsuna quickly pulled on his baggy orange jumper, storing everything he would need in his bag, he began silently leaving the house, making sure that his door and footsteps didn't make a sound, lest he wake his brother or let nana hear him.

Tsuna jumped, looking around, then straight at the tree right next to the house, not seeing anything, he rubbed his neck and began walking towards his destination.

~Reborn pov~

Reborn, who was in the tree, had an interested stare, a little shocked. He hadn't let out any threatening vibes.

"Interesting, let's see how the younger brother does," he muttered.

He rearranged himself more comfortably. By the looks of it the other brother wouldn't be for awhile.

Pulling out a vanilla colored folder which had 'Sawada' printed on it and a big red-lettered CONFIDENTIAL stamp printed parallel across its' face.

Beginning to read, he recounted what he'd read numerous times before about the Sawada twins:

Personality: Quiet, kind, weak, low self asteem; meek

Tsunayoshi Sawada is known as stupid, is easily bullied, doesn't fight back, disappears at certain times, is constantly bullied by his family, and has been seen with bandages wrapped around his body. Should be looked for if not seen every three hours unless on birthdays, where he will walk around town till end of day. Should also not be left alone with Sawada Nakutsu, and NEVER allowed alone with Nakutsu and his friends, or serious injuries will be had.

While Reborn was shocked by the report initially, this being the fourth time he'd read over it, he needed to remain serious and take this seriously. Before coming here he had talked to the officer in charge of keeping track of Tsunayoshi, and what the man had told him shocked even him. He hoped with him under watch Tsuna would not go through any more near death experiences.

Shaking his head he began reading the second file.

Sawada Nakutsu

Age:16

Gender: Male

School- Namimori

Parents

Mother: Sawada Nana

Occupation- house wife

Father: Sawada Iemitsu

Occupation- leader of CEDEF

Older brother: Sawada Tsunayoshi

Personality- Rude, mean, brash, strong, abusive and loud

Nakutsu Sawada is cruel to his brother and secretly to others, has a mask in place which shows him as kind, generous, strong, protective and well-mannered individual, but in contrast to previous assumpetions he is someone who will turn into the worst some of us will ever see, on another note he also has anger-issues. Simply stated, he needs anger management before he kills his brother with whom he sees as generally inferior. He is popular in school while his brother is not.

Reborn was surprised when the man also gave him this, saying Iemitsu did not accept this and chose to write one himself, which most likely showed Nakutsu when he had his mask on, reborn could see that the man card deeply about Tsuna and yet felt a lot of hate for nakutsu, most likely because of the abuse the younger lays on the the older.

Reborn moved his legs, realizing again it would be a while. He could feel his chameleon friend getting comfy.

Two hours later he heard Nakutsu wake by the way he rolled out of bed and hit his head, making reborn chuckle, he had become more patient while he was stuck as a toddler and now that he was out of that cursed body, he could be slightly more care free than before. Not by much, mind you, he was still a hitman, he was just more... Gentle? Nice? Compassionate? ...

He paused in thought. A sort of ponderous frown marking his face...

Nah, he'd find the word later. Nakutsu was walking down the stairs.

~3rd person pov~

As Nakutsu walked into the kitchen, he sat down impatiently waiting for his food, complaining that it was his birthday and he wanted his favorites. Of course, they were already being placed down before him, as if he were a king.

He also complained about not wanting to see the dame freak all day, with Nana agreeing to appease her little angel (more like demon). Today Nakutsu was having his party with most of his friends and wanted this year to be the best, so no freaks allowed (he should look in the mirror sometime) he was hoping to convince the schools idol to drop her boyfriend and date him. After all, everyone loved him.

~with Tsuna- Tsuna's person pov~

After feeling the prickling on his neck stop Tsuna changed directions and began taking complicated turns from alleyway to alleyway that only a person who was lost or knew the way by heart could find. After stopping a few stores down a cramped alleyway, he walked towards a back door and knocked twice, then five and once. He then heard a beep and he was let in. He was about to shut the door when feminine looking arms circled around him and lifted him off the ground, squeezing him till he couldn't breath.

He had nearly passed out when he felt muscular arms gently pry him from the tight gripe, Tsuna sucked in a huge breath and began clutching to the arms that held him against their chest.

"You idiot! Are you trying to kill him!" A deep familiar voice yelled

"B-but I haven't seen him in ages. I-I'm so sorry tsu-kun, I couldnt control my happiness of seeing you again!" Another familiar, startled, soft voice admitted, hanging their head in shame. (Way too many adjectives.)

Tsuna just Silently creeped forward and wrapped his arms around their waist, speeding before letting go and pulling back, leading both people into a different part of the building.

The muscular one was Kurogane Crowakutru, though he looked rough and scary to others the people closest knew he was secretly very over-protective over his friends and even more if they were like Tsuna- small, cute and weak looking so he feels the need to protect him.

The feminine one was Fai Àsurala, though he looked weak he could snap people's wrist in half with simple twist of the hand, he had seen it once, it'd freaked him out a little but soon he'd got over it. I mean, he's met more dangerous people than that.

Tsuna turned opening the door to his right and saw three other man in the room, one of which is his school skylark, kyoya who held his palm out towards him, which he took and cuddle into the warmth of kyoya's chest, he felt kyoya's arms wrap around him which made him cuddle even closer, he sighed in content and turned in his arms to see the other to people in the room.

Sawagawa ryohei who was fiddling with his drum sticks, though he kept his eyes on Tsuna's movement. When he saw him wince he stood up and moved over to the pair. He nodded to the skylark and when he got a nod back, he placed his hands on Tsuna's stomach and shoulder and his hands glowed yellow before wound healed slowly. When he was finished, gave him a kiss on the forehead, a kind smile, and sat back down again—though still keeping an eye on the puffy haired teen.

Yamamoto takashi who was watching the pair smiled though he had a concerned look in his eye asked "Tsuna, you ok?" making sure he knew not to lie. Tsuna sighed and smiled, looking at Yamamoto he nodded and softly mouthed his answer 'I feel much better, thank you for asking, and thank you Ryouhei for healing me.'

*Flash back*

When they had first met Ryouhei had no idea he could heal and neither did Tsuna but after Tsuna accidentally gotten ran over by Ryouhei and his 'extreme' running, he than fell over and ended up with a broken hand which of course made him cry.

After seeing what he had done, Ryouhei began to panic after all he had made, what he thought had been a 11 year old boy cry and that was because after getting it scanned they found out the wrist had indeed been broken but so had been two parts in his hand, Ryouhei had try to soothe the kid, but nothing worked, probably because Ryouhei had been yelling but after quieting down he thought of what he did with his sister when she got hurt.

He pull the boy into his arms and began drawing circles into his back, the kid started to quiet down but he still had tears going down his face, before he realized what he was doing he began cooing to the boy and surprisingly the boy reacted in a good way. His tears started to subside. Ryouhei pressed his lips to the side of the kids head, before eventually, he stopped drawing circles on his back.

Ryouhei lifted the kids hand, saw the red blotched skin and hoped it would heal, suddenly his hand caught aflame, noticing it wasn't hurting them but was actually healing the boys hand, the kid was getting tickled by the flame and began to laugh softly, smiling at the no longer crying kid, he felt the heat leave his hand and checked the wound.

Seeing nothing wrong anymore, he began standing up with the kid and asked if he would mind coming to the hospital with him. Tsuna who was confused not noticing any injury on him still hopped on the gray haired boys back when he asked him too and held on till they got to the hospital.

'oh by the way my names Ryouhei to the extreme! what's yours?'

Tsuna giggled at ryouhei's extremeness.

For the third time in two years he began to speak'... Ts- Tsuna my name... Tsunayoshi'

That day had been the beginning of Ryouhei's flame and the beginning of a new pair of friends which would then turn into brothers.

*End of flashback*

Tsuna shook his head out of his memories, he heard a huff of amusement, looking up he saw kyoya looking at him with a kind smile. Tsuna snuggled closer barely leaving room between them, though it was obvious no one not even the others in the room minded. Kyoya brushed his fingers through Tsuna's thick brunet hair. Gently, he nudged Tsuna back a bit.

"Come on, let's go change, we don't wanna leave everyone waiting...again"

Tsuna blushed hiding in kyoya's arm, though he did let kyoya lead him toward the dress rooms, he could see Ryouhei, kurogane and Yamamoto checking for cameras or wires knowing there was a chance of them being there, which turned out to be correct as three wires and seven video cameras were found. Tsuna shuddered, knowing what they were looking for. Kyoya rubbed his back and kissed the side of his cheek, "Shh, it's ok, let's just get changed and and then you can sing."

Tsuna nodded, looked around once more than took off his clothing and putting on similar clothing as the rest of the males, bandages covering our arms till they reached their hands, his shoes black leather with tiny white bandages on the bottom edges his face as well as everyone else's was covered with bandages though not over the eyes and mouth, a fedora representing colors tide around the base. Tsuna- orange, Kyoya- purple, Yamamoto- blue, Ryouhei- yellow, Kurogane a red and Fai- light blue (they're not his guardians though friends, parents and protectors but not the reserved spots of the guardians )and t-shirts representing their symbol (etc kyoya -cloud) as well as tight jeans that showed off all the right places.

He and his friends stepped out and grabbed instruments and headed out a door that lead to a stage, with hundreds of people in it, kyoya whispered 'have fun' in his ear before taking place with a bass, Ryouhei on drums, Yamamoto on keyboard, Kurogane on guitar Fai and Tsuna singing up looked out in the crowd and saw people he knew, his heart speed up but Fai grabbed his hand and squeezed it, taking a deep breath he calmed squeezed Fai's hand back and he nodded to the others.

The bass started in the background and Tsuna lost him self in the beat, closing his eyes he opened his mouth out came a light beautiful sound, Tsuna began to sing their new song "missing".

T- 'Please, please Forgive me

But I won't be home again

Maybe someday you'll look up

And, barely conscious, you'll say to no one'

'Fai joined Tsuna on this line'

F+T- 'Isn't something missing?'

The drums picked up after that verse and set a good beat

T- 'You won't cry for my absence, I know

You forgot me long ago

Am I that unimportant...?

F- Am I that insignificant...?

T- Isn't something missing?

Isn't someone missing me?

F+T- even though I'm the sacrifice

You won't try for me, not now

Though I'd die to know you love me

T- I'm all alone

Tsuna voice drifted off letting the drums beat sway him along before he once again sang.

Please, please Forgive me

But I won't be home again

I breath deep and cry out

F+T- even though I'm the sacrifice

Though I'd die to know you love me

Both Fai's and Tsuna's voice drift off and the beat slowly came to a stop, the little cloud Tsuna went in when he sang popped when he heared the clapping and cheering, looking down blushing though no one could see it because of the bandages covering his face, kyoya gently grabbed his hand and led him down the stair case leading him towards the back room. The rest of his friends following behind, packing up the equipment while they went though they left the drums.

After relaxing for two hours and being sure there was no longer any fans they began to make their way out, Fai and kurogane walking together holding hands, Ryouhei and Yamamoto around kyoya and Tsuna protecting them from onlookers while kyoya had Tsuna held to his side.

They were all making their way to kyoya's house since it was the biggest and they Could all sleep there. They all stopped in front of what looked like a mansion, going in and taking off their shoes, they all went into the living room, kurogane sat on a two seater with Fai leaning on to him, Ryouhei and Yamamoto on the three seater and Tsuna and kyoya on the one seater with Tsuna nearly on his lap.

they spent the rest of the day watching movies, eating and at 8:34 began opening tsunas presents Ryouhei got him...a taser? When asked Ryouhei replied 'so if he gets attacked when we're not there he can protect himself which had the others nodding, kurogane and Fai had a combined present, it turned out to be a I-pod with 300 hundred songs that he knew he'd love and also added their songs onto it.

yamamoto got him multiple things in one, a new and improved first aid box, a new jacket and a new pair of shoes because his brother had reaked the last pair. Kyoya will be giving him his present later, after finishing opening presents he walked into the kitchen where the cake was being set up, when all the candles were lit up everyone began to sing happy birthday, once he blew out the candles they all headed to bed, kurogane and Fai together, Ryouhei and yamamoto in seperate beds and Tsuna and kyoya together.

Tsuna looked up from where he was cuddled into kyoya's chest, 'good night kyoya'

kyoya looked down smiling and kissed tsuna head while squezing him to his chest 'goodnight my love'

yuuki here, this one was longer than the rest which I'm so happy about, I've never done one this long hope everyone likes it, I'm sorry if people didn't like the way I've taken this story and sorry how late it's been, the rest of my story will still be in hiatus for awhile longer
