Chapter 3: Accidents Happen

After everything had been bagged and tagged and the sketches had been completed it was time to head back to NCIS headquarters to give Abby the evidence and Ducky the body so that everyone could get to work. As Abby was working away on the evidence and Ducky was doing the autopsy on the body the FBI and NCIS agents were working on trying to figure out the M.O of the killer and who the killer is.

Back at the lab:

As Abby picks up the phone to call Gibbs one of the FBI agents

"Hi Abby, im SSA Rossi im with the FBI, I was just wondering if you could communicate with our Tech analysis Garcia who is back in Quantico?"

"Sure Agent Rossi, that's not a problem, ill just set my computer up to automatically connect with your techs office back at Quantico and BAM! We should have be connected in 3…2….1.."

"This is Garcia here how can I be of assistance to you" Responds Garcia to the video conference. "ROSSI! Where on earth are you that lab looks amazing!"

"Hey Garcia, im at NCIS this is the wonderful Abby's lab, she is there Forensic scientist."

"Omg, Hiii Abby, im Garcia, your lab is amazing!

"Excuse me Garcia, I hate to break up this little exciting moment but what have you found on the two first victims that we found in DC so far?

"Well I have found a connection between the two, they both lived within a block of each other, both loved to go running and most of all both worked for the same company, the name of the company being Stanley's electronics. The company is an electronics company they supply any computer, tablet, mobile, TV, gaming console etc. If you need an electronic device fixed they will fix it for you.

"Hey, Garcia, do you think one of our agents could go undercover and see if there is anything suspicious going on in the company?" Asks Abby

"Yeah definitely that is a brilliant idea Abby"

"Rossi, what do you think about that?" Abby asks Rossi

"Abby, I think that is an amazing idea I'll go let the others know."

As Rossi walks out of the lab Abby begins the tests that need to be done on the evidence a loud beeping noise rings throughout the building, straight away Abby realises that it is the alarm for a dangerous chemical being in the lab and quickly shuts off all access into the lab.

Meanwhile back with the rest of the team:

As the loud beeping rings throughout the building and everyone stops what they are doing. The FBI agents look at Agent Gibbs to find out what is going on

"Gibbs, what is that alarm for" asks Agent Hotchner

"That's Abby's lab, im going down there now to check what is going on, you are welcome to follow but when the alarm goes off it is never good. The rest of the building needs to be emptied, we need to hurry to find out what is going on in Abby's lab."

"Okay, all your agents and my agents will follow you down to Abby's lab everyone else needs to get out of the building as fast as possible. Go!"

As all the agents run down stairs they can't help but think what on earth was going on in Abby's lab.
