The scene is nineteen years before L. Waluigi Wario is six years old and is being raised in an increasing tense home in Gaming City. Waluigi Wario had just got into a fight with his neighborhood boys and he is starting to understand he's an Outsider.
"Daddy…" Waluigi said
"What!?" Screamed Waluigi's father
"I…got into a fight with…Dave and Sue again…"
"What did I tell you fighting those boys?!" His father yelled and took his hand and swung at Waluigi. Everything turned purple and his father's hand became very slow. Then his mother ran in a shiny light blue, she to is an Outsider. She grabs her husband's arm everything turned back to regular colors.
"What the fuck are you doing?!" He yelled then breaking free of her grasp he went to slap her. Once again everything went in slow motion but she didn't do anything.
"Waluigi, you are special use your power we have for good for everyone and not for just you,"
Everything turned normal as his hand reached her face. She fell to the ground.
The scene is ten years later, in that time his father has left his wife and two children and now is the most important moment of Waluigi's life. After a long eight years in poverty as a single mom trying to feed to feed two growing boys, both sixteen, Waluigi and Wario's mother is dying in her bed. They can't afford a hospital. Her last words are for her younger son, Waluigi. Everything turns purple.
"Waluigi…we are Outsiders. Don't be sad that I'm leaving…we are all leaving one day. Remember what I told you ten years ago?"
In tears "Yes mom… I'm special, I'll use your power we have for good for everyone and not for just myself,"
"Good boy…"
Everything turns normal colors. Waluigi's mother is dead.
The scene is a year after L. Waluigi is in a home outside the city. He is in his casual clothes and is at a hospital.
"She's in room 115," said the lady at the front desk and Waluigi walks down to room 115. He doesn't go in though. He ducks into a supply closet next to room 115. He sees a sleeping rat. Waluigi steps on it almost crushing it when everything turns purple.
He steps off the rat then walks out of the room and walks into 115. There is a woman in a hospital gown. She has long blonde hair which covers one of her eyes. She is a light blue color.
"Who are you?" she asks.
"I'm Waluigi Wario, I'm an outsider,"
"Is that what we are called?" she asks.
"Yes, I assume you know what this all means?"
"Yes, just didn't know the name,"
Waluigi shakes his head in agreement.
"We need to get out of here," Waluigi says to her.
"Why?"
"I'm part of a group of Outsiders" Waluigi answered taking out a small leather wallet opened it and showed his ID to something. "My ID to the Outsider Unit. Our goal finding other Outsiders and helping them,"
"All right," handing the ID back to Waluigi "I'll come with you lead the way," She got up out of the bed and grabbed her clothes from a bag.
"Why were you here anyways?"
"I almost died a week ago," She said "That's when this all happened."
"What's your name?" Waluigi asked, turned around because she was changing.
"Rosalina,"
Waluigi and Rosalina escaped to a town, Ellswood, where Othersiders lived. There Rosalina got settled. Within a month both Waluigi and Rosalina began to become romantically involved. On their first date at the end when Waluigi is outside Rosalina's door she asks a question.
"Waluigi?" she asks.
"Yes?" He replied.
"Why are you so found of me, I'm not much," she asked.
"You're beautiful, sweet and most importantly you remind me of someone,"
"Who?"
"Someone with Light Blue, who taught me to work for others and not myself,"
"Where is she now?"
"…A better place."
